TATA Indicom — Harrasement

Today I received a call SECOND TIME from a legal representative of the Patiala House court informing that there's a case of forgery against my mother concerning a delayed payment of a land line bill[protected] Account #[protected], although all the dues were cleared ion 3/3/2008 and an email from the company was received stating that they have received the payment. They never issued any no dues letter but triggered another legal action.

I am not even sure that the representative was really from the court or some one from that company making calls

It is highly unethical and unprofessional on the part of Tata Indicom to have legal complaints lodged to customers whose bills are duly paid. I feel very lucky that I am not using your services any more and neither I will going to advise anyone to do so.

TATA Indicom — REFUND AMOUNT (DEPOSIT) AFTER PHONE CANCELLATION

Dear Sir,

My Tata Indicom telephone number was[protected] which I cancelled on[protected] & the cancellation request number is [protected], dtd. 08/03/2008 & I was told from the customer care centre as well as from their local office (Surya Telecom in Bharuch, Gujarat) that my refund amount (around Rs 1300/-) will be credited directly in my bank account within 60-90 days & one of their own person will come & collect the phone. But till to date, nobody came & nothing happened & upon enquiry, their customer care employee says that my request is in process & will receive the amount within 1-2 weeks, but nothing happened.
Sir, I request you to please look into the matter & give back my refund amount as soon as possible.

TATA Indicom — FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY THE COMPANY

I HAD A PURCHASED A POST PAID CONNECTION FROM ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE OF TATA INDICOM. THE NAME OF THE PLAN WAS POST PAID 299.I WAS TOLD THAT THE STD AS WELL AS LOCAL CALL CHARGES WILL BE RS .50 PAISE PER MIN.THE EXECUTIVE GAVE ME A SIM CARD NO.A000000ACFF97E(80700F7B).MY APPLICATION NO. AS WELL AS CASH RECEIPT NO. IS 01229862.HE COLLECTED RS 600 FROM ME .HE COLLECTED ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVATED THE NEXT DAY.BUT EVEN AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN MY SIM DIDNOT GET ACTIVATED I WENT TO THEIR CP OFFICE.THERE I WAS TOLD TO MY ASTONISHMENT THAT I WAS CHEATED AND NO SUCH APPLICATION EXISTED .THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEIR WAS NO SUCH FACILITIES IN THE SAID PLAN.AND I WAS ALSO CHARGED EXTRA.ON MY GIVING THE NUMBER FROM WHERE I HAD RECEIVED THE CALL THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS AND TOLD ME THAT COMPANY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACTION YOURSELF.PLEASE GUIDE ME AND HELP ME TO SUE THE COMPANY SO THAT NO FURTHER FRAUDLENT ACTIVITIES CAN BE UMDERTAKEN

I had an internet account with TATA my email id is [protected]@bom7.vsnl.net.in

I tried reneweing my account through net on 7th July 2008 but the same was not done, still my credit card got debited by 899 amt ( below is the statement attached for your reference) Ref No 1969597



I called at your call centre on 21st July 2008, regarding the same, I have been told that the same will be resolved with in 72 hours & i will get a call back for same, but till today i never received a single callback.



I had given the Citi bank reference no by which citi has done the payment to TATA (Ref no is 7433274819081977116477)

Call centre had given me the complain no on 21st July 2008 which is[protected].



Again I called on 27th July enquiring the same because 29th was my due date to clear the bill of citi bank credit card. but again the same reply that its in process i will get revertal from TATA but no reply till today.



3rd call made on 2nd Aug 2008 & i got same revert that some one will revert me.



4th call done today i.e 13th August 2008 I had spoken to Mr. Marc Makasare (Supervisor) he had also given me the same reply that he will call me back in 24 hours, but i dont think that i am going to get revert from TATA,





In my this month credit card statement I had been charged late payment & interest. who is going to bear this amt.



If i donot get reply within 24 hours from now, i will take up this with CONSUMER COURT that TATA indicom has been harrising its customer.



Please revert to me before 24 hours.

TATA Indicom — Unable to communicate thru mobile no 9223302328 due to poor connectivity

i have purchased a tata post paid mobile connection in may 08 from Thane naupada mumbai shop. eff from the time of purchase till now i am not able to communicate due to connectivity problem and m/s tata indicom advertise better picture on connectivity issues/services.

for last one week/10 days i am unable to communicate for top jobs from leading employers/mncs/naukri.com/recruitment agencies which is causing a delay /loss of 60 lakh per annum job requirement, which i have posted thru resume on various national job providing sites.

i seek a reimbursement of minimum of Rs.10.0 Crores on tata indicom which they must pay for the damage they have caused to me.

i seek immeddite attention for the above reimbursement.

TATA Indicom/Walky wireless Phone — Cheating by Franchise Adarsh Communications reference no-APF001DF0010

We have bought a new Walky Connection Ph no:-[protected] from Tata Indicom Dealer ADarsh Communications Reference no-APF001DF0010.

We had seen literature with a scheme for RS600 incoming free for 24 months and order this piece for installation.

But when the plan was activated they gave a monthly Rs225 plan which i have refused to take and requested for Rs 600 @4 month free incoming Scheme but the franchise refused and wanted me to pay Rs 1100 for three year activation which i am not interested.

I have Requested for plan change whihc they refuse to do.

TATA Indicom — Not able to call Tata Indicom from BSNL land line

Do not purchase Talky from Tata Indicom.
I am not able to call to my tata indicom number from any BSNL land line.
I bought Smart card worth 500 rupeesbut it was carrying fake PIN number and after multiple complaints at 12678, problem was not fixed. Tata is having such an irresponsible and third class consumer care that is really horrible. I would advise to boycott tata calling cards.

Sir/Madum,
After making so many complaints to your so bad call Centre, I am doing this Complaint with you. From Our side this might be final complaint. I have four no of conections one Internet connection out of which no[protected]Amit A Parasnis) is discounected from last 10 days. After enquiry with your office I got the great knowledge that After 2 years I have not submited the papers, where as I allready submited the papers when I bought the phone.
Now I am realy faid up by the service.
Its my final request to you to start my service or I have only one obtion to switch on to Reliance or any other good service provider.
