TATA Indicom — Being harrased by the executive

A Tata indicom executive took money from me giving the assurance that I would get the internet connection in two days but I did not get the connection even after a week. When I called the executive he said he is ready to pay back the advance and got a letter from me requesting cancellation of my application and payback of advance.

After this I decided to go for another service provider and now I have received their connection, but still I have not received the advance amount I paid to Tata Indicom back. Whenever I call the executive he just abuses and insults us.

I opted to go for Tata Indicom believing in the brand name, but I am distressed by the behaviour of its employee. I think I have no other way than letting my money go....

TATA Indicom — full time apps for huawei C2900i

i am simply fed up with my connection.I have taken an unlimited pack of 256kbps andi am getting a download speedof 7-8kbps.repeated reminders are falling into deaf air.The problems dont stop every now and then there is a no issue and i am yet to have a hassel less day.all thanx to the esteemed tata indicom connection

i have taken tata indicom postpaid connection with haire mobile in Nov. 2006. That time mobile backup is only 1 hour when i contact tata indicom service center they said that it will only give 1 hour back up. bu at time of selling that it will give good back. but now from last 3,4 months after talking 5,10 min. whole mobile body become hot its to hot that i am unable to handle it, thats why its creating problem for me & its harmfull for my health also

TATA Indicom — Non receipt of bill

This is a complaint regarding non reciept of bill for the post paid moblie no. [protected] taken my name

Repeated complaints were made in this regard as it is a company connection for official use. The bill is

reimbursed by my company and I need bill for the same.
Even the latest bill was not sent to be and made me unable to pay the bill. As the bill amount is usually

high it can be paind only after it is processed by my office. It hardly takes a day for my office to process

the bill. But even after repeated complaints nothing happened with u r company.
To make the matters worse the incomming and outgoing was cut on 16/01/08 which was the day of conference

meeting on the phone. This made me loose my job - reason being not capable of maintaining the phone on the

day of review. I am making attempts to convince the heads that the fault is not at my end. The handset was

delibrately broken in anger and hence it is presently unservicible.
This is to bring to ur notice that the things need to be corrected at u r end and i[censored] still want me to

continue with u r service u can provide me a new handsent with the same number. Failing which the present

dues shall not be paid. And also I would also proceed legally against your comapny claming hardship and loss

of Job charges.
I u r comapny is really interested in maintaing the reputation and customers u may revoke my connection

immedtly along with a new handset.

With reference to the above Account , we had registered for TATA Indicom in 2004 and now it is been 4 years with your company I had no issues till the time I changed my address.

But the service and support given by your company after that was pathetic, your company was never interested in retaining the customer like us.

I had changed my address in the month of November and updated the address your database after calling your service help desk you guys had sent someone for the verification of the address as well

The telephone service was Intermittent ever since than it was on and off but you guys have still charged me for the intermittent service, finally I have decided to either cancel the account or get refund for this.

This is now totally depends on your response that whether you want to retain a customer who registered when TATA Indicom just began its service in the telecome industry.

Please respond to this mail as soon as possible so that I can decide whether I should stay with TATA or not.

TATA Indicom — Refund

I did surrender my TATA Pre-paid WALKY No.[protected] on 22nd May, 2007. Despite my repeated requests for its refund of Rs. 1000/- security money no steps have been taken by the company. Its just harrassing and what more any one can guess? I hope now the company's responsible officers will show some generosity and will stop fleecing poor customers due to their carelessness.

Tata Indicom India Calling Card — Incorrect balance in calling card

Hi,

I have brought india calling card of rs 100, but i was unable to use that card because the amount i got in that card was only 50 paisa, I have registered complaint so many times in the customer care but they say that "ok sir we will forward your request once again" Its been more than a week.

TATA Indicom Close 30 Rupees SMS Voucher. That voucher contains 1000 SMS for 30 Days. Can TATA Indicom produce 10000 SMS Voucher @ 200 Rupees for 180 Days ? OR 20000 SMS Voucher @ 500 Rupees for 365 Days ? Reliance have 5000 SMS Voucher @ 95 Rupees for 30 Days.

WB11007AD0003 (Chandan Kar) of Tata indicom (Post Paid) Burdwan West Bengal.But sorry to say that till date I have not received mywalky. I have complained this matter to your officials
at Burdwan But they are saying that due to non
clearence of my cheque they are not able to give my
connection.But from my Bank A/c the amount of the
cheque was transfered to The A/c of Tata tele services Ltd.I also mailed this matter to the nodal officer & customer care of TTSL on[protected] but they have not taken any action for the said matter.Today I contact with the sales person &chanel partner
of TTSL Burdwan (FC) but till now I have not received the connection.They are saying that my cheque is still not cleared.But when I telephoned the customer care of the company the are telling that your connection is activated but I have not received the walky.When again I contact the sales person they are telling that this is not possible and we will give your connection tommorow.But I told them that if today u give my connection I will accept it otherwise I took this matter to consumer form then they said what u can do u can do it and disconnect my phone.
I want my money refund with compentation.

Plz look into this matter and do the needful.

I am a handicapped person. I had disconnect my PTB pco connection No. 69432802 on 24.1.2007 as per company record. I had deposited NIU and other accessories vide receipt No. 24444 dated 28.12.2006 and receipt No. 128375 dated 30.5.2007 to company distributer Shri Bhajan Lal Shiv Chand Rai, 223 Naya Bazar Delhi. Inspite of several fax messagtes and reminders company had not refunded any security amount(approximately Rs. 12500/ (Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundered Only)/.

Tata Indicom Wireless Broadband Wimax Prepaid Service — Prepaid service complaint

I bought Tata Indicom Wimax Prepaid service in Jan 2008. The service came into effect from 20th Jan 2008. My id is registered as [protected]@vsnl.net. For the first 2-3 weeks approximately, everything worked fine. Ever since then I have been facing problem with internet connection. For the last one month, I have faced problem with internet connection almost every day!! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE PAID MONEY FOR 6 MONTHS (RS 3765) AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET WHEN I WANT. BESIDES THIS, I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN RS 1000 AS PHONE BILL IN TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE IN LAST TWO MONTHS. EVEN THEN, THEN PROBLEM KEEPS HAPPENING. The customer care people say that the time for which internet connectivity was not there will be credited to my account, but I paid have paid the money for this time and I need it now!!
IF TATA INDICOM WILRESS BROANDBAND CAN NOT PROVIDE CONSISTENT CONNECTIVITY TO THE INTERNET, THEY SHOULD NOT SELL THEIR SERVICE.

Please help!

hi every one i am ribhu tiwari i have tata indicom coin box i tried to return it many times but no one from customer care office not responded they keep telling me that we cannot hear your voice i tried several times
i hv 2 tataindicom landline line so, i want to be surrender one of them landline .

TATA Indicom — fraud and cheating customer service

sending a request for a new post paid connection no.[protected] but till date no any response from your side
On 28-April-2008 I tried to purchase the "Global Calling Card" 250 pack, while I filled all the details(Name, Address, Credit Card, etc) and submitted the web page threw an error after the payment gateway process. However my credit card statement is showing the purchase & Rs. 250 is charged on my credit card. I have not received any 12 digit PIN through email as well.

Also the customer care email id given on the website bounces back with a failure.

Tata Customer Care Sucks!!!
