TATA Indicom — Billing Issue
For every calls i am getting billed even its a MISS-CALL to any.I have made notice it to A/C dept. many times.
TATA Indicom — Mentally harrasement/ faulty services
I have taken tata photon connection while i was in delhi 8 months ago in july10.Starting day1 , i raised complaints of slow connection speed. Even after multiple engineers visit and several
complaints , no solution was provided and bill was generated on continue basis. When i requested to stop connection and billing, they still take 2-3 month to stop connection. Their engineer told us that we will never the speed as promised because the tata tower is almost 6km away from the patel nagar. Even if they installed a antenna, nothing worked.
I continously asked for some adjustment, because i haven't got the services even after investment of 2400(device charges). They simply denied to pay any adjustment but continuously harrased me mentally by all time making noncence calls.
Two months before , i got call from delhi court that a case has been filed against me. I taked to tata indicom executive. he told me to pay 2500 and close the case. I did the same and pay 2500 in my account.
They dont give me NOC at that time. Again today i have got the call from someone form court that case again filed against me to pay remaining 1299 rupees. They told me to pay this money within 3 hours ( before 4 O' clock) to avoid any issue.
I am highly embarrased with these tricks. They mentally harrased me. Last time also they did the same and during the work hours which create great blunder at my end in my work. I am seriously want to fight now against these people. Please help me.
TATA Indicom — Tata indicom - Online recharge not credited even after one month
I had recharged my Tata Indicom prepaid connection online on 14th Feb,2011 for an amount of Rs. 350/-. But the balance for my account is still shown as 0. I raised multiple complaints for this, and even after waiting for 15 days, the issue is not resolved yet.It is surprising that it takes so long to track a transaction even after providing the transaction id.
Also, I would like to bring to your notice that the complaint below (complaint # 252600) was closed even without calling me. This complaint was raised after no action was taken for my earlier complaint # CON[protected].
May I request you to look into this matter ASAP and provide a resolution after waiting for more than 15 days for a 30 day recharge.
The problem is still not resolved after escalating this to the Nodal officer. The officer has replied saying that the transaction has failed, but that is not the case, as I got the success message on tata indicom, along with the transaction id. I have already shared these details with the nodal desk.The amount is debited from my bank account.
I hope Tata indicom officials will check the status of my complaint and will resolve it ASAP.
I have been waiting for one month to get the recharge amount credit ed to my Tata indicom connection.

TATA Indicom — Photon Device not received
Paid Rs.1999.00 to Tata Indicom on sunday wide invoice number:3045881 at tata indicom gallery, aster apt, fun fiesta cinema, nalasopara westtoday is the 5th day there is no device from tata, when we called the helpine they refuse to take complaint.
my complaint is i paid and i need the device the person who collected the payment at nalasopara west gallery is not responding on the phone.
after 5 days of waiting tata expects what ? should we use muscle to get our connection?????????
i want this sorted out asap

Hi Sir,This is Ravikiran and this is my Tataphoton plus AC number Acc No: [protected]. I was given a bill of amount of RS . 4768 . And I have never used this connection to get a bill of this huge amount. Request you to please look into this and help me in resolving this issue. This is true harassment to the customers and i request you to do justice in my case

Sir I recharged my tata indicom phone on[protected] with top-up of rupees 10.When I checked balance on my phone I found the balance is zero.But no calls has made from this number.Actually I have already faced this type of problem for two times.I asked the costumer care about this but they saying me u have download a game & another executive saying u have played a game,that's why your balance has been deducted.But when I have not played any game or download then how they can deduct my balance & now balance is in negative.Also I asked him for a complain ID but they did not give me.I am very poor man.So Completely I am Helpless & mentally dis-satisfied.Kindly Do something.

TATA Indicom — VALUE DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT BUT MOBILE NOT RECHARGED
I TRIED TO GET MY TATA INDICOM MOBILE RECHARGED FOR 300 RUPPEES TODAY ,ie on 3 MARCH 2011 at 5:50 pm in the evening from rechargeitnow.com.I USED MY SBI ATM FOR PAYMENT.MY MOBILE NUMBER ON WHICH RECHARGE COMMAND WAS GIVEN IS [protected].Rs 300 are deducted from mybank account but mobile is not yet recharged.If such an absurd thing contiunes to happen with tata indicom then from further onwards i would prefer to change it as previously also the same thing happened..please consider my complaint and take proper action against it as early as possible so that either my mobile account is recharged or my 300 rs are refunded.If an early action is not taken then i would be bound to make complaintS at higher level.please solve my problem and reply me in favour of this.MY PARTICULARS ARE-
