I have received a new Atm card recently by the union

bank of India branch.Before the activation of Atm card i lost my pin

number.So i request u to send me a new pin number to my mail id.

Debit card — Non receive of Debit Card ( Newly applied)

I appiled for a new debit card on 9th of june by phone banking service. ICICI Bank customer care sent me a message on my mobile that they have sent the new card on 11 th of june to their Kolkata office for further despatch but still I am unabled to get it. As per their cutomer care executive it should reach to you within 10 days from the request date.I am waiting eagerly for your reply.

Union Bank of India — NO RESPONSE OF COMPLAINT ETC.

I AM HAVING SAVINGS AND LOAN ACCOUNT BOTH WITH UNION BANK PATNA.I HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEDUCTING LOAN INSTALLMENT PER MONTH FROM MY ACCOUNT.BUT IT IS NOT DEDUCTED REGULARLY CAUSING LOSS OF INTEREST TO ME.

I HAVE SENT MAIL ON 09/09/09 TO BANK BUT STATUS OF MAIL IS UNREAD.

I CONTACTED CALL CENTRE ON NO.[protected] FOR EMAIL ID OF CHAIRMAN OR PHONE NO.I TALKED TO MR.YOGESH & MR.FAHIM AKHTAR A.M. BUT THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME.

Please do send a letter to the branch giving your account numbers and confirming your instruction, make it registered or courier A/D.The point is that your instruction must be recorded, at least now if not already done

You can also call the branch or the call center and ask whether your instruction was recorded earlier. Make sure there was always sufficient balance in your account each month.

Union Bank of India — abusing the customer and not giving the correct information when ever asked.

this is the complaint about the officials of the union bank of india,Branch shia degree college,lucknow,U.P.,India.
The problem is that the officials of the mentioned branch always uses abusing language with the customer,they never give correct information to their customer and when ever any customer apposes their behaviour then they asked the customer to withdraw his/her A/c from the bank.
wnen any of the customer apposes their behaviour then they says that- "why you have opened your A/c in this bank".
when they are told that any of the customer can lodge a complaint against you, then they replies that "we are not afraid of any body ".

Therefore iam one the customer this brach and i humbly request you to please take some serious action against them.

I vijay motiram patil saving a/c no-[protected] with sbi vapi branch.& atm card no[protected] i applied for new pin number [ application submitted 03.05.2009 -01.03.2009,15.10.2009 & ,10.12.2009] where is also have carban copy with sbi stamp of my application but till now i dont get any new pin number

Personal — Regarding ATM Card not activating

Sir,
I have opened account In Indian Bank, Thirumullaivoyal Branch One month ago. After that I deposited my salary cheque given to me in this month (December09) . That also Credited to my a/c. I withdrawn some amount. I Got balance in my account. Previously I withdrawn through Withdrawal slip. After that last Saturday[protected] I Received my ATM Card from that branch. They gave me Pin No. and when I went to drawn money through my ATM Card its coming Transaction Declined. The other persons were drawing. What is the reason.

Union Bank of India — WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND USING THE ATM FOR OTHER BRANCH

Dear Sir,

I got my ATM issued from the Agra Main (one of the UBI Branches) in Sanjay Place, Friends Vasan Plaza, Agra & NDash, 282001 on 15th April'10 by Mr.Pravin Gupta saying that it will get activated within 48hrs. Before this I inquired from them whether i can get my ATM issued from here or not because my Account is in another branch of the same bank that was the UBI- Govind Nagar Branch. At the time of issuing they give no heed to the details and information as to my Knowledge, I was totally unaware of the process of getting the ATM issued and been told 6months back in my branch that you can get the ATM issued from the main branch.

The ATM did not got activated even after 4 days and when i called to confirm regarding the same on 21st April'10 on the customer-care number of the same branch, some Mr. Ramalingam said that it cannot get activated as the account is not from our branch and we cannot help you any further in this regard and they straight away denied and misbehaved badly by shouting back and by abusing saying that it is the customer's fault not the bank.

The matter of the fact is that we went to get this work done all the from Delhi to Agra and now they they that card is of no use to the bank as well as to the me. The altogether result is that i again have to go taking the time out in this extreme hot summer season just because of the way they deal with the customers, giving the wrong information as well as issuing the cards with even checking the details even after telling them that we are from the different branch!!

If this would be the state of service that they provide to the customers than who would like to open an account there!!

There is need for urgent check and improvement on the people who are dealing directly with the information giving and interacting with the customer!!

We regret the difficulties faced by the customer. Please be assured that this was an oversight in the midst of an eagerness to provide service, and request you to accept it in that light.
