Hi,

I have already sent you so many mails for the termination of my connection also paid the outstanding amount till my connection was working fine. After getting my connection down by 15 August 2011, you did not respond to my any complaint made in your customer care.

After getting frustrated I have given you the request for the cancellation of my connection but still my bill is getting generated and collection people are disturbing us like anything. If you are not able to perform the termination of my connection even after giving many cancellation requests to your customer care & nodal officer then it is the inefficiency of your customer care not my problem.

So please insure that my connection has been terminated and I should not receive any more call from your collection department to bother us....Thanks.

My internet service is down since more than one month and no one from
Tikona bothered to restored my service after calling Tikona customer care
more than 15 times as well. Also after getting frustrated from your
services, I have already communicated to customer care for the
disconnection of my services.

So why my connection has not been disconnected and stopped my billing till
now.

I have paid the amount till I used your services (till 15 August 11, Amount
Rs 715/-). I have seen online that still my bill is getting generated so
please make sure that my Tikona services get disconnected and no further
bill is getting generated after 15 August 2011.

Since last 10 days my internet service is down. I have called in customer
care more then 15 times to restore my service but till now no one has
visited my premise to resolve the issue and seems like no one from Tikona
is interested in resolving this issue.

I am not able to understand that why the hell you have the Nodal Officer
because he is not even responded to my mail while I marked him in mail for
his help and escalations. Now the level frustration from Tikona service is
very high and I can't bear this worse service any more.

Disconnection TT was raised on 10/08/2011, outstanding of Rs 1485.83 is pending from your side description is as follow,
1) 15 July to 14 Aug --- Rs 715.85 (payment is done from your side)(In this period the usage is 2.18 GB) .
2) 15 Aug to 14 Sep --- Rs 740.85 (In this period the usage is Rs 2.04 GB).
3) 15 Sep to 14 Oct --- Rs 744.98. (There is no usage but the disconnection TT is on 08 Oct 2011, so the rental is payable from your side)
We have forwarded your request for termination, so kindly pay the outstanding for final settlement of your account.

Hi,

I subscribed for the TIKONA broadband this month only. Previously I was having the Airtel connection. Just on their assurance of good service and hig speed of the Internet, I discontinued the Airtel conection and subscribed this called Tikona. I was rarely able to connect to internet in the night timings and facing the problems in the day time as well.

They have mentioned a custom care number that rarely connects and when connected no-one picks up the phone. The one who has installed the internet on my machine, never take my call serously and most of the time, his number is unavailable.

This is creating unnecessary head-ache to me. I want the connection to be removed and want my money back (500/- Rs. they took as installation charge). Even if the money is not back, I want the connection to be removed.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

VERY BAD Customer Service. What do these people think??? They sell and while selling they fall at your feet... After that no one turns back... I have spent 6-8 std calls to their customer service each 15 minutes and over and all they come up with is a 48 hour resolution and after 5 days, there is still no resolution.

Customer Care is pathetic..

Non technical people (rather illiterate people) call themselves Technical Executives.. Executives..?? they dont deserve to be even peons..

They do not know technical stuff.. no knowledge of networking.. and know just 2 things: "Sorry" & "I understand the inconvenience".. bloody [censored]s.. people..

I spoke to 8 different people.. all [censored]in illiterates.. no idea what they are doing.. what they are saying.. DUMB [censored]S..

Apparently it would look good.. But 'May your sould rest in peace' when you would need to "Support" from the "Customer Support" team..!!!

I'm in a deep .. just trying to come out of it..
I made a complaint that I have a slow connection before 2 days. A technical guy assured that they will send a technician before 8 PM. But they never turned up. Now it is about 3 days no one came up for the service.

Their speed may show up-to 2MBPS but there lot of dropouts.

They have really very very poor service. These guys do not have enough knowledge in technical.

On the time of setup, the sales guy told that I will not get bill for the first 2 months as I paid Rs.1000. But on requesting for refund they refused as they have installation charges......................

I do not want their money and I do not want their connection to be used by any one...............I even referred Tikona to one of my friend.........There is no need to ask him to change the service...........he will do it of his own.

Please see my mail thoroughly:
1) I have written on 2 Sep 2011 that "You are kindly requested to terminate my services since my connection is down. Also, share the details of outstanding amount till my service was working so that I can pay accordingly". Why did you log the complaint for termination on 08 Oct 2011. This is the delay in processing the request from your side.
2) My connection was down since 24 August 2011, It was never restored after that and after doing several followups I have sent you the mail for the disconnection of my services. So why there is a bill payable after 24 August 2011.And till the time i used your service, I have made the payment without any delay.
3) All delay has been made from your side for the disconnection of my services. Now you have reverted and logged my complain because I have sent you 7 reminder mails and put the complaint on the public forum otherwise this billing would have been going on for the years if I was not interested in doing the proper disconnection.
4) Please note, I have made all the necessary payment to Tikona till the period it was valid. Now no further outstanding is there on me. You have given the service to me thanks for that and thanks for your support to close this case now.
