[Resolved]  Uninor — gsm service

Sir, am facing many problems with uninor service.
When i am sending a text message am getting response as message
sent and the same message cant be delivered to the destination. and when some of my friends calling me they are getting an service reply as Check the number u have dialed... when am dialing toll free number am getting uninor service reply as number does not exists.... am facing problem from day one.... raised many complaints to customer care but they are not solving my problems.... what can do can u suggest me.... plz help me

Sir,

This is rajashekar my connection was suspended i dont know what was the reason i submitted set of docunment in hanumanth nagar uninor out let land mark ramaanjanya temple i had a back number i got nuber back after a couple of days i just wanted to know after the verification call how many times ihave to submited the docunment and when i enquied in customer care we had a problem with network and customer agent has given information that for prepaid verification is done at the door step and he will take a autograph this is what i received and appart from that they are given the proper information please take care of this issue or elese i will have to report for the consumer court

hello Uninor, i have purchased a prepaid connection in feb'11 and from day one i have received so many fake calls i have checked with other uninor user they also told me the same problem facing those people. how come no. to be circulated from day one of sim activation. Uninor please strong your security system.

Without any intemation uninor telecom company has activated cricket pack and charged Rs.30/cuted in my main balance and i want this charged return back in my main balance, In your customer care i have already talk with your customer care executive five time but not get proper responce from customer care executive or your company.I have been talk with Mr.MANOJ SALVE, Mr.SUKHDEV, Mr.JATIN, Mr.SAIYED, Mr.MOHSIN, Mr.SARAD, Mr.UMESH and lot more but still not getting better reply from youe company side.
Now i am decided to go to consumer court to file a case against your company.

sir i have 75 connections (group). you are troubleing a lot by putting unwanted songs and music. soon after recharge you are deducting the amounts for the songs and others with out our concern. it is troubling a lot. there ate two ways for us, eighter to quiet out the company by cancelling all the 75 connections or to proceed legally.pls let me know your choice. Customer service for Uninir sucks, execs dont even know how to speak to the customer & make a fool of the customer...
Customer care sucks, exec are not even trained to speak to the customer
bad customer serviceexecutives are not trained how to speak to a customer & make fool of customers on recorded line..
