hi i have made the booking from Dobro Toyota a dealer in Hyderabad made full payment for new Toyota innova in DEC 2010 and they promised me to deliver the car on 27 DEC but when i went to pick my car they said that the car meet with an accident while coming from workshop to showroom but when i enquired about accident that was not correct and the saddest part is they are not assuring the exact date of my car delivery and my EMI of my finance have already started without the car in my hand and the response of the dealer was very bad and asked us to cancel the booking. toyota is suppose to be no 1 car manufacturer in the world i would like suggest toyota to also watch these sort of dodgy dealers and their activities closely

How can these people get away with this?

I bought new Toyota Altis in Nov 2008. from day one breaks were making noise while applying. I kept it for first time ar 841 kms. Then after kept for two more times before car had done just 3000 kms. Each and every time while serviceing we had complained for same and had even mentioned in feedback. All this data are on records of Toyota. Now my car has done just 40000 kms and dealer has given estimated expence of Rs 30000 for only break issue. top of it dealer is claiming that break pads of altis last upto just 20000 kms or max 25000 kms. so it was hard for them to belive that my car went upto 40000 kms with company fitted break pads.

Owner of the dealer himself claimed that.

even had complained online for toyota and west head mr madhusudan :[protected] also called twice or thrice but none of them is responding till now. I had kept car on 4th Nov 2010 and then complianed on toll free no and internet. But till now they are just getting detail information regarding this matter and nothing is been concluded.

I had booked an Innova on[protected], paying advance of Rs. 50000/- to their dealer Radiant Toyota, Bathinda. Mr Sunil Jindal had Promised to deliver the vehicle to me by[protected]. Meanwhile one Mr. Mothu Ram booked the vehicle on[protected] which was to be delivered sometime in September. As some marriage was fixed in the family of said Mr Mothu Ram, he obtained my consent to take delivery of the vehicle prior to me. The dealer had delivered the vehicle to Mr Mothu Ram on[protected]. Since then I have been requesting the dealer to deliver the vehicle to me but he is putting me off saying I would get the vehicle in 5-6 days. Till today I have not been able to get the vehicle and I understand that the vehicles are being delivered to customers who had made the booking after me or Mr. Mothu Ram.
Although I had tried to contact them from last 20 days on their website WWW.TOYOTABHARAT.COM but no reasonable action is enforced.

I request to you to look into the matter and direct them to deliver the vehicle to me as soon as possible.

I have send my Toyota Innova Reg. No-HR 51 AH 0069 for accidental repairing to your
authorised dealers at Grace toyota(39th milestone, Delhi jaipur highway,
Gurgaon Ph.[protected] E mail:[protected]@gracetoyota.in) for last 2.5 months, but till now.i.e.,
[protected] my vehicle has not been returned to me and they are not replying
my phone call. They promised us that they will give us our vehicle before
27/08/10.Everyday there is a new excuse. Now they are saying that EURO 4 TURBO
is out of stock.This is really shameless for such a big company saying this
thing. They kept us assuring that they will give the vehicle in time but they
haven't given till now and this is a very rude behaviour with the coustomers.
I kindly request you to take severe actions against all these. It is a serious
complain.Please look in to the matter and act accordingly to save the name of
the prestigious company. Waiting for your repply.

I own toyota fortuner DL5CE 2642 and on 2nd service dealer asked me for brakes change. Regarding warranty there is nothing. I was surprised that the company like Toyota who write "We are committed to provide you best service and if we fail on 10/10 parameter, we will provide you Free Service for that job to your total satisfaction. Please contact me [protected]" but all these quotes under every invoice of toyota dealer seems fake. Previously I was very disturbed but when I saw so many complaints of fortuner in this site then I was relaxed and thought that I was not the first to suffer from such problem. But I hope the company like toyota should be serious and not present himself like a TV shop company.

innova back door was replaced and claimed inssurance in 2008 october, now the back door is showing rust on upper and lower sides of dickey ,lower side rust has caused holes to the body ,replace it for free as the part has been replaced just 2 years back only ,the car roams at khammam which is not a sea shore area .we feel they have replced with old door on previous insurance claim.

I purchased 2 fortuner reg no DL 3CBD 3283 & DL3CBD3285 in the month of March/April 2010.On first service I told the service executive that the breaks dont work properly and even after 2 complaints/ visit to M/s GalaxyToyota Moti Nagar the breaks are not effective and I fear that with these breaks I will definately meet with an accident. I have other 4x4 suv's also. Those vehicles are having effective breaks.Please look into it take necessary action.
