TATA Indicom — Abusive calls from 9268383332

Hi

I am getting abusive calls from [protected] in my tata indicom number. This is very frustrating. What kind of customer service is this?? I want this number to be blocked immediately. I cant tolerate to listen to abusive languages 24 hrs a day from this number.

Please do the needful asap..

TATA Indicom — AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION OF A PACK WITHOUT ASK AND DEDUCT RS.50

SIR,
MY CELL NO. IS [protected] AND I AM YOUR EXISTING COUTOMER FOR A LONG TIME, I HAVE TWO POST PAID AND ONE PREPAID CONNECTION OF TATA INDICOM.
PROBLE IS WITH REGARD THIS PREPAID CONNECTION NO. [protected] YERSTAERDAY I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TO ACTIVATE A POWER PACK BUT AS I M NOT INTERESTED I CUT THE PHONE BUT AFTER SOMETIME I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT PACK IS ACTIVATED AND DEDUCT RS.50 FROM MY BALANCE. EVEN I DONT REQUIRE AND GIVE NO REQUEST BUTTHE PACK IS ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY BY TATA INDIACOM.
I REQUEST COUTOMER CARE TO DEACTIVATE THE SAME AS I DONT REQUEST FOR IT AND CREDIT MY BALANCE WITH RS.50 BUT THEY GIVE NO RESPONSE.
PLZ CREDIT MY BALANCE WITH RS.50 OTHERWISE I WILL LOOSE MY FAITH ON YOUR SERVICES AND WILL NIT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO GO FOR TATA INDICOM.

TATA Indicom — LOOTING PEOPLE BY CHARGING RECKLESSLY & UNFAIR...

TATA INDICOM IS A RASCAL LOOTING PEOPLE, BSNL IS GIVING INTERNET NIC DEVICE EVEN ON RENT IF YOU DON’T WANT TO PURCHASE, THESE TATA INDICOM & RELIANCE ARE LOOTING PEOPLE BY MAKING THEM PURCHASE DEVICE FIRST & THEN ALLOT THEM RENTAL MB PLANS. LIKE I HAD TAKEN A PLAN OF RS 500 RENT IN WHICH WE GET TO USE 512 MB OF DATA USAGE. BSNL IS HAVING ONLY 1 PLAN 250/- RS UNLIMITED INTERNET. LAST MONTH TATA LEVIED ME THE BILL OF 1462/-. RASCALS AFTER UR 512 MB GETS FINISHED THEY START CHARGING RS 2 PER MB. EVEN THE SPEED IS NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM & MENTION ON THEIR SITE. CHEATING IN THEIR BILLING AS WELL. MY STRONG REQUEST TO ALL THE PEOPLE NOT TO USE TATA INDICOM OR ANY OTHER COMPANY AS BSNL IS GIVING BEST DEAL. 1281 AND THE NIC DEVICE IS YOURS. TATA Indicom — Post paid number not yet activated

Hi,

I bought new tata indicome post paid number from sahara mall tata indicom retails store-Gurgaon on friday(5-dec-2008) and I was promised that it would activate in max 24 hours.

Now it has been more than 48 hours and not yet activated.

Beacuse of all this I am facing a lot of inconvenience.

I am expecting you to take urgent action on it and activate my number asap.

my name is deepak bhardwaj.i have two tata indicom phons from last four years.but day by days, tata indicom services is very bad.when we talk to some one the phone is outometicly cut.no tower was found in the roon in main agra city, near bhagwan talkies and without informetion your coustemer care cout the cunection, and says submit the papers.sir tell me after one year tell me submit the papers.and now my phone is dead.please help us.
I have ur sxc-1080 CDMA 1x modem but from my side the driver cd misplace.so, pls send the installation file on my mail ID

i hav lost my cell so i want my number to be blocked and want to apply for the same number

TATA Indicom — Dissatisfaction with the service.

I am a pre-paid consumer of Tata Indicom mobile service. My mobile number is [protected]. In the last two months, i have received a very bad customer service from your side. In the last couple of months, two such incidents have happened with me.

Around some times back my mobile was disconnected by operator calling me myself as the thief of my own mobile. I don't understand how anyone else can know my name, address, telephone no., exact balance(all necessary things to prove that mobile is yours) can be known to someone else. When i complained in Tata Care, they said that someone complained of mobile being stolen. My mobile got disconnected for 2 days. However, later my number was activated.

Second time it happened on 13th of december when i call on my own mobile and a dialer tone was being activated on it. I am completely sure about this that i have not activated this dialer tone and when i called Tata care for complaining it, their attitude was shocking. The first time i called the operator misbehaved with me. When i asked him to tranfer my call to someone senior, he disconnected it saying "Humne Bataya to samajh nahi aa raha kya, senior kya batayega". What type of behaviour is this? Is this a right type of behaviour of any customer service operator? I I called second time and this time the name of the operator was Arjun. I called to Tata Care between 9-10 pm on 13th December. I asked Arjun also to transfer my call to someone senior but rather than transfering my call, he also disconnected my call. And very shockingly now when i called the third time and fourth time, my call was disconnected in a second after receiving it. Is this the type of after sales service Tata provide to its customers?

Presently my service of customer care has been deactivated by the customer care people. Customer care on my other mobile of Tata is completely fine.This shows what type of service has been given to me.

This document is to complain and report of the pathetic service received from of TATA Indicom regarding my wireless internet connection.



To begin with, I took up a wireless internet connection with TATA Indicom around the 18th Mar 08. On the purchase date of the product I had requested for my billing amount to be taken directly from my bank account and had signed the relevant documents for it along with the submission of a cancelled cheque as per the TataIndicom procedures for which I have the acknowledgement copy. I was also promised o[censored]ninterrupted and prompt service by the team. please note that this is not a complaint against the team in Mangalore at Balmatta center, the team at Mangalore are wonderful, prompt and service oriented, especially Savitha, Shaina and Prassanna with whom I have come in contact with. They have followed my issue up on several occasions but the Telephone service department situated at respective has a failures response to issues.



The issue starts this way, After a month or so my connection got disconnected and I receive a call on the 6th of the month to inform me that the bill has not been paid by the due date, the 4th and the services are going to be disconnected(already disconnected). I requested the caller not to disconnect as I had no information or idea about the due date and had received no bill. My services were taken off and I had to suffer without connection. Savitha immediately responded on my single call and got my account/connection activated for which I highly appreciate and thank her.later the next month onwards the payment problem continued, I followed up on numerous occasions but found out that it was getting nowhere. Savitha on many occasions followed the matter up and kept me posted about the issue but the service team was not responding to Savitha’s follow-ups, and I raised a complaint with one of the managers(as claimed by the person)called Manjunath with complaint number[protected]. Manjunath had very clearly confirmed that he can note that all the documents are well presented and promised that the problem will be taken care of but nothing happened and I had to travel each month before/on the due date to pay the billing amount. I had to spend on rickshaws and telephone calls unnecessarily for all this mess from TATA Indicom. I spoke to a nodal officer named kiran who came on the line who was situated in Bangalore and reported the case spending my time, energy and my good money but saw nothing happening and finally had to give up as I have found my self stuck to this pathetic support services. I managed…..



Since July, I have been facing non connectivity and a pop up stating a reference error code 721. This error code would not let me get connected and off lately since a couple of months I have seen this error on a more severe mode. Now I am not able to get connected at all and once in a while I get connected for a little moment and I get disconnected followed by error code 721 when I try get connected again. On early morning at around 5.00 am (I need the connection around this time as I need to connect to my contacts and partners in Europe and other parts of the world)I needed to get connected to the net for business purpose, urgent matter needed to be dealt with but could not and immediately called customer service and got connected to a very sleepy representative called Santosh in Hyderabad who was not attentive, unhelpful and rude. I admit that I had lost my temper while speaking to this person but only because of his attitude. I requested him for a call back as I was running out of currency on my pre paid Airtel phone but Santosh did not oblige and when I wanted to raised complaint, he has denied accepting taking down a complaint, also denying to give his full name. i could not get connected at all and finally had to wait till cyber café’s opened and get my job done. I later during the day called up customer service and requested to speak to a manager and one Mr Javed came up and after having discussed the whole matter I was transferred to Ms Apoorva (Manager/TL as claimed by her). I again patiently explained the whole matter and she confirmed that this matter will be resolved ASAP and transferred me to tech team. Before she transferred me I requested for a complaint number and she gave me a number[protected]. I spoke to Rajkumar after I was transferred by Apoorva, who comfirmed that a call back will be made on a certain day and time by a technician and help will be provided but nothing happened. After a couple of days I received a call from a person called Usha requesting to know whether I received my bills and I started to discuss my conplaint issue. Usha confirmed that there was no such complaint number[protected] raised or noticed in the profile and gave me a new complaint number[protected]. I receive a call to set up a date and time for a technician to arrive and meet, I think on 04/12/2008 morning at 10 pm . No one turned up and later during the day I receive a call by one Mr Raghu to find out whether my connection issue was solved. Wow, what a service. I got irritated and complained about the sick level of service and also mentioned that for a few minutes I had got connected and later got disconnected. Raghu requested me to raise another complaint number for which I protested and Raghu promised me that no complaint number will be needed and he will follow up himself and see to it that a technician will meet me on 11/12/2008 at 10.00am . No one turned up nor a call was made around that time and I wasted my time waiting. Today, 16/12/2008 I was able to get connected for a little while and later lost connectivity AGAIN and could not get connected at all since that moment. I gave up and at around 10.00 am I receive a call from a girl calling to check whether the connection was OK. I got angry and asked her is this how soon TATA Indicom responds?? And she hung up saying that she will call back in a few minutes after checking…………… nothing so far and now I have to come all the way to a cyber café to check mail, revert to business and complain to you guys who have given me one of the most pathetic experience. I am wanting serious actions taken on all candidates who have given me false promises, especially against Manjunath, Kiran, Santosh and Apoorva(most serious action on Apoorva, as she gave me a number which was not a complaint number at all ). I have and am feeling insulted in the way I am treated.

TATA Indicom — Contract of 0/1/2/3/ planning violation

Dear Sir / Madam,
I m an old TATA Indicom coustomer have 0/1/2/3 planning from new lodging of your company in west bengal. I have recharge with Rupess 2007 on 14th December trans ID: 9140717. for continuing my 0/1/2/3 planning upto 13th June 2013. As per your promise and contract. But now i m not geting my facilities as per your contractual promise.
TATA indicom not completing their offers. Thats why all the coustomers are suffering. For that reason the Company loses their reputation. So, the company should go through with their comitmants.

TATA Indicom — HARRASMENT

I recived call from TATA INDICOM on 5th december telling me to exchange walky with cordless walky for Rs 250/- but i refused, again i recive a call on 6th december then also i refused.Again i recive the same call on 7th this day i told them ok exchange that i pay Rs 250/-.they told me that it will be exchanged till 12th december.again i recive a call on 13th that they send the person to install the phone.I took leave from my work on that day.but they did't send anyone.on next day i filed complaint for this then they give me complaint no[protected], assuring me that the phone will installed on the same day, but they did't send anyone.again on next day they give me another complaint no[protected] assuring by the same words.again i complaint on next day they give me another complaint no[protected], assuring me to recive call within 4 hours or to install the handset by same day.each time when i call them they give new complaint no but don't reply or take any action.

tata indocome service providers makes fool to there custmers like i asked about my post bill details and how much i deposite the bill for uninteruped services.i paid more than 80% as them but they again and again discontinue my services and forcefully told me to deposite bill since they don't want to give me detailed bill

i have applied for post paid ttsl connection, i am supposed to get the hand set along with new connection on monday 22th dec 2008. i am trying to contact the person concern who is supposed to give me delivery . but till now i have not got any feed back. his mobile no is switch off . i have already informed to the state head of the post paid connection, he is also not able to keep his commitment to deliver the phone on time . i am really feed up with the attitute of your employee & service . if you can help me out, .please respond .
