During the travelling in the train it was found that AC of the train is not working properly more over lot of cockroachs were found in the compartment.

Due to non performance of AC a huge suffocation was felt throughout the night, more over the cockroach byting was another problem was felt.

The matter was so serious that not only I few of the compartment mate could not sleep through out the night.
It is requestedto the higher authorties that please check the problem and since the travelling was horrible please return the excess fare taken for AC as compared to the SLeeper class.

I stay in kalyan and I was heading for mulund to attend the classes for my 12th in the morning. But in the morning there was so crowd that i could not get down at the mulund station. so i have to get down to the next station i.e. nahur and unfortunately tc caught me which I really didn’t expect. i was having ticket only till mulund . I try to explain him the whole thing but he did not listen to me. I even show him my college identity card. .i show him my classes books, i cried him front of him. I did everything whatever I can but all was in vain. He threatened me to put into the jail. He took my pass and asked me to take out RS250. I was having only rs100. So i had to call my dad .he came from kalyan to mulund for paying the fine. i really felt bad that day because in spite of having the pass i was charge .the station was so small I could not even complaint .I just know to what we should at that moment. Plzzzzz suggest me something. It had happened long before but still i want to complaint against that Tc.
My ticket for journey on 6-Sep-2009 from Bangalore to Chennai, was not confirmed. It was RAC. Many births were vacant, so the ticket collector confirmed my ticket and gave me a separate birth. But he charged me Rs. 50 and said that when the ticket gets confirmed I need to pay Rs. 50. He claimed that these were new rules of indian railway. Did he do this this because I was a female travelling alone and he could fleece me this way? Can the respective ticket collector be questioned for such an act by one of the higher authorities? If so, please do so.

Details of train travelled in:
Train Name: Chennai Mail
Train number: 2658
Seat number: S11, 47
Journey date: 6-sept-2009

Thank you.
