TATA INDICOM PREPAID — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION FOR CALLER TUNE
Dear Sir DATE [protected]I am using Tata indicom prepaid number [protected] from last 5-6years and
I have cheated by Tata indicom company .
My problem is that I have been charged for Rs 40/ for caller Tune
Without my permission and request on my number. And when I have called to the
Customer care spoken to Mr Rajeev at 19.03 then Mr Somveer at 19.10 both of them
have not answered properly.
And now I am not allowed to make calls to customer care.
I am surprised that the company like Tata Indicom is also involved in cheating with
their customer. An early reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

TATA Indicom — Amount Deducted & Plan Changed Incorrectly
Hi,I Made Complaints Several Times but Seems that the Voice Falls on Deaf Ears.Tata Customer Service is the Utmost Worst & Pathetic Company in the Whole World.Its not only Unprofessional,Rude but also Unwilling to Help.Its not about a Specific Customer Service Representative but I Almost Spoke to 6-7 Representatives including a Manager who just keeps Ignoring any Complaint & Hang up the Call by being Rude.Most of the Times we do not get to Speak to a Manager.
I have 4 Prepaid Accounts with Tata for over 4 years.I never make Issues for unnecessary stuffs.This Time i have Recharged my Phone (+91-[protected]) for 325 Rs in which i get 70 Rs Talktime & Tata to Tata Free Phone Calls.I Called a Tata Number (Mumbai) & my Balance was Deducted.Now I cannot Call any Other Tata Number as well.I Called the Customer Service on 14/01/2011 who Asked me to Wait for 48 hrs.I Waited Patiently but Since it wasn't done Untill 16/01/2011 , I Again Called them on 17/01/2011 where the Next Rep again Asked me to Wait for 48 hrs Assuring me that it will be done.I again Patiently Waited untill 18/01/2011.I Called the Company again on 20/01/2011 to Speak to a Manager which i Eventually got after 20 mins of Idiotic Conversation with a Rep.Finally the Manager just had to Say that there was a Problem in their System & Should be Sorted in 48 hrs.This Time i was Furious coz this is the Same Info i keep getting from everyone (So what's Difference has Manager provided in Customer Service - Maybe he is More Worse than Others).I kept my Fingers Crossed as this was Promised by a Manager to be resolved in 48 hrs.I Called them Again on 23/01/2011 when the Reps just asked me to Wait for 48 hrs again.When i Told them that i have Already Waited for such a Long Time they just Hang up the Call saying Waist for 48 hrs.
Are we in a Democratic Country where People are Heard?Are we Customer's Not Supposed to get Help?Are we not Supposed to get the Service for the Hard Earned Money?If Tata Indicom does not Wants to help people , they can say so to me as there are Other Network Providers who might know the Value of Customers & want to Provide Service to Gain More Profit.

A recharge of Rs.599 was done from the website of HDFC for a tata indicom number.A/c has been debitted on 10th of January with Rs.599 but services have not been applied till date on the number.A complaint was logged to the bank as well as to Tata Indicom but there is no resolution till now.What should be done in this case,please help?

TATA Indicom — Refund of S.D.Not given after 8 months
Dear Sir,I had a Tata Indicom Post Paid Connection on No.[protected].
I had closed my post paid plan(& converted it to prepaid) with TataIndicom on 14-Aug-2010. They had to pay me back my Rs.2000 security deposit, I received a bill saying 2000 - 411 = 1589 to be given back to me. But I had already paid Rs.411 and I have the receit for the same. They are not ready to pay me back any of my money(i.e.Rs.2000) and the Customer Care says that it has already been adjusted and they are denying to give my money back. Its been more than 8 months now and they have not given me any refund.
I had registed complaints earlier also, but they verbally told me that it will be done.
Finally I had registered a complaint in the Tata Indicom Office on 14-Dec-2010 and the Complaint No.for the same is
I request you to kindly help me in getting my money back.

My telephone number is [protected] & caller id Jeejabai Madan Kumbhar. at lot of time ballance decreases without any prior information. therefore no outgoing calls bcoz of no balance.This was very pain full time.If call custumer care they dont take serius.they say other, problem in your phone.
