[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — amount not recieved, amount come out and return back in atm machine

दिनाक २४.४.२००९ को मैंने केनरा बैंक बुरारी ए टी एम् से १६:४४ बजे १०, ०००/ रुपे निकलने के लिए अपना कार्ड और पिन नो. दल कर कार्यविधि पूरी की, परन्तु अचानक मेरे हाथ से मेरा पर्स और कुछ सामान छुट कर निचे गिर गया तब में सामान उठाने लगी तभी ए टी एम् मशीन से पैसे आये परंतु जैसे ही मैंने सामान उठाने के बाद पैसे लेने के लिए हाथ बढाया तभी पैसे वापस मशीन में चले गए और दोबारा नहीं निकले लेकीन खाते और रसीद में से कम हो गए /
इसकी शिकायत मेने यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया में लिखित में तथा ओंन लाइन भी की परन्तु अभी तक मुझे कोई भी जवाब नहीं मिला और न ही मेरे रूपये मेरे खाते में वापस आये
मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे तथा मेरे रूपय मेरे खाते में वापस डाले /

मशीन से पैसे आये परंतु जैसे ही मैंने सामान उठाने के बाद पैसे लेने के लिए हाथ बढाया तभी पैसे वापस मशीन में चले गए और दोबारा नहीं निकले लेकीन खाते और रसीद में से कम हो गए /
इसकी शिकायत मेने यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया में लिखित में तथा ओंन लाइन भी की परन्तु अभी तक मुझे कोई भी जवाब नहीं मिला और न ही मेरे रूपये मेरे खाते में वापस आये
मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे तथा मेरे रूपय मेरे खाते में वापस डाले /

Myself mohit vijan have used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at BANK of broda ATM on 15th apral 2009. I have requested for withdrawl Rs.1300-, but i am not recive, whereas my A/C shown debit of Rs.1300-. I have given written complain at nearest branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 30days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.1300- back.
Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I am a costomer o[censored]nion Bank of India, Rohini Branch, Delhi. My account no. (Saving) [protected]. I was going for a transation through SBI, Branch Jawalaji, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, ATM ID S1AN01006701 dated[protected] tranxaction no, 7282. I entered the amount of Rs. 5000/- but the machine replied as " Request Timed Out". After 2 minutes i checked balance amount of my account the amount was debited by my account. We have submitted the complaint on 27th April 2009 at both branch manager i.e. Union Bank of India, Rohini and SBI, Jawalaji, HP. Till date no action has taken by the both banks. It is requsted to please give the direction to Branch Manger for take necessary action, so that the amount wil be return back in my account immediately.

With reference to the above, MOHITVIJAN saving bank account holder in union bank could not receive an amount of Rs. 1300/- (Rupees THIRTEN HUNDRAD ) which was withdrawn in BANK OF BARODA ( ABULANE MEERUT) ATM on 15 0 4.09 record no[protected]. As my account is debited with 1300- which I could not receive. So, I kindly request you to credit the amount of Rs. 1300/-. I am also submitting a copies of statements for confirmation to The Chief Manager, Union Bank of India at 45, days ATM CELL DELHI ROAD MEERUT BRANCH point.
Kindly do the needful. i realy

THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLANE BEFORE THIS TRAN MY AC BAL IS 1361 AFTER THIS TRAN MY BAL IS 1061 With reference to the above, MOHITVIJAN saving bank account holder in
your bank could not receive an amount of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three
HUNDRAD ) which was withdrawn in standard charterd bank wea arya samaj
road ( delhi) ATM on 16 06.09 record no 8179 As my account is debited
with 300 which I could not receive. So, I kindly request you to credit
the amount of Rs. 300. I am also submitting a copies of statements for
confirmation to The Chief Manager, Union Bank of India at ATM CELL
DELHI ROAD MEERUT BRANCH point.

Dear sir,

Sir,

This is to kindly inform you that I "Kamal arora" is having a saving account No. [protected] in your Branch and received a ATM card no. [protected] through your bank.

On 27.8.2009 on around 9.30 Pm in night, I wished to draw Rs.20, 000/- from ICICI Bank, situated at Mahipal pur petrol pump near Hotel Radisson, the process was smooth, but the money coming out was stuck up in the jaws of machine and could not be taken out by me and went back in to the machine, and on checking the balance, it shows minus Rs. 20, 000/-, which even did not come into my hands..

I request you to kindly lodge an immediately complaint for this and pay back the money into my account.

Union Bank Of India — not able to make payment from my debit card

I can view my a/c statement etc.but I am not able to make payment from my debit card. What is reason? Jal s Bodhanwala
