TATA Indicom — Porting of Mobile number to a different service provider

Sir,

I have been applied for change of my prepaid mobile number (Tata Indicom [protected]) to BSNL after obtaining Unique porting code( TL 815837) Which was valid till 16 th May 2011.After a few days I have received call from Tata Idicom asking for the reason and clearly told them the reason for changing from tata indicom.

But they have cancelled my porting request with out my knowledge and I have got this information from Tata Indicom Customer care number.As this is a clear violation of existing rules and regulations ,I would like to register a complaint in this regard.

TATA Indicom — Forcefully balance deducted

Complain for [protected]

I have a shop & I do mobile easy recharge.Today(23/05/2011) I received a call from Stel and no key was pressed by me but after ending this call I got a message from Stel that thank you for choosing Dialer tune & 25 rupees deducted from my balance whenever I have not choosed any option to activate dialer tune.
So how could they deduct balance from my phone.Actually all the mobile service providers are deducting balance of all the people without subscribing any service,Sometimes automatically deducting balance by activating any service from their end.I am very poor man,so kindly do something.
Please give them punishment so they will not do never & My balance should be refund to me.
My balance should refund to me.

I am Ramesh chandra sahoo.With high esteem it is stated that I do easy recharge from my Tata Indicom number [protected].In 7th/8th may I did easy recharge to a single number four times,but I got unsuccess error message but next day 200 rupees was deducted from my mobile.So balance should not be deducted because I got the unsuccess error message.I talk to the distributor & costumer care but they are not responding well.I am mentally very dissatisfied & help less.So I request you please do something.

TATA Indicom — receiving calls since last 2 years from call center

This is Mr. Vijendra Jadhav, I am receiving calls from Tata Indicom since last 2 years for payment of bill, everytime they ask for Mr. Rajakrishnan and till today I am informing them that the number does not belong to Mr. Rajakrishnan. Every time they assure me that I will not receive calls again and they have updated the same in their system. But unfortunately again and again I am receiving these call which is now really irritating me. Please help me out for this.

TATA Indicom — closure of plan before due date

my mobile no. is [protected] and i recharged with rs1500 on dec 30,2010.this was a scheme according to which after the recharge i could be able to make unlimited free calls on any tata indicom and docomo numbers in haryana. but from the last 2-3 days, i am being charged 30 paise/min on making calls on ata indicom and docomo numbers in haryana.my scheme is still pending.....

Tata Indicom Prepaid Phone — misbehaviour and non cooperation from tata indicom and 3 days network blockage without prior notice

Dear Sir,

i would like to lodge a complaint against TATA iNDICOM CDMA phone number.They are so irresponsible.they have blocked the network of Subhasgram area for last 3 days.When i am trying to lodge a compalint /talk to their executives i have been directed to bihar customar care or anywhere else in india.A simple thing they are unable to understand that if network is unavailable how can i call someone.i am using public telephoe booth and land line numbers to talk to them they are asking me to dial 12524 which can not be connected unless tata phone is used.customer care form bihar and other depts are so blunt they rae unabel to understand that,and misbehaving with customers like me.i have just recharged 800 rs on my phone and would like to avail the validity for 30 days, and now my phone has gone out of network.i need my extra validity until the problem is resolved.i need an definite answer for this.
thanks tata indicom...but here i would like to tell you that i talked to one of your customer care executives and he said that i've not made any recharge of rs.1500 but then how could i make so long calls from dec 2010...you can check my call details...
pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
