[Resolved]  Uninor — gsm service

Sir, am facing many problems with uninor service.
When i am sending a text message am getting response as message
sent and the same message cant be delivered to the destination. and when some of my friends calling me they are getting an service reply as Check the number u have dialed... when am dialing toll free number am getting uninor service reply as number does not exists.... am facing problem from day one.... raised many complaints to customer care but they are not solving my problems.... what can do can u suggest me.... plz help me

My Name is Mahipal this is my number [protected] automatical activating callertone without any intimaton iwas complet so many times but till the are doing thae same thing, and my friends aslo getting same problem faceing this

my uninor mobile no is [protected].On 12th january 2012 evening suddenly i got sms that "dear customer you have successfully activated chat service at Rs. 20.00 & your subcription is valid for next 20 days". without my request sending They cut balance of Rs. 20.so many times i called customer care but they also not responding to my call. i want my hard earned money back.sir please help me and please register my complaint.

Maine Uninor ka Connection Shahabad Disit Hardoi (UP) se liya the apni ID bhi di thi. 4 Month chala uske baad band ho gaya. Maine 197 ka recharg kara aur no. Band ho gaya..Maine Customer Care Baat ki Customer care ne kaha aap ki ID galat hai.mai ne to id de rakki hai mere no pls pls pls open kar do

my name is ramu n my number is [protected] from ap.Actually m troubling with network, many times i have complaint to ur customer care but u didnt response my complaint .ur plans is good but ur signal is covering allover, eventhough in hyderabad .Pls improve ur signal otherwise i will change my network to another.

Why I pay Internet charges when I am using Wi- Fi Network,

I have uninor number. From last 5 to 6 months I am using uninor.

From starting I have found that uninor service is very bad. Their customer service is very bad. They not replay satisfy answer. When ever I called to customer care they told same answer "Our system is not working. OR Our system is very slow. Our system are un able to check your data."

It is very very bad service. I have idea number and I have gone to uninor by MNP. I suggest don't go to uninor service. It is very bad.

From last two days they deduct my Rs.130 balance automatically. I have called his customer service but they are unable to give the answer why they deduct my balace. I face very bad feeling from uninor service.

Hey guys,

Never purchase uninor they are one of the worst service providers. They won't respond to your service. your topup money will get deducted without your knowledge. No one will give response to your complaints. I send the mail to Nodal offier 5 days back no reply.

Actually I'm new to gujrat, lot of people suggested to take Uninor as they are providing good features in Gujarat. First thought of checking your service by taking prepaid, then having plan to move to postpaid. If you are providing such nasty services how can I take such type of connection, how can I refer to my friends.

If you can't able to provide good service, let me know how you guys refunding my talktime which is in this no at-least I can save some amount
MY UNINOR NUMBER IS [protected] and for days no body in your oganisation is understanding the problem or able to deal with it ! I received an sms telling me to ring *222*7*99# and for 99 Rupees I would get 18000 U to other local seconds. I did and i have instead been allocated 15, 000 U to U and 3, 000 U to O !! I have the sms from your company to proove that I was promised 18, 000 Uto O seconds ! I do not want any more U to U as i only know one person on Uninor number ! I tried speaking to yoru complaints and customer services no body seems to getting the point! can you help?

My Name is Sandeep My Number Is[protected].My Problem Balance are detection for activations but my said not any activation.same i told customer care he told u call to 777 and deactivate services.same instructions i followed but till date not deactivate services every 15 days cut of my balance 15/-.This is 5th time. so please deactivate our services & Refund my money

The Problem I am facing is balence dedaction problem. my phone no is-[protected]...when i am calling your customer care excicutive, but i am not recieve proper responce. and your customer care exicutive behavier is very poor and root.after two time calling my no was block .when i calling your coustomer care i am not found any IVR to talk to your care customer care exicutive oftion.i amm totaly socked you service and your exicutive service.name of the customer care exicutive name is mr-saha and mr srinavitio.so i am totaly desatisfied your service.if that type of your service so i dont want to use your service.if dont do any nesesary stef so plz bloock my no...
