for the second time again i got my innova serviced at harsha toyota hyderabad. I paid a bill of Rs 1798/-approx. I am shocked to see for the third time again the same sand and mud accumulated on fenders and mudguards and also bonnet. I am fed up .

My brother Mr M Sudhakar has a Corolla he his employed with Air India when this Brand was launched in hyderabad he bought it immediatly. I very often use his car although I own another Brand, We have been giving for service at regular intervals and did not face any problem when we get it back after done with.

You cannot find a better Service than Harsha Toyota

    I have bought an altis on the 2nd day of launch. The car bumper got damaged and I took it to Galaxy Toyota Service. The Service is very pathetic. They took 30 days to give me back the vehicle. When I Paid the money and got a delivery challan, The paint was flaking, there were additional scratheson the body, The car interiors were full of dust, dirt and in fact the driver seat was full of grease. After charging 80000/- part of which was paid by me and the rest by insurance co, this was their approach that the car was not even washed. I twas giventhe delivery after 4 attempts and 5 days after payment. Now because of my complaints to TKM, the dealer team is targeting me and decided to make my life worse...My clutch settings have been changed and vehicle switches of/clutch slips each time. Believe it... they offerred me the vehicle back with the Corolla Altis logo in the bootspace...Now I am running pillar to post in TKM and Galaxy toyota, who have stopped taking my calls. I was asked to sign a blank Customer Satisfaction Report!!!.. The Customer Relations Manager is out for lunch for most of the time!!! . After registering 2 complaints there is no relief. The paint job is so crude that my car looks as if it is painted in the roadside garage... Listen, they have a Service Dealership monolpoly in Delhi/North India, much to the disadvantage of the customers. You have to be very nice to people in the service centre and please them if you want to get the issue redressed...

    had bought Altis Corolla Sport model in September 2009 from CR 2Nariman Point branch of Shinrai Toyota dealers. They havenot provided me limited series nuimber that has been allocated to my car yet. Inspite of reminding several times, understand from them that the company-Totoya only doesnot provide this number. While asked them as to how other cars with LImited series have been supplied the same since I had seen cars with these numbers, they had no reply...
    I agree, Toyota Dealers in Delhi/NCR are pathetic service provider.

    Uttam Toyota, Ghaziabad is the worst among all, they do not consider or listen to customer complaint and no one in Toyota Bharat to resolve these queries. It seems Toyota Bharat is in India to just make fool of Indians.

    Highly disappointed the why Toyota Distributor is treating the Accident Vehicle & Its Customer

    Dear Sir,
    I am highly disappointed the why Toyota Distributors are handling the Vehicles & Customers of accident vehicle . I am using Toyota Corolla bearing number MH20 BE 0790 . Unfortunately I went into accident with the Vehicle twice over a period less then 2 month . Both the times I had send my vehicle to Galaxy Toyota : Kundali, Haryana .
    First time my tool bag & key ring was missing when vehicle was returned back to me . In addition to this side scratches which left over the vehicle were not painted . When I had asked the about the same to the executive who was taking care my vehicle then he put blame on me that I had to inform in writing in though I had inform verbally . Regarding tool bag & key ring he mentioned the I should remove these items before handing over the vehicle to work shop .

    Second time again I went into accident on 14th June 2013 . This time experience is even worse . I had handed over the vehicle on 15th June and I got it back on 26th July 2013 . Petrol tank was empty though I had given money to driver to fill the petrol and I was told that petrol was filled . Due to damage of Bonnet & Front Glass a knob of Battery was also damaged which was not attended and vehicle was handed over to me with temporary arrangement . Keys of my vehicle was handed over to me in my office and when I wanted to take back the vehicle to my home I was not able to start due to petrol tank empty and battery down and knob broken . Further Air in Tyres were also very less . A switch in Dash board was also not yet replaced .

    I had paid huge maintenance bill but both the time I feel cheated by Toyota Distributor . Since this is the only authorized Toyota WORKSHOP available I had no other option but to go to this Distributor workshop of Toyota . I can not expect from Company like Toyota who had global reputation for customer service .

    Pl respect your customer and give due return of heard earn money of Indian Customers . Cheating of customers should not be way of business.

      My mob no [protected] is a post paid number.These no use have a long time. I paying last payment of bill 28 april 2008. after this payment my panding bill amount is 1700 something. Due to some reasons I did not paying the bill payment.I pay outstanding amount on the dated 10 09 2008 in your outlet (NEEDS SHOWROOM NO 17 NOIDA SEC 12) centre and I submitting the required document for concern female person whose cell no [protected] & name is (RITIKA) Airtel, your outlet at G 26, savitri market, sector 18, NOIDA, Dated 16 09 2008 and said that your cell no will be activated after 72 hrs but my cell no not activated .I again called several times for that no [protected] but she had given the commitment only with in one hr your no activated on Saturday morning 20 sep 2008 at the time of 11:30 am.But I will not get any response .
      Again I informed at 4:00 pm and she given the commitment your no activated exactly at 6:00 pm.again I called to the concern person but she would not give any response.
      At present my no not activated after the information & dumentation process please I humble request to senior person in your reputed airtel out let centre Airtel, your outlet at G 26, savitri market, sector 18, NOIDA for insantly activation of my cell no other I will take some necessary action against your airtel company.

      Dear Sir

      This is the very first time that I have come to ur showroom called Galaxy Toyota.And I got such a shameful response which was unexpected from ur side b'coz I can never expect that such a big co. can do this type of Job which seems that this work is being done from a roadside workshop.Basically it was little bit an accidental case in which front bumper and right side fender was repaired & repainted from ur Co.and the complaint is that the paint is not matching from the original one.I have complained in the Co.they have accepted that they have done a mistake.Now u can understand that whether a person can come again & again to ur showroom doing nothing regarding the bussiness.It means that this service u provides to ur customers.We are very much dissatisfied from ur response.I have also a vehicle called Honda City which is the Honda brand and I am fully satisfied from the services provided from the Honda's showroom.

      My self Vimal Bhajikhaw and i am from Surat, Gujarat.
      I have Toyota Innova with the registration No. GJ-5-CJ 6847 purchased on 15/01/08 from Nanavati motors (Plot no. 220, behind Raj Hans cenema, Piplod road, Surat) costing Apprx.11 lac rupees.

      I sent my car to Nanavati motors for general check-up on 13/11/09 and they found problem in foundation bussing.

      I said to replace bussing and they replied that we did not have any parts and will ask for related parts from some where else.

      After almost waited for 1.5 month, i sent my car again for replacement of bussing and they again replied the same answer that they don’t have any parts and all of that...

      I think they are not working properly and UN necessary harassing the customer.

      They have to tell the reality to customer and they should have those parts otherwise what is use of being work shop without any parts.

      Apart from that their service is so poor and people are very lezzy.

      I have two of Toyota Innova cars and after having this experience, I am thinking to sell my both of cars because service provided by them is of very lower level as compare to other company service outlet in Surat city.

      Maruti, GM motors, Tata all have very good service station and work shop and its upto you to take some important step to keep Toyota alive in Surat city.

      Please take some corrective action and preventive action because they are spoiling Toyota name and image.

      I truley agree that toyota is one of the best mnc but there are few draw back which i and many of the other customers find it true.There is always a long booking q in toyota dealership.Customers feel that its just to keep the demand in the market but its a huge loss for the company from the point of view of the customers.I also want to buy a toyota vehicle and that to a furtuna but i have been told by the jamshedpur dealer that there is a heavy booking and they are not getting more than 2 or 3 vehicle per month so they will provide me the vehicle after may.I dont know how is it possible.may be if not before april then i will have to find some other suv for my self.If possible i request toyata to kindly provide me a vehicle before april it would be a great help by the company for me.thank u.

      I would like to inform that I had booked a Toyota Fortuner on 29th August’2009’ under the receipt No. A[protected] at Em Pee Motors, Industial Area, Ph.1, Chandigarh and according to them the estimated delivery time given was April 2010. During this schedule, earlier booking number was stated as 93 but they are putting up a proof for 117 (I don’t know how) and expected delivery time is shifted to June ‘2010’. I had approached them number of times but they are not giving any correct details neither through phone calls nor email.
      Even I had called the general manager 3 times but he is also not picking up the phone. The behavior of their staff is also not at all acceptable. I am not at all admired with kind of service your dealers are giving to your customer.
      A request was also forwarded by Hon. Parneet Kaur (Minister of state for external affairs G.O.I) and till date no concrete feedback had been given. Even after lot of persuasion only a part information was passed on to us. I request your esteemed organization to be more transparent in this matter before I plan to cancel out my deal. Detailed enclosure attached.

      I have booked by a Rupees of 51000/- a G4 innova on 28 December. after that i m having some family financial problem so we decided not to buy a innova. so i have given a cancelation application to customer executive on 12th january. after that i have call to this executive 100 times.& also going to dealership 4-5 times but no body response me & not reply a proper answer. One day when I was going to dealership their manager said why to come to me & why u complain for a executive in front of me. Executive answer is my boss is not in town . when he will come I will make your payment & give it to you. His boss was coming 10 -12 days before in city but till today he said my boss is not in town. I want my money back within 24hours otherwise I will admit a petition into the consumer court on 2nd march. If his boss is not in town so what can i do? I am waiting for my payment for last 2 months. please take a action urgently.

      I got such a unexpected POOR response ur dealer Pioneer Toyota, Patiala which I can never expect from such a big company. Their services are so poor that you cant imagine.
      I am a resident of Patiala, Punjab. When I purchase Toyota Innova in 2008, I was very happy to be a Toyota customer. I have owned a Innova PB-11-AL-0056 . But I am vey upset with the services of Innova dealer situated at Patiala . I am now facing very big problem of servicing my car from company and other repairs . The very poor services of Mr. Saini, at Patiala very upset me.

      I had problem in my car's right side shocker . They changed the shocker but the problem which i was faced regarding shocker is continuing .The tyre of My car, of that side is totally finished . I had shown them many times but of no vain . No good respone had been shown till now.
      The second problem I faced My car got Rear bumper and R/s rear side painted about 10 days ago. Till now no call from your company for rubbing of that portion . I am very upset with the services of Mr. Saini posted at Pioneer Toyota, Patiala . Many times he harrassing me .Very very poor services from that person.It means that this service you provides to ur customers.We are very much dissatisfied from ur response.       My name is H S Duggal, Managing Director of Minar. Unfortunately I purchased Toyota Camary car, for my personal use, under registration No.DL2FH0050 through perhaps most unprofessional dealear of yours namely M/s Galaxy Toyota, New Delhi.

      On 14th August I noticed some noise in the engine and sent car on the morning of 16th August to Galaxy Toyota at Moti Nagar, New Delhi workshop. After wait of 3 hours I was told that A/c fan needs to be replaced on which I agreed immediately. As usual I was informed of non availability of this part with them. I deposited an advance of Rs.1000/-against their receipt No.GT/WS/MN/C/599 and was promised to contact them after a weeks time.

      Since 21st August, 2010 I have been chasing them without any reply and I am unable to use my car. My calls to your call centre No.[protected] have also not yielded any results since they have been promising me since 30th Augsut, 2010 to check and get back. Sorry to say no one bothers to get back which show the approach towards customers.

      This is not the first horrific experience I have with Galaxy. On earlier occasions i.e on 21st April, 2010 the antena was malfunctioning and also took more than 15 days to replace, the indicator bar broke and also took 10 days to replace. I fail to understand either it is your corporate policy or of your dealer’s not to stock spares and harras the customers.

      I am writing this mail and donot know whether you will look into it and bother to reply . But this is awefull experience with Toyota. I drive BMW too and many officers of our Company have cars made by Honda, Suzuki but never faced with such harrasement.With such lackluster after service I don’t think Toyota holds a bright future in India specially in Premium segment where user is busy and value its time.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have bought a Coralla H5(TN 04 Q 3031) from Toyota Trust, Neelankarai, chennai on 4-1-2010.Last 2 months, i am suffering a lot because of many problems in the vehicle.First, I found that AC cooling was very less and so i went to toyota service centre in Koyambedu for rectifying the problem..They told thet the AC compressor is not working properly and so i asked to clear the problem. after 3 days only i got the vehicle back from the service centre with the bill amount of Rs.25, 000/-.I had paid the amount and took the car.I just went 25kms from there but suddenly a warning light glown stating that there is no water in the radiatar. Immediately i rushed to the service centre stating the problem, they said that they forget to fill the water after repairing the compressor.They again charge me Rs.4000 and returned me the vehicle after 2 days. After 2 days, I saw the radiator without water again.Totally 4 times I went to service centre for the same problem..Totally disappointed with the response from the service centre..We are believing that the toyota makes only quality product but still the service centre is not that much worth.Pls take necessary steps soon and make me the favour as soon as possible..I am waiting for ur response eagerly.

I was planned to purchase a new innova from your showroom but seems this kind of service Sorry i don't have any words about that .Now u can understand that whether a person can come again to ur showroom doing nothing regarding the bussiness.It means that this service u provides to ur customers.We are very much dissatisfied from ur response.I have also a vehicle called Honda City which is the Honda brand and I am fully satisfied from the services provided from the Honda's showroom.

      We have booked toyota Innova 2.5 VX(M)-8S PS Silver Mica Metalic model in Narmada Toyota, Baroda(Gujarat) on 19th April 2011. My friend Rakesh told me Mr.Dilipbhai Nathvani the owner of East Africa toyota, Baroda is my best friend. He will give you car. Mr.Dilipbhai called me on 18th june 2011 that please pay full payment and i will give you car between 4th to 10th july 2011. I have transfer Rs.13, 08, 498/00 in East Africa Mobiles Ltd's account in State Bank of India A/C no.[protected] on 21st june 2011.He cannot fulfill his commitment and he cannot give me car till today.He cannot give any kind of response towards me and he cannot tell me the fix date of deilivering my car.He always says that I will give you car in very shorttime.
      we are also Dealer of swaraj tractors Divison of Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd(FES) but we cannot behave with our customers like your dealer.
      Kindly arrange my car very soon and give me it before I cancelled my order.We are waiting for your good reply.

      I have taken a TOYOTA – ETIOS Q.CLASS (SYMPHYONY SILVER) on 28th April, 2011. I feel proud being the early member of Toyota family in Hyderabad. I have no other option except to bring it to your notice : a) Entry of the rain water in to the door area: Pl. see the attached photographs on the door area of my car, which are of self explanatory. These photo were taken by me on 8th & 15th June, 2011 (after rain). I have reported the same during my 1st service of the car which was disregarded not attended to. b) I am sorry that the attention paid towards first FREE service is not that of a paid service. c) The promise that TOYOTA Genuine Long Life Body Coating given on my car. As being, promised that it should not allow any i) unpleasant steaks and stains on the body, ii) rain steaks and water stains on the body. “A promise of new car shine last even longer, if it is used in sandy/dusty environment”. – Promise not met.
      Expecting a suitable response in this regard.

      Toyota Etios is a car claimed to have designed for Indian Customers. Iam an early owner of an Etios. I had lot of expectations from such a car from a world class company. It is true that Toyota has paid attention to reduce the price and bring out with an attractive exterior. However Toyota failed to keep its promise regarding fual efficiancy. Though company claims more than 17 kmpl, I get less than 10 kmpl. This is not what Indian customer want. I have seen commercial that the diesel version is giving 23 kmpl. If so, would you permit the unfortunate owners of its petrol version to convert their vehicle to diesel version ?.
      I have intimated my grievance to the dealer, Amana Toyota, Calicut, Kerala. Please do the needful.

      I have purchased Toyota Etios from Pioneer Toyota, Chandigarh on 17/04/2011. My Regn.no.of the vehicle is CH01AH. It is the second time that I am facing the ACUTE Problem, Ist I have experienced when I tried to open the Dicky(Boot) with my key and the key was caught by lock & I have to wait about five hours on the roadside & even after that I have to call my nephew who is doing his B tec in Automobiles & with his help only I could find the solution.
      The very next day I went to your dealer PIONEER TOYOTA, Chandigarh & with great difficulty & after seeking the help of the M.D.of the agency I could got the relief & that, too, after again five hours in the morning.

      Today again I could not start my VEHICLE & I have to lodge the complaint at 7.20pm vide complaint no.TCM[protected] dated 05/10/2011 & after repeatedly conveying the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT EXECUTIVE THAT i AM UNABLE TO START MY CAR he has advised me to go to the dealer with your vehicle so that it can be set right. He was very reluctant while lodging my complaint. I am fed up THE WAY TOYOTA INDIA TREATS ITS VALUABLE CUSTOMER. I AM OF THE FIRM OPINION THAT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BE TERMED AS ROADSIDE TORTURE.

      Now I am left with no alternative except to file case with the CONSUMER FORUM AND WOULD LIKE TO GET MY VALUABLE MONEY BACK ALONG WITH THE compensation as deemed fit.

      I WOULD LIKE TO ADVICE THE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS NOT TO DREAM OF BUYING ANY LOW BUDGET CAR FROM TOYOTA COMPANY. Because low cost car i.e. TOYOTA ETIOS & ETIOS LIVA IS A PANDORA BOX AFTER SPENDING HUGE AMOUNT.

      i have recently bought TOYOTA ETIOS LIVA DIESEL 2 weeks ago and when i checked the car at my place i found that the body line of the car was not in proper shape, ( fender, door and railing below doors were not aligned properly) there is a manufacturing default in the car and then i went to your dealer in dwarka from where i bought the car, they started giving me vague answers that we dont know any thing about this its a technical issue, may be workshop people can help you in this. As the dealer agreed himself that there is a defect in the car but still he was just making excuses and throwing the ball in the others court and now i have to deal with your workshop people.

      i havnt driven even 100 kms and you can even check that there is no fault at my end.
      kindly look in this matter otherwise i would have to approach court for the justice.

      Against Pioneer Toyoya Chandigarh

      I have a Toyota SERA car with registration no.WB-02-F-6368. My concern is on dated[protected] at 9.10 AM I went at M/S Pioneer Toyota, no.177, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh. India.
      for general servicing, AC check up, suspension check up of car. I pack-up my all own goods/documents from the dicky and dashboard and hand-over car at 9.50 AM to Mr.Gagan and Mr.Surinder (Gagan made job card and checked all the accessories in the car, Surinder is the service manger and driven car to check health check of car )and then come back to my office.

      I was shocked when I got a call from [protected] at 11.26AM and the person said Rear Glass broken ( Back side glass ) by mistake during the time of service. I was irritated on this incident because my CAR was in good condition. Still I controlled the anger and met to Mr.Surinder (Service Manager). Here you come to know the negligence level of the service center as instead of resolving the problems they are creating more problems in the car and they are not ready to fix new glass against the broken glass. They said that the dealer is not liable for the damage if something broken during the time of service.

      I am not using my car since 10 days and now I am not ready to take back in broken condition. As I am requesting to replace this rear glass with a new one and do the general service, AC check, suspension check-up. Secondly please inform to M/S Pioneer to stop hiring cheap mechanics and replace them with the qualified one's.

      I went Toyota Service center because only Toyota can understand to my SERA car better than others. Please help me and take a right action against the M/s Pioneer Toyota. Chandigarh.INDIA.

      I have Toyota etios TN22 BC 3813 due heavy rain in Chennai water entered in my car I took the car to nearby pallikaranai Lanson Toyota showroom .
      I was shocked the way they responded to me when I entered the showroom they asked to come after lunch .
      I came to the showroom and no one was ready to take my car for service I felt like I was in some government office that was very bad experience in my life.
      I didn’t had any choice so I made a complaint with some senior manager as made some to take my complaint . I felt some relief but it was not for long.

      I was informed by service executive that water cant enter in the car and we will take care through warranty.. next day I got the call where he informed that there are some problem occurred due to water entering and you have to pay 11500/- when I asked about warranty he informed go through the manual its mentioned there that water will enter if it goes beyond some limit.

      It was not mentioned while I purchased the car and it was not informed to me when I gave the car for service he made where clear that water will not enter inside the car.
      I was able to drive the car when water entered in my car and I took the car for service after two days. As per my understanding the car was designed keeping Indian road and condition in mind then how come water entered in car.
      We came to see the altis and etios and the sales service which i received was very very poor. I was given a very bad treatment, mi was not offered any seat or any beverage.
      I asked for the test drive and i was refused for it. I was told the car for the test drive is not available and the car was right there.

      I was given such a bad treatment at the showroom that at that very point of time i decided not to buy a car from Toyota.
      If this is the treatment what you offer to your customer before the sale, i really doubt what will be the after sales service???

      This is in regards to the servicing of my car Toyota Corolla Altis on 3/13/2012 at 30, 000km, invoice no TAX12-08030
      1. The brace pads and liners replaced. I do my servicing every 10, 000 km as recommended by the Toyota. Brake pads generally wear out within 20, 000 km. I don’t understand why they were not checked and recommended the change of them, this resulted in the scoring of the disc and its replacement, which costed me 20, 000 INR for my 3rd servicing itself. Toyota does claim lowest cost of maintenance and my very 3rd servicing for this small negligence costed me 20, 000 INR.
      2. The brace liners were examine by another Toyota servicing in-charge out of this state Goa, who told me that the scratches on the disc are not deep and are normal marks of wear out. He said it only needs polishing and can be used. This procedure just incurs 2000 INR and not 20, 000. I do have the liners and the pads which don’t show the exposure of any sharp screws which can score the disc deep.
      3. The car servicing dint receives any 3M finish and wax coating of the dash board which was done in my earlier 2 servicing. On complaining I was recommended to come back to complete the job. I still dint get the time to go back as I remain busy with my hospital work.
      4. Now my car is 31, 000 km and having noise on braking in my left front liners, perhaps now the pads in the front are worn-out. I feel they need to have more professional attitude and should know when to change the pads to prevent the scoring of the liners. It’s just 1000km now after servicing and again another complain.
      On going through the details I feel Toyota servicing is just like any other local make care servicing which the company is too proud of their customer satisfaction. If you ask me, this un-professional attitude makes Toyota maintenance too expensive for maintenance.

      I purchased Toyota corolla Altis from ravindu toyota in 2012 . They have given a defective car, showroom used car, car is also repainted, now we have hired an advocate and case is in consumer court . People facing similar problem and who have filed a case against toyota, please call [protected] .
      My family bought a Etios VD model on listening to me, as i convinced them Toyota cars are quite efficient .Its been just 7 months and the vehicle is on its second service for 10000kms. There was a small accident where the front bumper slightly had a dent, so we took the vehicle to the service station and then we were told to leave the vehicle for them to take a look.
      They called us the after 2 days and told that they have to replace the radiator and condensor parts, my father was not convinced with this and we were told to pay for that, luckily we had a insurance of toyota and got around 50 percent claim on Rs.34000.
      We were asked to take it back, they told everything is perfect and you wont face anymore problem.Just when we were driving back home from SHODHA TOYOTA HUBLI, noticed the indicator saying that the engine is being overheated(got to know the symbol after checking it on the manual provided).
      We'd gone about 15kms from city towards bagalkot and then I stopped the vehicle and called them up.They asked us to come back and let them have a look.They did some checking and the worst thing was they couldn't find the problem.Almost they took a week to fix the bumper and condensor, still they asked us to leave the vehicle again for some days and they let their experts have a look at it.
      We took a bus back, Everyone was worried as this was the first family car, and its hasn't been a year we bought it.I called them tomorrow to know what was he problem now, they were like still the search for the problem is going on sir, we will let you know asap.N when i called for the next time, they told that we suspect the problem is with the coolant as its not going through all the engine compartments.They never called me back to whats the progress with the problem, i gave their my email-id as they told they will be sending pictures of every processes you're car gets to, they never did.Now when i call them, i was told the engine block has a small opening in its head and the amount to repair is going to around a one lac.We are worried about the car service seriously.I'm completely pissed off and my dad is thinking of going to consumers forum.
      Now its been exactly 15days to today, our car is off the road and my dad gets to take the bus everyday.I had never ever thought that toyota had this kinda service, I myself a mechanical engineer student in bangalore.I visited you plant in bidadi and proposed my dad to go for toyota.

      We have Three Toyota corolla Altis in our company all purchased from DSK Toyota. They had claimed to have lowest maintenance and spare part cost.Actually it is the highest even when one is not claiming Insuarance. Recently 5 days back I got Front Bumper of my car no MH-12-FP-8525 replaced, Toyota does not allow you in the work shop and I found in next two days Bumper loose.The servicing Engineer now tells me the Fender is cracked and will have to be replaced.I think Toyota staff is making irresponsible statements as the fender would have been obvious during changing Bumper. The brake pads is the same issue as I have spent more than 60000 on brake pad and liner replacement.
      The standard answer for any complaint is" This is as per Toyota policy"
      can Toyota be gracious enough to customers, who pay money to purchase a car on certain claims and promises, to clearly elucidate the policy of spares with and without insurance claim as I can show the difference in both rates.They (service personnel) make any assertions as if customer has no recourse.

      This is for your kind information that on dated 27/05/2013 2:00pm, I
      was going to pali from beawar(Ajmer) with TOYOTA ETIOS RJ36 CB 0500.
      During the Journey, Temperature Red light indication was coming, Hence
      I asked the driver to stop the vechile and see the problem, After
      opening the front bumper of the vechile, It was found that there was
      too much heat inside and radiator was not having the water, Then after
      we decided to put some water inside the radiator. After the filling of
      water, due to excessive heat, steam has started coming out of Radiator
      and even water has also started falling off from the radiator but Red
      indication vanished after 15 minutes from the filling of water.
      Then I informed the above condition to Toyota officals(Complaint No.
      38372), Toyota persons took the vechile to Rishi Toyota, Jodhpur after
      4 hrs. Then after 2-3 days, Persons from Rishi Toyota informed that
      Radiator is damaged and It can=92t be covered in the warranty neither in
      accidental insurance, without informing any reason about the problem
      of radiator. Since the Vechile is under warranty(23, 000 running KM)
      and got serviced on 25/05/2013 at OM Toyota, Ajmer, Hence I believe
      its an technical fault and cost of the same has to bear by the Toyota
      or it must be covered under the warranty as its not the mistake from
      my end.
      Then after this I informed the above problem again to Toyota officials
      via customer care call(Complaint No. TCM[protected] but didn=92t
      received any response even after calling again and again. Since I have
      purchased 6 numbers of Innova and 1 Number of etios in the recent 3-4
      years for my organization because of service satisfation claimed by
      the toyota officals, It is difficult to understand what has happen to
      Toyota nowdays. Iam just shocked. And if it goes like that I am sorry
      to say that I can=92t continue the relationship with Toyota in future.
      You are requested to look into this matter, as I have been suffering
      regarding this issue since last 15 days.

        I went for a second (FREE )servicing of my toyota innova diesel vehicle with RADHA KRISHNA TOYOTA SANATH NAGAR HYDERABAD --Taking prior appointment and ACCEPTANCE of second free servicing on telephone -But once I reavhed there the JOB CONTROLLER MR ANKAIAH RAO refused to do the free at labour charge and SENT ME BACK.           Dear sir
          I am owning this Toyota corolla for the past 3 years i have done all the services in Ravinda toyota showroom near iskon temple .For the last 7-8 months i am
          facing lots of problem in engine
          Some 7-8 months back i noticed mal function lamp glowing in the dash board i immediately contacted showroom in BNG they told me to bring the car. I immediately left the car after checking they replaced the parts & delivered it to me after 6-7 days. On 25th may 2008 my last & final service was due i left the car for routine service. After one month i noticed some missing problem in the engine again i left the Vehicle to the showroom on 4-7-2008 after checking they gave me the report today that the parts replaced some 7-8 months have to be replaced again cost will be around Rs 35000/-. I argued that it should be replaced free of cost because replaced parts have one year warranty. They are not responding properly.
          I kindly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible

            I had purchased Toyota Enova V-Model ( UP32 BR 6554) in the name of M/s Sengar's Agro Farm Pvt Ltd from Lucknow. From the date of purchase till date the vehicle is having two problems which are not yet solved which are as following:
            1. The FM stops working after few Km away from Lucknow.I have given more than 5 trials and were told every time that as soon as we have a spare set it shall be replaced and the set shall be sent for repair or replacement.
            2. The AC of the vehicle takes in outside smell and in spite of the dashboard being removed at least four times the matter has not yet been corrected. The matter was taken with the Customer Care Manager and all services that the vehicle went to the workshop these two problems are mentioned.

            Please do tell me is Toyota a company of cheats that sells me its highest model on Enova and does not even care to correct the problems but only trying to make the three years pass of warranty. I am sorry to say I never thought that the quality of vehicles being sold the company was so bad

              I am a proud owner of an innova G4 [march 2008] model. The superb performance and quality of the vehicle motivated me to buy another same vehicle for my brother as a gift. With this intention i approached nippon toyota trivandrum { local toyota dealer} for booking the above mentioned car today Ie 02/04/2008 at sharp 3.30 pm.
              I met the same sales officer [who is a very nice person and who dealt with my first Innova] to book my next Innova. I already had a approved loan with ICICI bank and also discussed every thing related to the vehicle ie model, color, offer, delivery date, balanced to be paid and all other thing, and also handed over the margin money over the counter.
              i asked them to show me the same vehicle which they are going to supply me after the registration. Unfortunately when the vehicle came i was shocked to see that 2 or 3 mirrors were of 2007 make so i requested them to give me a vehicle which has got all the mirrors [window, quarter glass, windsheild etc] of same manufacturing year. But they refused to do so saying that they dont have such vehicle. I was very disappointed at that moment . Few minutes later i got out of the showroom and had a look on a new car which was parked outside the showroom. After inspecting that car i was quite assured that this car meets my specifications [ all mirrors of same manufacturing year ]. I asked them to allot me the above mentioned car, but they simply refused my appeal saying that customer "dont have the the right to choose the car for which they are paying a huge amount".
              This was quoted by the deputy sales manager of this company. I was very disappointed and felt insulted after hearing this since this is my second Innova purchase in a span of 15 days.
              So i kindly request you to take it very seriously and contact me as soon as possible or else i will have to go to other redressal options.

              I too had a similar experience with them, but frankly i am not hurt by this rule of Nippon Toyota. Toyota allocates the vehicle centrally, inorder to avoid confusion and fights among prospective buyers. In your case, what if i too turn up at the showroom and demand the same vehicle (which u liked). Confusion and disorderliness ensues and inorder to avoid these, Toyota does so. U must have seen how Maruti and other dealers dump cars in their stock-yard. Nippon avoids this too.
              I had worked with Nippon for more than 4 years and I don't think so it could happen...
              Might be some misunderstanding between...
              Because as far as I am concerned Nippon gives prior importance to each and every customer's comments.

              The customer service of Nippon TOyota is horrible.
              I have purchased a toyota innova in 2005, firstly, it was delivered very late, secondly, when i had minor parts repair, the dealer says it doesnt cover the warranty.
              and recently, i faced a major breakdown my car didnt start at all. i thought my battery is gone, so i replaced it, but next day again same problem. i called dealer millenium toyota in mira road-mumbai, they came very late, and took my car to service centre, there they told me that the starter is not working. i argued that its a part which should run atleast ten to fifteen years, or else the car will stop anywhere, its a mnaufacturing defect, which i have never faced in any of my past cars, not even maruti 800.
              when i called hte customer care, they replied very rudely that we cannot replace your part because it is out of warranty, my vehicle has run only 59000kms.
              the warranty says 1 lac kilometre or 3 years. but now they say if three years have completed theres no warranty on this part.
              i warn to all innova users please beware of their service and attitude, the company toyota never cooperates with the customers and never accept their mistakes, and your car breakdown anywhere anytime.
              be ready to pay for any parts which are under warranty or not.
              at the end of the day, i didnt expect such a behaviour from toyota, its totally negative.

                i had send my vehcle for service in shinrai toyotas worli branch the keep the car for one day n when i go back the other day to get my cars delivery i see my tapes panel in the car goes missing n when i ask the manager what is this he said that the panel was given to my driver who had actually never received it n still they say we arent responsible for this theft what a shameless answere they could give
                and the worst part they werent ready to accept their mistake

                    i am having toyota corolla .Sunny toyota of agra change my front discs and brake pads .In only 2000kms of running front discs and brake pads are in worst condition and they are again ready for change.when i complained about it sunny toyota's manager tiwariji started giving lame excuses. one representative of sunny toyota refuses to give the helpline number also. So i want that my complaint should be listened by toyota. my numbers are [protected], [protected].

                    i am the owner of Toyota corolla H1 model 07/2003, Km- 56, 000 only.
                    after 40000Km the clutch became very hard, i replaced complete clutch assembly, after 10000Km again the clutch broke down. i replaced it again. after 5000Km the clutch again broke n i again replaced it and as per the guidance by the company(galaxy Toyota company)i even replaced fly wheel n complete clutch which cost me around Rs35000/- . after 300km the clutch brunt while driving and the car stopped in the middle of the road and i was helpless.
                    as the service centers of toyota are found rarely in delhi it has become really hard for us to get repair our car. as they have more cars to repair and less service centers they donot repair the cars properly and we as customers suffer and bare expenses.

Marg, Kurla(W)Mumbai - 400 070., But I am not satisfied for Madhuban Toyota & also ICICI Lombard Insurance, Because on dt. 28th July 2009 Accident my car on the Mumbai pune Express way. I was Intimate Madhuban Toyota & ICICI Lombard., then they told me not necessary for police complaint.

                    Now they not clear my insurance & also not work on my vehicle.

                    i am archna singh . I have purchase a new inova crysta in september 2020. My vechile number is up 32 lr 9542 and insurance from iffco tokio-lucknow, ref. By sunny toyota faizabad road, lucknow .After 30000 km 2 wheels get cracked and 2 wheels got damaged .I have complain about this in showroom but they did not respond .I also complain to the insurance company but they are also not responding .They said that this is not come under insurance policy.
                    In workshop they do not behave properly .
                    So, i request you to take any action against this as soon as possible.

                      This is to bring to your notice that the car was given to the workshop on 10/08/2010 which was supposed to be delivered within 30 days.Till now 15/11.2010 the car has not been returned which is standing in galaxy Toyota Moti Nagar.
                      According to the telephonic conversation Rs.50,000/- was paid to the company.
                      In the last conversation we were told that the car part will arrive on 2nd of November and the car will be returned in 8 working days.Still we are not getting any response from the company and thus decided to register a complaint as the car is depreciating day by day and who is going to bear the depreciation cost?

                        i have received such email but i don't know if it is false or not.
                        Periodic service:
                        Today I've sent my Toyota Innova (Reg No: CCF 8684) to the service centre in Semambu Kuantan, Pahang. Prior to this I've made an appoinment (appointment date is today Oct.03m 2009 @ 10:00am).
                        it's a normal service (20, 000km - changing lube oil). It's been noted down in the slip, it'll take 3 hrs. It's mean that at 1:00pm the service will be complete.
                        After an hour waiting, my car is still park outside. Then after 2 hrs (12:00pm) I observe that my car is still at the parking lot. then approach one of the service advisor (lady). Then she mentioned that my car have been taken care of (like checking the tyre pressure). She like to me. During that time frame there're a lot of free seervice parking bay.
                        When she realised that I'm angry, immediately she instructed someone to look upon my car. Not more than half an hour, the car get serviced.

                        Comment: The way that an advisor explaination. She should sent to any institution to get knowledge on how to con. customer/client.
                        : The way mechanic treat on customer. They should not wait till to the end of time frame given then they'll do the servicing. They should be informed tha whenver there're free servive parking bay, they should continue do the servicing.

                        Appreciate if the management can look upon my concern

                        sent my pick up for full service by Toyota Semambu...from day 1 complained about the burnt smell from the engine, did nothing till I had to pay the whole cost myself- reason wear and tear part..another BS from Toyota..the manager will let you go with free labour cost when I asked them to go tru their service report from first service.

                        decision: stop sending my pick up to toyota, picked the other workshops around kuantan. provide better service. I am not the one doing it as I met ppls with same comments

Im also confused whether it is really genuine or Fraud. Because the same company would not send same kind of mails to all with the same amount & exactly the same contnt of the email. Because if you Noticed they asked us to Contact the COURIER COMPANY & also we have to pay the Courier Cost & in order to pay the courier cost I believe we need to give out our Account or Bank info to them.

                              hello this is deeksha i have same mail from toyota, i was surprised that why they can select my id .
                              but after reading of mails i understand that its totaly froad.i want to give them thanks who are added on site.
                              actually, i am very surprised that i got a message from toyota automobile for car winning lottery. i heardly know that it is true or false.
