[Resolved]  Uninor — gsm service

Sir, am facing many problems with uninor service.
When i am sending a text message am getting response as message
sent and the same message cant be delivered to the destination. and when some of my friends calling me they are getting an service reply as Check the number u have dialed... when am dialing toll free number am getting uninor service reply as number does not exists.... am facing problem from day one.... raised many complaints to customer care but they are not solving my problems.... what can do can u suggest me.... plz help me

Sir,
I have 2 uninor prepaid connections on my name.

1. [protected] ( I have been using this number for the past 8 years. First 7 years I have taken
the services of Hutch/Vodafone and later using the MNP I switched to Uninor,
that is just before an year)

On 14.6.2012 Incoming and Outgoing on my both the numbers have been Barred suddenly without giving
me any prior intimation. When i contacted customer care they are giving blunt answers repeatedly like ur proof
is rejected, submit the proof again in the nearest uninor store. Is this the way to talk to a customer
without giving a valid reason. I am in Uninor since 1year and i myself called and verified too with the customer care whether
the sim is in my proof or not, why did they say Yes then and now wat is the reason of rejecting the Govt.Voters ID.
Do they think the government issued ID Cards is itself fake!?

On 17.6.2012, I submitted the hard copy of my Voters ID & PAN Card in the Uninor Store, Saidapet, Jeenis Road.
When i ask about when my sim will be activated they said it will be activated within 24hrs of time and given me
the cAF Numbers,[protected] to the number [protected] &[protected] to the number [protected].

I waited more than 24hours and still incoming and outgoing not even activated then I contacted 121 customer care again
and said that I have submitted the documents and asked to give my services back. Then they put me on the hold and later
said that your service will be active only after the 3days from the time of submission. Today, i'e, after 4days of
submission I contacted 121 customer care again and I asked to give my services back then they replied no proof was submitted
they cant give the services, contact the store where u submitted the proof. Next, I contacted the Saidapet,
Uninor store - Raghupathy [protected] and told the instance, for that he started shouting at me saying its a franchise shop,
he cannot be responsible for anything and his duty is to only collect and send the documents and rashly said he can't help
me anyway, go and talk to the customer care. Is this how a uninor store executive will talk!?
And then again I dialled to 121 a customer executive Shalini and said the instance and pleased her to give my services
back, she put me on the hold and later she said, we didn't receive your documents yet, wen we get the documents we will
activate your services, losing my patience i raised my voice and asked her to connect the call to her higher official,
she told me to be on the line and she tried to connect me to the higher offical but again she only talk to me saying sorry
sir, the person is on an other call it will take time, please call us again after 2 hours!? 2hours for what?
After 2 hours I dialled 121 again and repeated the same story to an other executive and asked him to transfer the call to
the higher official after putting me in hold for more than 3mins finally the person took the phone, again I repeated all
the instances happened and pleased him to release my services, then he put me on the hold and said there is no proof submitted
you have to submit the proof for once again in the uninor store and the services will commenced within 3days from the time of
Submission. He said like I have no other go and I have no alternate option.. Please take action on this, how many times a person
can shut all his work and go to the uninor stores hoping that they will do something.

I am agonized with the Uninor Customer service. Please clear my problems and please take some strict action on these irresponsible persons.

I ( +[protected] am your customer from last 1.5 year approx.
I m suffering from a one problem due to your mistake which should be intensively.

Approx 20 says ago, I got a call from your out bond customer care, your employee name was KHUSHBOO, m said "was on way so call me later", ... after 15 min again i got a call which was not received cause NOT INTERESTED, ... after 30 min again 3rd Call received ... she had describe a scheme which was not interested and given me a 5-6 digit number for activate a scheme.
You can check my record of communication with Miss Khushboo.

Then i had NEITHER replied by call or SMS NOR replied verbally ... still i got a decreasing amount in my balance due to your scheme WHICH WAS NOT CHOOSEN BY YOUR CUSTOMER[protected] ... then i dont have a some amount of money to recharge again ... on dated Thurseday, 28-Jun-2012 ... i had recharge in urgence Rs. 50 and a second moment again got a msg like "Thank for VRS activation Rs. 40" WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.

Now a days, m jobless and u cant be imagine my situation, m decided to complain ...

I dialed 500 from my LAPO CARD on dated 30-Jun-2012, talked to Mr. Prajapati. and he has suggested me to call on 777.
then dialed 777 with only two option Act/Deact.
then visited your Customer care center, at GF, Royal Akbar Rasidency, Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad-380055. where two persons available and given me an address for visit CG Road, Ahmedabad branch.

IS THIS A MY PROCCESS TO GETTING BACK MY MONEY WHICH WAS MISTAKEN BY UNINOR.

Improve your commitment system instead of your schemes.

i have recharge the uninor e-top-up on internet on which rs.90 talktime available on rs.80's recharge. i hv recharged it on 15.7.2012 but still company doesn't credited additional(balance above 80) rs.10 recharge. the cust.care 198 is lying when contacted 3 times with reasons such as 1.will be credited in 5 days 2.already given 3.talk to our senior etc.
the 198 no. barred my no. so i am not able to contact them.
where to complaint now.
Sir, i did not activate any of the value added services except for the sms offer. But every offer is activated in my number without my knowledge and money being cut from my pre paid balance. This is happening since one week. Today 30/- has been cut from my prepaid account. When I called customer service number 121, we cannot find a way to talk to the representatives. It is highly annoying. My number is [protected]
Same thing happened with me.They deducted some amount saying some subscription occured, even though i have not subscribed to any service, they said ur amount will be given back to in 2 hrs.On there helpline number also i m unable to call.Really there service is becoming day by day very bad...
to this mobile number [protected] today morning 5-08-12 i had recharged Rs.50/- through net banking but the amount had not recharged to this number. so pl kindly look into this problem.

UNINOR — i can not receive any messages and delivery reports on my uninor number

delivery reports and all incoming messages from other numbers to my uninor suddenly stop for 2-4 days …this keeps happening very frequently,like every time after a week or so…and when this happens,not only messages from uninor users stop coming,also from other provider.
Unfair balace deduction.
I received a message that says i have installed a value pack for which i have been charged rs 17. Moreover I made a call for 13 sec, and i was charged rs 1. For 13 sec, the reduction should have been 15.6. so i want a redemption of rs 18.

UNINOR — Without info service activate and charge cut and not take complain for the problem.

Sir I have Uninor mobile sim card [protected]. Compney has active caller tune service and charge me without inform me. When I was complain they say to me describe and refund but now day they say I am not eligible and they not refund me. Pls inform what to do?

I have Uninor connection, My mob/ No-[protected]. Yesterday Rs-40 had been deducted from my main Balance for VAS Charge without any information.
I complained to Customer care, they told me to refund my deducted balence within 5 hours, but till now I have not got my balance & Customar service is being blocked .

I, VINOD SINGH RAWAT CAMPLAINING AGAINST BAD AND POOR SERVICE O[censored]NINOR COMPANY. AFTER ONE MONTH OF ACTIVATION COMPANY STOPPED MY SERVICES. WHEN I APPROACHED TO CUSTOMER CARE MR SEEMA REPLIED ME THAT MY SERVICES HAS BEEN STOPPED DUE TO MY DOCUMENTS WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE AS PER THE POLICY I HAVE DIALED 999 AND I THE DOCUMENTS HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY THE COMPANY, NOW WHY THE COMPANY STOPPED MY SERVICES . THE COVERAGE OF IS ALSO NOT GOOD, DOWN AREA IN JHANSI NOT COVERING BY THE COMPANY.

this is to inform you that, I found your services is not better than the other company are working in the market. but this not enough even your customer service associate are very rude.

I experienced very bed with your company many time but this time is too much.

I want to talk about the caller tune service of you. which is being activated automatically on all of the numbers and the balance getting deducted when it was needed. I want to tell you that the today's Indian generation is not illiterate. It know very well that how to use the service and the mobile.

I got deducted 40 Rs on my [protected] no. when it was in roaming in MP earlier for caller-tune service which was done by your system problem.
when i have complained about that your executive answered me that sir if you want your balance back you should dial 777 no. Being in roaming that no. was not accessible. he told me it don't show in our system that are you eligible for the refund or not if you would be eligible for refund you will get back your balance from that no. 777. when I wanted to talk with the supervisor that person transferred my call but no body answered me till 40 minutes. After frustrating I disconnected that call from my end.

Than I called another time on your customer care and told all about happened. The executive answered me you have activated the service from your end the same thing. It shows me in the system that you are not eligible for the refund you have pressed * (star) from your no. If this time your executive can see that i am not eligible so how couldn't the last one see that. It mean your executive making us fool or he tells lie.
Again I requested to talk with senior person and i experienced same.

when i called third time that time my customer service was barred. Am i free that i waste my time and money every time because of company. what your company want to prove that i have done big mistake by using your sim card.

Now this time on my own no. [protected] again when i was calling to another no. suddenly i got a message " Thank you for activating caller tune service " Again i got deducted 1.5 Rs from my balance.

when i complained your executive disconnected my call. than i talked with one of your supervisor UDAY PANDYA .
He got your nodule officer no. [protected] but that no. is all time switch off. he told me sir " we dont have exact time in our system of our nodule officer when he will be available you can call anytime." can i call him any time even at mid night?

who is the responsible person whom i can complain about your executive and Mr. uday pandya who talked with me very rudely and wasted my time.
Even i am not free that i waste my time only for 1.5 Rs but it happens every time. Or i will change the operator on all of my no.

maine ek uninor no.purchase kiya hai..bt jb bhi main inke cust.care mei call karta hu .bina responce ke hi call kat dete hai.or night mei call lagta hi nhi hai...or jb 121 pr call connect ho bhi jata hai tb bhi server down bolkar kat dete hai call.poori tarah baat bhi nhi sunte hain.na hi satisfied karte hain...

i have got my uninor no. recently([protected]). My location is padmavathi nagar, vzm, andhra pradesh. my sim not at all receiving signals. even net is being not connected properly. it's becomming difficult to call or to send a message to others due to weak signals. please check the problem.
