Sir, I booked a property in Sec 33, Gurgaon (Project name: The Residences) and was communicated a payment terms which is different from the terms in the contract copy. I have been following up with the company officials but there is no response (In some cases, they say that they can't do anything now. The property was booked in my name, Abhishek Diwan.
