TATA Indicom — Network connection Problem
I am using TATA Indicom mobile connection near about 5 years. But last three months I found that in my office area the network was so poor. I told their customer service, they replayed this will be rectify with in 3 to 4 days. But still same problem I am facing. Dated 26/08/2009 I made a written complain also (Complain No: 98357). But no one take any action on that. I am not able to access my vital office and personal call. I am not able to change my connection with different service provider, because I cannot change this number. Your early action will be highly appreciated in this regard.Thanking you

TATA Indicom — Service related
Dear Sir/Madam,There is network problem in my area. I've have registered complaints in tata indicom complaint box in written and I also call to customer care but they close my call to customer executive execpt listen my problem and didn't get any responce from Tata Indicom. I'm suffering from bad network. In my phone, I didn't get signal and even I cannot make any call or sms since last 1 week. I am frustrated from their service and there is no improvement in their service. So, Is this possible to change my provider to other with the same number.

I made a purchase for a Tata Indicom headset (Samsung-Duo) on[protected]. I was made to believe that the order would be processed in next 2-3 working days however I am still waiting for the shipment to arrive.
I have been calling the customer support on regular basis to get any status update on this order but all I hear from you is “we will get this shipped in a day or two”!. This is pathetic no one has been able to give me any update on this.
Can you look into this and update me as too when I should expect this!
This is no way to treat your customers…if there was any problem with the shipment I should have been informed on a regular basis.

I am writing this from Gondia, Maharashtra. I have purchased PHOTON+ on 03/09/2009 & got it installed on the same day on my laptop. Before purchase I was told that Photon+ will operate at speed o[censored]SB net device in Gondia. But on 04/09 when I tried for internet it was showing Error. I had complained at 9am on 04/09 to Mr. Ashutosh, Nagpur ([protected]). I was told that problem will be solved in 1 hour. Then I have started contacting various fellows from my side but the person who was supposed to solve my problem was not even informed about my problem. I was then repeatedly told that problem will be solved in 1 hour. BUT SURPRISINGLY THAT 1 HOUR IS STILL NOT COMPLETED IN LAST 1 DAY & 3 HRS till 1335 hrs. Even the fellows which I was asked to contact were not receiving my phones. Once Mr Ashutosh said that he is wasting his time in solving my problem as he is interested in selling mainly.
So it clearly seems that Tata Indicom has simply to do with selling of products & nothing to do with complaints of POOR CUSTOMERS.
I have been kept frustrated & irritated all through.
I am an Employee of reputed corporate group. Looking at features of Photon+, which I was told before purchase of product, I was thinking of having these for employees in my office with strength of @ 100 employees. But looking at frustrating service of Tata Indicom, I will certainly have to rethink for its recommendations.
This is all I am writing after long frustration & wastage of more than 1 day in tracing these so called active fellows about whom Tata Indicom claims to “resolve complaint in 24 hrs”.
During my frustration of long period I had contacted (wherefrom I did not get respond)
