[Resolved] Tikona — delay in installation
i'm a foreigner in this country, and i don't know how can i complain about tikona customer care. its near 14 days i've paid 3700 RS as 3months deposit,(because i don't have cheque, tikona has taken 3 months deposit plus other services that i've never seen). up to now nobody came to my home for installation, and more than 5 times i called to customer care, but i didn't hear reasonable answer. so many times i called to technician and he said we don't have wireless router. in this 2 months that i'm living in hyderabad i found that, nobody in india is responsible for anythings, and i regret that, when my freind told me take internet from AIRTEL, i didn't accept. i ask from indian persons, if anybody knows what can i do, kindly contact me [protected]@yahoo.com
