TataIndicom — Unwanted message

Dear Sir,

We have Tata Indicom connection. Often message is coming from and once you lift the phone immediately it is deducting Rs. 6. It is too much cheating. Please do needful.
THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REGARDS FOR TELECOM COMPANY I AM USING THE MOBILE PHONE OF TATA INDICOM AND I FIND THAT THE GIVE THE IMPROPER BILL I AM PAYING THE BILLS PROPERLY ON TIME FROM LAST ONE YEAR .I DIDNT GET MY CALL RECORDS EARLIER THEY USE TO GIVE THAT BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING AND MY EVERY MIONTH BILL ALWAYS GO ABOVE 1400 SO I WANNA COMPALINT THAT THE BILL IS NOT PROPER.

TATA Indicom — Abusive call

I am getting an abusive call from some male repitedly from different mobile no.
Ref:
1) On 06.10.2008;
Mobile no: [protected] three calls from 06:24 hrs to 06:36 hrs
and from mobile No [protected] at 06:22hrs, 06:24hrs ansd 06:45 hrs
2) Many calls from different mobile nos
3) Today i.e 17.10.2008, again at 00:42 hrs from Mobile no: [protected]

Huawei Tech. Co. Ltd — Non replacement of cell

Dear sir,
I want to register a complaint against Huawei Tech. Co. Ltd. I had buy Huawei mobile on dated 7.11.07 and company had given warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. Last month I observed problem on my handset that I can not sent my voice as well as my handfree working is also very poor sometimes it connect sometimes disconnect itself so I visited the Tata Indicom website where I found the service centre location. I visited their service centre “ Triangle SysCom Pvt. Ltd” K-101A, Lajpat Nagar-II and they checked my mobile after verified my mobile warranty validity they took my mobile and told me that we will try to resolved its problem and you can take your mobile after 1 week time.
After one week when I visited they told that your mobile has a big issue and it only can be replaced by Huawei company. They issued me “Replacement Certificate” Serial No.[protected] on dated 4.10.08 and told me that from where you had buy your mobile that shopkeeper will replace your mobile, when I visited to shop the shopkeeper refused me and given me distributor address and told me that you can replaced your mobile from the distributor ends.
On dated 6.10.08 I went to distributor office “Communication World” Chaman Plaza, Garhi East of Kailash and submitted my Replacement certificate and Mobile handset with its all accessories and they told me that your mobile we will sent to Company and it will take about 15-20 days to replace and I waited again for 17 days.
On dated 23.10.08 when I visited to distributor office they told me that your mobile has back to us without replaced, I was very angry on them why they did it. They told me your mobile has come with objection that its screen cover lost.
I have complaint against Huawei that they have open their service center TVS (True Value Shop) those representing Huawei Tech. Ltd and they had already checked my mobile properly and Issued me Replacement Certificate then why should I suffer for long and I want to penalize on Huawei for consuming my lots of time and effort. If the company will do these cheap things with their consumer then nobody will courage to buy Huawei cell phone.

TATA Indicom — Problem with disconnection of post-paid number

To whomsoever it may concern

Dear Sir/Madam

I am very sorry to say that I have lost the trust I had in Tatas because of my experience with Tata Indicom. I had a Tata Indicom post-paid Kolkata number ([protected]) and since I was shifting to Delhi, I had my number disconnected on June 22, 2008, via a call to customer care. I was assured by the customer care person that my number has been disconnected and my deposit of Rs 500 will be sent within 45 days at my residence.
But even after 4 months I still find that my number is in service and have even received bills for the last three months for a number which has not been in use at all. Inspite of my numerous calls to the customer care department I have found no respite till date.
I am contemplating taking a legal action against the company and sending this letter to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

yaa; it is 100% true. I purchased smart calling card for the amount of Rs.500. The account is not either activated nor getting any response from the customer care. waiting for a lot of time in the telephone complaint without any response from the junk customer care. soon the TATA will go to the water, definitely. Tata wala is really a bloody stupid fellow; the company is sucking the blood of all indian people. Tata hai hai;

TATA Indicom — Not to provide service, Only have concerned that if money has received from customer then do not provide any service.

I am customer of Tata Indicom. I got a Data Card from Nanak, Shastrinagar Corner, Pune-411006. My SIM Card no is [protected]. I paid Rs801/- for unlimited download facility. This Connection started on Thursday (Dated 23/10/2008). But just after two days, Tata Indicom blocked my connection. Once I complained in customer service, they said a very specific region that your document has not submitted by you. But I had already submitted my all document proof to Tata Indicom Shop, (Shop Name is Nanak, Shastrinagar, Chauk, Pune). But they had not submitted my document to Tata Indicom office. Now Once I called to this shop(Land Line No.[protected], then he is repeating very planned answer that I submitted your document. Once I called his shop several time and said that Customer-Care says that you have not submitted my Document. And then this shop keeper said that I submitted your document on Sunday.
During this period, I am in Delhi. So again I confirmed the place, (Shiva Distributors, Uttamnagar, New Delhi) to re-submit my document then they said your problem will be short-out within 12 to 72 Hrs. It was Saturday (25/10/2008 at 11.00Am). Now Its already more than 72 Hrs Completed once I resubmitted my document. **
Shop keeper(Nanak, Shastrinagar Corner, Pune-411006, Land Line No.[protected] says that "There is no fault from my side" even though he has delayed to submit my document. ***
So Analysis by Customer:-
** Tata Indicom office is Smart and with full confidence he is trying to prove his unrealistic activity.
***Shop keeper (Nanak, Shastrinagar Corner, Pune-411006, Land Line No.[protected] is smarter than Tata Indicom and said me that whatever you can do, you are most welcome.

Finally I contacted to Tata Indicom Regional Manager, Mr. Tata (Mobile No. [protected]) but he has given more smart answer than others. In his word - "Shopkeeper never says truth to the Customer - They would activate you connection and after two days your connection will be disconnected for next 72 hrs.". He said that I am in roaming but once I reached Pune then I try to activate your connection.
Please send me your Data Card SIM No ([protected], Pune). ****

So ****Tata Indicom Manager is more smart than others.

So WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF ALL THREE KIND OF "POINT OF CONTACT”?
ANSWER BY CUSTOMER:-
NEVER BUY TATA-INDICOM DATA CARD AND THIS WAS YOUR GREAT MISTAKE THAT YOU PURCHAGED DATA CARD FROM TATA-INDICOM.

HOW I AM SUFFERER?
* I AM ABSENT FROM MY OFFICE. BECAUSE IN INITIAL TWO DAYS IT WAS WORKING AND MY MANAGER HAS SEEN THAT HE CAN LOGGED IN REMOTELY. SO MY EMPLOYEE IS MAKING HIS OWN IF-ELSE EXCEUSES.

* MY UNLIMITED CONNECTION STARTED ON LAST THURSDAY(23/10/2008) SO WITHOUT GETTING SERVICE, I LOOSED 30 days - 8 Days = 22 Days(Current Status) remaining and still there is no guarantee that this Internet Service is going to be started).

* They never bother that your are a customer of Tata-Indicom. In complete life Cycle, they only concern whether "Money has received by me from the customer or not".
NOTE:- Pay your money only if you get one week complete service.

NOW DECISION DEPENDS UPON READER THAT IF THEY INTENSANLLY READY TO PROVIDE THIS KIND OF SERVICE, WHAT TO DO WITH THIS KIND OF SERCIVE PROVIDER. IS IT A ATTUTUDE LOOKS LIKE OF SERVICE PROVIDER?
Thanks to all for this important information. I war really thinking of buying this. Now I'll never go for this. I'll see some other products.

i am having tata no [protected] but during the month of sep-08 i received false bill .apx 22 times i register complaint angaist above said fraud. two times i received duplicate bill, but covering latter is given of 02-9-08 to 2-10-08 but actual details was given 19-08-08to 2-9-08 .it is my question i[censored] had charged in sep-08 then why are u not providing actual details of sep-08

TATA Indicom — Defective plug in USB modem

I had purchased one SXC-1080 CDMA USB Modem-Big from Visakhapatanam, Dwarka Nagar branch on 29 Oct 2008 Vide invoice no 12008-09/[protected].
On 02 Nov 2008 the modem showed problem. I went to the Tata Indicom shop on 03 Nov 2008. There I was directed to workshop-Raj Electronics where I kept on waiting for one hour.Here I was even told to get photocopy of my bill which was their requirement. After struggling for a letter from the workshop I again went to Tata Indicom shop.
I thought I will get a replacement since the item (05B628E1) was declared defective. When I asked for the replacement for which I was already confirmed, I was told to come on Thursday.
What a waste of time and energy.The process of buying was completed within 15 min but on 03 Nov I wasted 4 hrs struggling for replacement for which I got nothing.
I wish I had gone for Relience connection . What a poor show for after sales service that too within 2 days of purchase. Tata Indicom has to go a long way. I will never suggest anyone to go for tata.Rather I'ii say "TATA".

TATA Indicom — Shameless attitude towards responding a complain for Shift of internet location as i have shifted to a new place

i am in bangalore .I had taken TATA INDICOM BROADBAND connection in September 2008 and paid an amount of
Rs 4496.00 in advance. After few days i shifted to a new place in bangalore itself. I applied for shifting my internet connection from the old place to my new place. Even after submitting the required documents and making thousands of calls and mails to Customer Service of TATA Communications Internet Services Ltd, no action has been taken on their part. I have no idea whom else to contact. The person on customerservice say that they are doing something. It has been 3 months and nothing has been done. While taking the connection they promised that within 2 days they will transfer the connection. Worse service provider: TATA Communications Internet Services Ltd. My work is heavily getting affected and i have paid Rs 4496 for a service they failed to provide to their customer.
sir i have tataplug2surf modem and i am using the windows vista
but i ma unable to install it as driver not there for vista wiht the cd in it
please send me the drives for it on my email id a ssoon as possible hope you will do need full as soon as possible so i can start using the tatplug2surf
i read the complaints on posted of consumer forum. Many persons are suffering from Tataindicom Services. I think the only solution is, if the customer stop the use of Tata services then it may be possible they will realize his mistake and committment.

TATA Indicom — Go Life Connection service

I've bought the connection of TATA Indicom for Go Life service about 1 year ago.
All other Companies (GSM & CDMA) in Rajasthan, soon, launched the revised plan for Lifetime connection with Call rates @ Rs.1/min, TATA Indicom also launched the same but, Unlike others, didn't upgraded the Old plan customers to the new Revised Call rates' plan.
I booked a complaint on its Website for this issue. They Gave me Complaint Nos. as 24689 & mailed me that "my Complaint has been through an investigation process and has been resolved", But I don't know what happened to that.
I regret this forum to make provide me the benefits of new 'Life time plan' on my number asap.
