This issue was resolved after logging this complaint, then for some two weeks I used to get net regularly. But again last week, just one rain and again not getting connectivity. :-(
Then as the usual procedure and started logging complaints, first complaint logged on Thursday! Even now the issue is not resolved and they did not even try calling me so far and when I checked the status of the complaint it's again closed!
Ohhh I fed up of repeating the same phrase again and again, THIS IS IRRITATING!
Just one rain and loose connectivity? This happens quite often! Are you cables sooo weak? Even more irritating is logging complaint again and again. Now don't know how many more days will it take to resolve this issue. And how many more complaints I'll have to log for this single issue!
Now I've had enough of this. Think it's betterI go for another connection but I'll make sure some actions is taken against this and make it point to inform all my friends and relatives that never ever go for Tata Indicom broadband! This connection and customer service sucks BIG TIME! Your customer Service is asking for trouble in all means by irritating your customers! Don't be stunned to see if you customer number decreases drastically in future, it's just your customer care to blame for!

TATA Indicom — unwanted sms and charges
I am using 4 TATA indicom connections , out of which 2 are internet connections [protected], [protected], one LAN 65216182 and one mobile number [protected]. This mobile number [protected] has landed me into a misery.You seem not to understand that your unwanted sms service is not required. If a service is required I will call up. Please stop worrying about my needs. I have emailed you in the past also which you have not taken note off.
I wonder whether you people have resorted to theft as well. I got one of your unwanted sms sent from TM 526660 which reads
Dear subscriber you have been charged Rs.30 and JOBS ON PHONE SUBSCRIPTION is activated successfully on your mobile number for 30 days. Service is auto. Time 3.10 pm on 6/5/2011. I did not opt for you service.
I have lodged a complaint as under
DND[protected] 8.42 AM on 7/5/11. which is supposed to be taken care off within 7 days. However your customer care is unwilling to refund back the amount deducted. Even a murder case is solved within 7 days. This is only a kind of theft of Rs.30/- . I hope this will be refunded earlier.
I will complain to your highest office. If ignored I will stop using all your services.
Further I will take legal action if the sms service is not blocked and money refunded.
Further I have received a message sent from TA56060 which reads
Congrats .. you will now get free flirting tips for 5 days. Enjoy the service . to stop sms DCT FLIRTING TO 56060 sent at 6.57 am on 7/5/11. What happens if I do not read the message and send an sms to stop the service. You make it auto and charge some amount for activating it.
Do you think that the society has lost its values and turned all people to flirts. I do not think this service is endorsed by RATAN TATA. I will make all these things an issue

Tata Indicom Service — Disconnect the Outgoing Calls
Respected Sir,I had Using My Tata Indicom Number [protected]. From past 15 to 18 month. and after so long without any reason they had disconnect my outgoing call. Previous i had call to the customer care executive after that they had start my number and later after 20 days they had done the same mistake . this card is being used by Mom and she is ill literate they dont know how to operate. so What i do regard this service. i dont have any friend which is using tata indicom number so that i call to customer care. so please find a proper solution about this service

TATA Indicom — Billing of extra amount
A bill of Rs 3526 was generated on 5/5/2011, and the outgoing facility was stopped as the amount was over the assigned credit limit. After contacting 121I made a payment of Rs 2000 on 8/5/2011 as advised by your customer care representative to start the outgoing facility, and before making payment it was made clear to the representative that an automatic debit system is already in place for making payments on this account. He was specifically asked to process a request of remaining amount and I was assured that only the remaining amount will be debited and not the entire amount however entire payment was again requested and now there is a over payment of Rs. 2000 approximately when called your customer care center I was not given any proper answers and the representative constantly said that the system was down and nothing can be done. So I want you to cancel the earlier request and a fresh request should be sent to debit only the remaining amount. Also even after making regular monthly payments I get call from TataIndicom stating the payment is not been made and on crosschecking with the customer care dept I get a confirmation that the payment is received and no outstanding dues. No complaint could be registered as the systems were not working as said by the representative. This is really irritating and unacceptable.
