Hi complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me. plz dont go for tikona, the connection is very slow. and always it show limited connectivity, i had a 6 month package but they r collecting service tax of Rs300 in the middle of the package.

Tikona — Money Not refunded as TIKONA is not able to provide the service
Tikona UID - [protected]In my area signals are very poor (5 - 10 %). And i want to know if signals are not proper, why Tikona install the Set with the fake promises. And Its more than 2 months that my connection has been disconnected. Till date, no one has come to collect the devices and i havn't received any call for the money back. Please make a strict action on this issue.
Tikona — Refund not provided by Tikona
I would like to complain against Tikona. I had taken a new connection of 4Mbps unlimited on 8th October. But from day 1 I was not receiving speed more than 1 - 1.5 Mbps. On contacting several times to customer care I was assured that there might be a feasibility issue of receiving 4Mbps connection in my area in which scenario full money will be refunded.Then 3 times technician came to our house to check feasibility but there was no improvement. Finally, after lot of follow-ups with customer care, disconnection request was taken. Then, we received a call from disconnection team that they will again send a technician again. Technician came and reported the same to disconnection department that there is no feasibility for 4Mbps connection. Disconnection team then asked us to move to 2 Mbps but we asked them to disconnect.
Finally on 16th October, they disconnected our connection. We were assured that within 45 days money will be refunded. After 45 days when we contacted customer care regarding the status, after 10 rounds of discussion and explaining the same history to around 5 CC representatives. I received a comment that Refund department had said as I had voluntarily requested for disconnection they will not refund. Again full history was explained to the floor manager, I was assured that another Technician will come to check the feasibility. In case there is no feasibility, I will be refunded. Last conversation with the floor manager happened on Mid of November. But still there is no update to Tikona.
Can you please help me out how I can reach Consumer Court and lodge a complaint against Tikona for harassing customers by not providing services as promised and false assurance of refunds?

Tikona — regarding disconnection of my internet
i disconnected ticona in the month of sep 2012 n tried informing through mail but the address which they gave ie [protected]@ticona.in could not receive my mail due to unknown reason . n i returned the modam also n they are asking me to pay rs 1800 for what . kidly help me Worst customer support services...when i have called on toll free number they never connect and when contact to paid number then then keep us on hold while they try to search for solution...but still no solution for the problem. Person i talked to, said that he will forward my problem and i will get a call from technical team but that never happened.
Still i am not able to connect to tikona wifi.
I am not getting the problem as my system sometimes connect and mostly shows limited access when connected to the tikona wifi although in the same room other laptops gets easily connected. i have checked the settings they are same.
I dont think their is any problem in my system because if so then i would not be able to connect to wifi at all.
Please suggest a solution. i am facing lots of trouble.

I agree with above review i facing no connectivity since last 23 day i have reg. complaint (1-[protected]) with then, first few day make me fool tomorrow our Engg. will come to solve your issue. when i am asking for money back (prepaid for six month ) then they told me, its tower issue in your area it will take 15 days to solve, after 15 day Ans is same don't go for tikona
I took Tikona connection long back at Hyderabad. From day one i experienced so many problems. Finally one fine day i opted for disconnection. They disconnected the connection. I payed all the bills. Their representatives used to collect bills every month. Similarly, they collected pending balance amount after disconnection. Now i keep getting calls that my bills are pending and i need to pay the amount, else an arrest warrant would be issued from delhi high court. Someone by name Rajesh tiwari has callled up. No company charges amount or send bills after disconnection. Network would be disconnected only after full payment is made. Now those people call up and say...an arrest warrant has been issued from Delhi high court. Fake people fake management, false representatives . This comapny is not well organised. Iam about to file a suite against this company for creating mental disturbance even after me being loyal to them regarding payment. I guess the collection representatives or the organisation which collects the amount is doing fraud by using the amounts. Daily 8 to 9 hours net is close and slow speed
I have complained to tikona customer care as the technical person came here but he did not done completely regarding solution which is relate to installing problem and at that time i got 3.5= 4mbps all was good but the problem is moderm is not placed good as it is floating due to not proper fixing and when i called relate to solve quary after getting all details with out registering my complain they do cut my calls and makes me irritate. Just i want proper fixing so that moderm can catch latency data without floating of moderm...just provide me installment related technical person to address and provide me solution ...
