[Resolved] Toyota Kirloskar Motors Pvt Ltd — Delay in ETIOS delivery | |||
Hi all!! We have all been CHEATED by Toyota. I had booked an ETIOS V model- Serene Blusih Silver on 2nd Dec with Toplink Toyota, Ranchi, Jharkhand. As per their sales officer my booking serial for ETIOS is no -03. Till date they have already delivered 06 vehicles and I am still waiting for my car, even though at the time of booking it was told that delivery would be on First Come First Served basis. I have called innumerable times to the Bangalore Call Centre as well as to the dealer, but today I received a very blunt reply from one Ms Reshma (Bangalore)- "Sir, Even we cannot tell you when you will get your vehicle!" Surprising. Now whom shall we poor customers look upto except God Almighty. I have already availed car loan and have to produce the vehicle within one month..what am I going to do about that? The dealer says it depends on the colour one has booked. But this was not told to us at the time of booking. I have booked V model- Serene Bluish Silver. The dealer says that I will get in March/April..Then what was the benefit of booking early on 02nd Dec? All the 06 deliveries have been made to influential people. There is no rule here..because this is India guys. Toyota ho ya Honda..we spoil all their quality policies Q for Quality..Actually Q- means Queue- A long Queue!! Jai Hind!! sir my father has got sms saying u've got us$850000 i dont know whether it is true.so check it and send a conforming message his mobile no-[protected].
I totally agree! I booked my car V silver from Mumbai, Millenium Toyota, on December 1st 10.30 am and I have been told that they have no idea when I will get the car. I have been following up with the dealer and they have not been responsive at all. The sales person doesn't pick up my calls and NEVER calls me back when promised.
They are now saying that they have got only one silver car. I don't even know how many etios has been booked before me by Millenium Toyota - they are not being transparent at all. They are saying that Toyota is not giving them enough cars. I have no idea what to do. If this goes on like this, I will have to file a formal complaint.

I hv booked Ethios Serien Blue on the very 2nd day i.e. 2nd Dec 10 but till mid of Feb i didnt had any understandong of the delivery period
Now i hv been told that vehicle is expected to be delivered by May - June . What type of quality or Class toyota is talking about
i feel i did a mistake of not choosing Honda City which is readly available TOYOTA has cheated the whole public

I have booked tyoyta etios (G) on 7th of april in delhi.
and till today ie 6th of june i have not my dealer say they dont have idea by what time they will deliver car.
This is totally strange to listen from these guys.Are tyoyta making any roket kind of thing?
Please any one do who so over is taking these complain.please forward my concerns to the respective person.

I am also going through this same pain and after following it up with toyota for a very longtime, I am not getting any satisfactory reply from them. The people in toyota are totally ignorant of the problems of very high Noise and vibrations in my vehicle which can be felt at the steering, dashboard, side arm rest, doors, roof top, boot. The weather gaskets are missing from all 4 doors.battery gets exhausted in one week etc.
I tried to write reviews on the famous websites but some biased people would make some personal remarks to discourage me to highlight my issues. Frustrated by this, I have uploaded my own website to highlight my concerns.

Yes true, I agrre with the complaint because i have booked the toyota fortuner since 1 year and more. Still I havent get the delivery, and everyday the delivery is posponing. I really dont understand why they are doing this.
Infact i have paid in advance and still i am getting a poor response.
