TATA Indicom — Fraud Generation of Bills while repeatedly request given for stopping the plan
I was using one TATA Photon internet service([protected]); but since January, 2011 I have not used this service as the system was not working; I have repeatedly requested Customer Care to stop the Plan; but still I am getting bills every month. Already they have taken Rs. 974 from me as a charge of those months which I have not used there service. Please look into the matter. Hi, well i have a tata number ([protected]) which i have the ID o[censored]mer geelani banday, s/o. ghulam geelani banday, R/O Jamia baramulla(j&k). I want last 1month call details of this number on my mail id ([protected]@GMAIL.COM). Thanks
TATA Indicom — Real Poor Service
Hi,I’m a tata indicom broad band connection customer for the past 3 years! And right now I’m not able to get connectivity for the past one week.
I’ve been registering complaint each and everyday over the past one week, but what I see is the very next day or the same day the concerned people here just close the complaint telling they have called me and I told that the connection is working fine. But they have not even bothered to call me once to check the connectivity, ah yes once they called asked me whether the connectivity box is in loop mode or line mode!
Everyday I try calling enquiring on the previous day’s complaint status and that’s when I come to know that the complaint is already closed! This is very irritating from thier part, coz each time I call to log a complaint I need to tell the same information again and again the light status, trouble shooting done etc. At times I feel like making a stupid of myself.
I asked many a times to connect to any manager or someone so that I can escalate this issue. And even you don’t have any provision to reopen the complaint which is quite bad, usually in every firm the efficiency of work is measured using the number of reopen complaints! I’m a corporate employee and I know how this tracking can be done. Now of you see the status, each and everyday the people here is solving many complaints where most of them must the the reopened ones. Now in my case itself, I’ve logged around 4 complaints over the past one week for the same issue still it’s not resolved!! And also in all firms I’ve seen this kind of collecting customer feedback on the resolved issues, again will be help will know the customer satisfaction rating corresponding the time and efficiency of the technicians out here.
This is irritating and disgusting their your part that your technicians are acting too smart and making a fool of all your customers!
Now this is not my first experience, I’ve faced similar issues even before so did couple of my friends here. The scenario now is once you loose connection keep logging complaints over and over again atleast for a week or two. This is really testing our patience? Or is it that you don’t want any customer to be using your service?
Everyone has a level of patience once that barrier is crossed its damn irritating.

TATA Indicom — messaging inconvenience
sir/madami am not receiving any message on my tata no.[protected] since 12/04/2011 while my friends are sending messages regularly. i try many time to contact customer care but unable.

TATA Indicom — Unable to recharge
On 14/04/2011 I tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected] through Tata Indicom website, though an amount of Rs. 103 has been debited to my HDFC A/c No. [protected] but the recharge did not take place due to breakdown in MTNL internet service. Hence I had to again try using my PNB A/c [protected] and the same was successful.Hence I now request you to kindly arrange to credit back an amount of Rs. 103 to my above unsuccessful transaction through HDFC.

TATA Indicom — Denial of Service after subscription
I had subscribed to the service (Rs. 43 for 30 days internet pack for browsingupto 150 MB) on[protected] but when I used internet the same day, it still
charged me seperately for using the internet. I tried again and the same
happened again. I stopped using internet after that as company has not contacted
me till now.
This is harrassment of customer who has been denied a service after paying the
charges for it.
Company has given following reply after 6 days:
This is with reference to your email dated[protected] regarding your Tata Indicom number [protected]. As per your complaint on balance deduction, we have got your account checked and found that your charges were deducted correctly. Hence, we regret to inform you that no refund is applicable.

TATA Indicom — Problems in disconnection of the landline
We have a Tata Indicom Landline. First of all we received an inflated bill on our number when we complianed nothing happened. We settled the bill and requested them to disconnect our number. On this they said we still have some payments outstanding and first we need to clear those and only then they will put in a request for disconnection. After a number of calls they registered our compliant/ request for the disconnection of the phone on 7 April and we were told that it will be disconnected witin 15 days. In between we received yet another bill of rentals and we stopped using the phone long back. When we called they said that we need to pay that we agreed and asked that no-one has come to collect the bill and disconnect the phone. We were reassured that someone will come by 21 April. Today is 23 April and yet no-one has come so far. So we followed up again and to our shock came to know that we somehow agreed to retain the number as some executive spoke to my father. That is so not true as he only wanted this phone to be disconnected.Tata Indicom is a firm of thieves and they dupe people. I wich I had the mail Id of their CEO so that I could tell him that contrary to Tata's image their company behaves in the most corrupt manner and take their customers for a ride. They refuse to disconnect the numbers and keep taking the rental money. They can go to an extent of lying is what amazes me.
If you read this mail please do not buy Tata Indicom Connection as this is the worst service provider ever.
TATA Indicom — Threat & Demanding Fees for Services still not rendered

1.I had applied for Tata Indicom Broadband Service & filled up the Necessary CAF Form, somewhere in October 10
2.But till today, (yes pls read it: TILL TODAY), No wiring & Installation of Gadgets has been done & hence I havent utilised any services of Tata Indicom.
3.Constantly I am verbally answering this matter to their telly-callers & requesting them to update their records.
4.The Logs of such calls made at my number can be obtained from them & the recording can be heard.
5.Some where in Jan-11, one another sales manager came & offered me, if i make a fresh & new application in the name of any of my family member, & obtain the service of Tata Indicom, he will help me to close this matter.
6.I was taken to surprise, by such a deal from Tata Indicom.
7.Even today, u ppl are requested to visit the said premises & confirm that no services are installed (wiring, modem) by Tata Indicom.
8.i was ignoring this matter, as it was genuine that I havent rendered any services from Tata Indicom.
9.But now, they have send Legal Notice & I have taken a serious note, as they have made a statement "I HAVE DELIBERATELY DEFAULTED TO MAKE PAYMENTS & SUCH DEFAULTS CONSTITUENTS OFFENCE UNDER THE INDIAN PENAL CODE"
10.I would like to know, under which authority & capacity are they enabled to pass such judgements & manipulate my fame & character as an offender under the IPC.
I would like to hear an appology for the same at the earliest & also close this matter for ever.
No doubt of taking this matter in the consumer's court & seeking a reward against such judgements & decissions thereby damaging my character & Fame & giving me mental harrasment.

TATA Indicom — Improper and harrasing customer service
I have called customer care to ask about the details of Tata Indicom USB Modem Prepaid plans. They are not ready to understand what I am asking for and un-necessary asking me to dial other customer care numbers. I have contact 4 numbers in 1 hr continuously and also looped back to same numbers asking for details. They just give customer other details and even are not ready to log any complaints. Upon my scolding they said go to Tata store we cannot tell you the plan. This is really disgusting as earlier i had contact customer care for the same thing and if good person picks up the call he/she will give the plan. IT is their business ..seems they do not want to sell the plan and make more customers. I have the same problem every time i call customer care expect for 1 or 2 times when i could get details.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
