not delivering my car

i got a toyota corolla 2007 model.i m hear for my bad experiance in customer satisfaction in toyota for reparing in my car.i got an accident 16 days back and there are sum few scratches n dent but till todey my car is not delivered to me,when i use to cal toyota deler of my city[sunny toyota]they just another new date to me for deliviring my car to me.is is toyota were serving this kind of service then realy it shameless.car numbur-up93r1111.place...

i have got 4 cars
1. hona accord
2. octavia skoda
3. hundai accent
4. toyata corrola

among of them only toyata is the company who doesnt accept account payee check, who doesnt even tell his customers tht they will not accept it the mangement misbehave with the customers.

i really need the reply...

I receive a mail from TOYOTA MOTOR COMPANY
TOYOTA MOTOR COMPANY ONLINE PROMOTION 2007 the copy of mail is below I want to know that they are genuine or fraud.

Please answer me because Mr. Hudson Witherspoon asked me to contact to world Courier Express for dispatch your parcel.

But if I found that they are fraud so tomorrow i am going to sand them a Legal Notice from Indian High Court to Toyota Motor...
