I am mahendra mewara from jodhpur, i have a saving a/c in Union bank of India at Basani Branch, Jodhpur, I have borrowed a auto loan from HDFC bank & 10 stalment on this, my 1st stalment date is 5th'June2009 so had deposited 2000/- in my a/c so there is sufficient balance on 4th June, 09. But the bank bounced my cheque that time & after 2 days clear that & duduct 75RS. for penalty. when i contact to bank there nobody give me any reason for this there the Branch Manager Mr. P.R. Jhajhu misbehaved with me & when i contact him he cut the phone or come after 1 hour, 2 days ... & i am busy now ...where to i complaint

    Dear Sir,

    I have used my debit card for purchase and by mistake the shopkeeper swiped my card twice and agaion one transaction is swipped as void. But till date the amount is debited twice and the void transaction is not credited yet. The details of these transactions are mentioned below.

    Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

        Dear sir/Madam,
        Myself Ramakrishna i used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at ICICI BANK ATM (MIDC, Andheri Near TransTrade center) on 15th april 2009 with Transaction Id: S3485898 . I have requested for withdrawl amount of Rs.5600-, but i am not recive, where as my A/C shown debit of Rs.5600-. I have given written complain at My Account holding branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 50 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.5600- back.

        Dear concern person,

        Myself Abhijeet Y Deshpande have used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at AXIS BANK ATM on 16 th December 2008. I have requested for withdrawl Rs.20000/-, but got only Rs.12000/- with receipt of Rs.12000/-, whereas my A/C shown debit of Rs.20000/-. I have given written complain three times at nearest branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 80 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.8000/- back.

I have given written complain at My Account holding branch at UBI/Egmore & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 18 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre No. is also of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.4000- back.

        unoin bank of india complaints — non receipt of cash

        Dear Sir,

        I Ramesh Baburao Kadam account holder in your bank (Union BANK of India) branch Princess Street, MUMBAI, viz account number [protected] debit cum ATM card no. [protected].

        I used dated (2nd April, 2009) Union bank ATM machine in Vashi & found that your ATM machine was out of order, ultimately next I went to ATM Axis Bank, Vashi, Near Thakkar Tower.

        I gave the command for Rs. 2000/- & found Machine was in process but my request has denied and l couldn’t get the cash, finally I received a receipt the access is denied without money transaction.


        Next day when I checked my balance at UNION Bank of India ATM, Thane (E) it was shockingly found the amount has been debited of Rs2000/- form my account.



        Immediately I gave application to Union bank Mr.POWAR the person who is looking our company, s (Surelock plastics pvt ltd, Rabale, Navi Mumbai) salary accounts as well copy to Axis Bank on dated 06.03.09 through Mr.Powar (copy of that letter is attached, ) he told me that your money is safe & will be deposited in your account within 25 working days.

        But after one month when I check my balance no money was deposited on my account, then I called again & asked Mr.powar that time he gave me call centre number [protected] & told to register complaint.



        After calling on [protected] they gave me Complaint Numer 11752 (29.04.09) & repeated same story that Mr.Power told your money is safe & will be deposited back in your account within 25 working days.



        Again after one month the same story repeated & call centre gave me second complaint number 25114 (13.06.09) & reapeted same story that Mr.Power & call centre told, your money is safe & will be deposited in your account within 15 working days.



        After 15 days the story repeats this time call centre told me it requires another 15 days your complaint is in process you will get your money soon.



        After 15 days when I checked my balance at UNION Bank of India ATM, Thane (E), no amount was deposited then again I called to [protected] that time they told me the above story and gave me third complaint number 38618 (18.07.09) & told this time you will get your money within 15 days without fail.

        But no amount was deposited, again they told me another 15 days required, finally I called yesterday (26.08.09) that time they told me your issue is very long we cannot do more we are helpless, you call to your union bank branch office they will help you.



        THIS IS THE SHORT STORY OF FIVE MONTHS AFTER ASKING FREQUENTLY TO CALL CENTRE, THE CALL CETRE O[censored]BI PROVIDING THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE.



        So sir pls look into the matter, Issue is pending from last five months, that time I was working in SURELOCK PLASTICS PVT.LTD, RABALE, NAVI MUMBAI, now I am working in A.S.CONTROLS PVT.LTD, KHAIRANE, NEW MUMBAI since last three months.




        Below are details of cash withdrawal request:



        ATM- Axis Bank, Vashi, Near Thakkar Tower.

        Sub.: Non-withdrawal of Cash from ATM

        My self is Sivaraman. I am a Account holder o[censored]nion Bank of India/Egmore Branch, Chennai. I wish to bring it your kind attention that I had tried to Cash withdrawn for Rs.4000/- for using Canara Bank ATM but cash was not disbursed me that transaction was declined. I found that declined transaction amount was debited my Account. I am also submitting all the Proves of debit documents like Internet Banking transaction Statement, ATM Slip & written Letter also to Our Bankers. Till date I have not recd. any amount from their. They are replied me your transaction has been sending thro ATM claim package that amount will be settled shortly. Since, I have not recd. the amount of Rs.4000/- this is happen on 01.08.2009.

        Please look into the matter and take necessary action taken against this matter and settled the amount of Rs.4000/- plus Penalty for delay in transaction against taken against this matter 22 days * 100 = 2200+4000 = 6200/- Hence, I request you to Please credit the sum of Rs.6200/- as per RBI Order.

        We have seen at 10 pm to 11 pm at bhayander ( E ), nabghar road. Thane, mharashatra one man inside the atm who he is speaking to security person and watching persons while their transactions. For the same we have tried calling to your customer care, but cc executive mr. pandey ( might be mr aviinash ) was not able to respond properly and even though he advice to contact branch in next morning. Its my question to this bank if i have loose my money in this period, then who will pay for this loss. What sort of atm security lies then ? why should customer believe in union bank atm service then ? if you cant ans wer and act on this then plese withdrawl from such services, then why dont you quit ? Take it serious and reply as i am going to take take it serious concern towads customer privacy and forward till resolution.

              dear sir,

              am an savings account holder o[censored]nion bank of india in RAJAHMUNDRY T-NAGAR branch. my savings ac no is [protected]
              on 20th TO 30th of april 2009 (Approxmate dates) i used my atm card to withdraw money from HDFC ATM located Fort Gate. first time i inserted my card and entered amount of rs 3200/- and waited more than 30 secs and found no transaction made and got recipt as rs 3200/- deducted in my account. again i inserted the card and entered the same amount and this time transaction was made. but to my surprise i cchecked mini statement today and found rs 3200/- deducted kindly credit the amount rs 3200 /- in mysavings account or advise me how i should reimburse the amount to proceed further.

                My Name is Yunus Ismail Shaikh last month in April 16th I have tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from HDFC Bank ATM at LBS Road Ghatkoper (W).Chirag nagar. but cash not recd. immediately i checked my balance there was Rs. 5000/- deduction from my account but not recd. My account with Union Bank of India, mahindra park, Ghatkoper (W), immediately i given written compalin in UBI bank they assured me that i will get Rs. 5000/- within a week, but since last month i am doing follow up but my amount not recd cash, bank authority only giving comittment & passing the time.

                  I have given written complaint and hand over to my Branch on 09/03/09 stating that i have tried to with draw Rs.5000/- on 7/03/09 in HDFC ATM at Selaiyur Branch Chennai-73, but transaction was declined but in the same evening when i checked it is showing that i have withdrawn Rs.5000/-.I have made several vist to ou Kolathur Branch Union Bank Of India But nothing has been in my favour.They said it will Happen within 45 days now it is more than 45 days, kindly find the details of my transaction .

                  I have given written complaint and hand over to my Branch UNION BANK OF INDIA KORAMANGALA on 01/06/09 stating that i have tried to with draw Rs.10000/- on 31/05/09 around 7.30pm in HDFC ATM at Mahadevapura Branch Bangalore - 560048, Machine dispence the money, but accidently money was going back inside the machine. that time i was 8 month pregnent, so immediatly next day i visited our branch, bank employee told me you have receive money with in one month, so i waited ONE MONTH & then i have checked the balance it shows my OLD BALANCE, i contact my branch they told me your complait is under process, after 5 days i have delivard. so i am not able to go to bank again, after one & half month myself & my husband go to HDFC CARD BANGALORE division to enquiry the details, so they told me that we have received 10000 thousand on[protected]. Again i contact my brach on[protected]Tuesday) throught phone they told me your case is under process. So finally yestarday[protected] they send a mail to my husband mail saying that HDFC BANK REJECTED your complaint. Please do the

                    I am customer o[censored]nion bank of india having account no-[protected]. I have been debited Rs 5000/-twice on dated 13.04.09 and 15.04.09 during ATM transaction from SBI Delhi. ATM replied three times UNABLE TO PROCESS and debit money Rs 5000/- twice out of them.
                    I am mentioning three transaction IDs out of which two are faulty. Please identify those IDs and kindly refund my money at the earliest.

                        दिनाक २४.४.२००९ को मैंने केनरा बैंक बुरारी ए टी एम् से १६:४४ बजे १०, ०००/ रुपे निकलने के लिए अपना कार्ड और पिन नो. दल कर कार्यविधि पूरी की, परन्तु अचानक मेरे हाथ से मेरा पर्स और कुछ सामान छुट कर निचे गिर गया तब में सामान उठाने लगी तभी ए टी एम् मशीन से पैसे आये परंतु जैसे ही मैंने सामान उठाने के बाद पैसे लेने के लिए हाथ बढाया तभी पैसे वापस मशीन में चले गए और दोबारा नहीं निकले लेकीन खाते और रसीद में से कम हो गए /
                        इसकी शिकायत मेने यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया में लिखित में तथा ओंन लाइन भी की परन्तु अभी तक मुझे कोई भी जवाब नहीं मिला और न ही मेरे रूपये मेरे खाते में वापस आये

I was going for a transation through SBI, Branch Jawalaji, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, ATM ID S1AN01006701 dated[protected] tranxaction no, 7282. I entered the amount of Rs. 5000/- but the machine replied as " Request Timed Out". After 2 minutes i checked balance amount of my account the amount was debited by my account. We have submitted the complaint on 27th April 2009 at both branch manager i.e. Union Bank of India, Rohini and SBI, Jawalaji, HP. Till date no action has taken by the both banks. It is requsted to please give the direction to Branch Manger for take necessary action, so that the amount wil be return back in my account immediately.

                          I wrote to Grievance cell repeatedly but so far no soln is come.
                          On 7th april 09 between 6 to 8 pm, from HDFC ATM-No. S1ACBG91, Bengaluru, using my UBI debitcard No.[protected], I have tried to withdraw 1000 INR. but that transaction hasgot failed - saying "Transaction is temporarily not processed".Now on 8th april in the morning I withdrew 2000 INR using same UBIdebit card and i show remaining balance which was short of Rs.1000.                                     Yesterday ( 8th April 2009) I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 4000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank's ATM Centre (Located at Indra Gandhi Airport premises) around 1900 Hrs but the machine responded back with the message something like "Unable to Access". However in the mean time Rs. 4000 was debited from my account (Account No - [protected]) although I have not received that cash from the ATM machine.

                                    i was withdrawal rs 10000 from icici bank(pune branch), my balance have been deducted from my A/C but i did nt recieved any payment.plz suggest me how can i get my payment back.my account no. is [protected].and i have done transaction on 3rd march 11 at 10:00pm.my complaint no. is 890508.
                                    I have deposited my DDA form No.0660401 with SBI (Sector 2, Noida U, P) Draft No. 086227 Dt.[protected] of Rs.150000/- at Union Bank of India, Nehru Place, New Delhi Branch on Dt.[protected], After not got Successes in DDA flat Draw, I have not Got my refund / cheque till now. For this I have already given my grievances in your bank site acknowledgment No.474789 on Dt.[protected].(Please give details).
                                    So its my request to refund my cheque immediately by hand / by post from concern branch .

                                      I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN OF RS.25000/- FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA, CHANDER NAGAR BRANCH, DELHI-51 IN THE MONTH OF NOV.04 AGAINST MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF RS.807/- PER MONTH PAYABLE IN 36 MONTHS.

                                      THE BANK HAD TAKEN 36 CHEQUES IN ADVANCE OF RS.807/- EACH AGAINST THE MONTHLY INSTALLMENT AND FIRST INSTALLMENT OF LOAN WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT IN DEC.04 AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHEQUES WERE PRESENTED AND GOT CLEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON OR AFTER 10TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH AS AND SHEN PRESENTED BY THE. THERE WAS NO DEFAULT FROM MY SIDE EVEN THEY HAVE DEDUCTED TWO INSTALLMENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY IN THE MONTH OF MAY, 06 AND NOV.06 WHICH WAS CLEARLY BREACH OF AGREEMENT BY THE BANK.

                                      INSPITE OF THAT I WAS REGULARLY PAYING INSTALLMENT, THE BANK SERVE ME A NOTICE(COPY ALREADY SENT TO YOU ON 16TH MARCH, 09 ) IN SEPT.08 FOR RECOVERY OF OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WITH PENALITY WHICH IS TOTALLY BASELESS AS THEY HAVE NOT DEPOSITED THE CHEQUES IN MY ACCOUNT TIMELY AND THE SAME BECAME STALE (REASONS BEST KNOWN TO THEM). IN THE MONTH OF AUG.08, BANK'S BRANCH MANAGER, MRS.S.SRIVASTAVA REQUESTED ME TO REVALIDATE THE CHEQUES (WHICH ALREADY GOT STALE DUE TO NON-PRESENTATION BY THEM IN MY ACCOUNT) AND AS A GOOD GESTURE I HAVE REVALIDATED THE 4 CHEQUES AS PER HER REQUEST. IN RETURN THEY SERVE ME THE ABOVESAID NOTICE DT.22.09.08 FOR NON-PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENTS WITH PENALYTY AND EVEN THREATENINGG OVER PHONE FOR THE DARE CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENTS WITH PENALTY WHICH IS VERY HARASSING ANDN PAINFUL.

                                      IT IS VERY MUCH CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE NOT DEPOSITED MY CHEQUES IN THE ACCOUNT ON TIME AND GOT STATE AND NOW ASKING ME FOR PENALTY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT/LAPSE. I ALWAYS HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT EVEN TILL DATE. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF MENTAL AGONY AND GET ME THE JUSTICE.

                                      I have related your bank last 4year's & my Bank tranjaction is nice.. Today i will deposit cash rs 52000 inmy careant a/c no 36045 at10:30am, Tenpalate branch, jamshedpurand. I will request to maneger NEFT this amount it is to urgent but maneger has not respond to my request, so I have desided to close my 4year's old a/c due to unfair banking.

                                        I having a A/C holder o[censored]nion bank of india in Azamgarh.one day around 15000 Rs. deducted on 15/2/09 and 4000 Rs. is deducted on 04/03/2009 in my atm debit card, while i was using atm i had given a written complaint to my A/C branch manager he had given me a mumbai office no i was so many time call on this no but there is no response of that side i was talk with my brach manager but everything is waste, so i personally request to u sir plz return to my that transition of my account, ur bank already taken around 1.5 months so i hope u do will fast on my complaint i always thankful to u my a/c no is [protected]

                                        My a/c no. is [protected].As there is free transaction frm any bank, i had gone to IDBI atm & want to withdraw the some of Rs-2300, as i entered the amount, the amount & reciept had not comes out & as i checked the balance the amount is debited frm my acount.I want the money back.& i know you will help me.Soon..
                                        same problem is with me rs 10000 have been debited unnesseserily from a/c but .they gives mumbai no. and there is no reply. sir, they are the great cheaters. ubi is the worst bank of india. i m also bearing this. if anyhow i get my money back, the first work i will do is to close my a/c. yours rakesh [protected]
                                        With reference to the above, MOHITVIJAN saving bank account holder in your bank could not receive an amount of Rs. 1300/- (Rupees THIRTEN HUNDRAD ) which was withdrawn in BANK OF BARODA ( ABULANE MEERUT) ATM on 15 04.09 record no[protected]. As my account is debited with 1300- which I could not receive. So, I kindly request you to credit the amount of Rs. 1300/-. I am also submitting a copies of statements for confirmation to The Chief Manager, Union Bank of India at 50, days ATM CELL DELHI ROAD MEERUT BRANCH point.

                                        Defective administration in clearing my bill.

                                        I having a A/C holder o[censored]nion bank of india in Parsurampur, Azamgarh. I have a costomer o[censored]nion Bank of India since 1994 and keeping continue transaction from accout. I am retired railway empolye and I have provided my pension arier from 1994, but due to negligence of bank staff. I have provided all the necessary document in the back in February, 2008, but it has not cleared my payment yet now. Please put a focus on my concern and try to clear as soon as possible. I hope u will take necessary action soon on my complaint. I will remain always thankful to u. My a/c no is 32019, Pursurampur branch, Azamgrah.
