Times Deal — Transaction is not getting committed

Hi,

I would like to inform about the problem I had with online purchase from TimesDeal. Timesdeal.com send an email about the Rs. 50 Voucher for PayTM, and we can get the Rs. 100 deposited on our mobile while recharging with Paytm.

I bought the voucher and paid Rs. 50 using net banking. But,my transaction didn't get completed. The page doesn't go back for nearly 1 hour.

I tried to call multiple time to customer care [protected], however I was not able to speak any of the customer care executive and call was disconnected automatically.
