Hi, I am Milind More, My Vediocon Customer ID no. 3645390, Last 5 days my set was not properly running. The display shows that "Under Process Upgradation". After So many times my problem is still pending no any service engg. call me or no body senior person from customer care talk with me.
This is very bad service from Vediocon. At every time when I call customer care they said that "at 2.30 pm engg. will come, still u can't talk with us" But nobody from vediocon solve or resolve this probelm.
Thsi is inform u that pls solve my problem or I am take serious action on U.

My Coustmer id is [protected]. and i had recharged my account with Rs:- 100/- on 26.08.10 thru net banking SBI but there is no money has been upgraded in my account but I got transaction id (MSBI[protected]IG[protected] and amount has been debited from my account. Now my services is stoped from AIRTEL DTH side.

NOW THE POINT IS IF ALL COUSTMER HAVE TO RECHARGE WITH 200 RS THEN WHY THERE IS OPTION OF RECHARGE WITH 100 TO 9999.

I purchased videocon d2h connection somewhere in dec2009, since then i have been having some or other issues,technicians have visited my place four times,i have sent so many emails and called customer care regarding my complaint,solutions what i get are temporary,i am not at all happy with the service,when call customer service,they sometimes says no refund possible if cancelled the connection, today a supervisor said refund is possible...i have not got uninterrupted service from VIdeocon d2h team and they dont want to return the money as well..this is cheating ...
i am very unlucky that i have purchased your refrigerators after this i come to why people dont prfeered your brand .after purchase this not working from very first day then i lodged a complaint with your service station at jalandhar then after my so many calls and my people pesonaal visit somt body is turned up after 4 days & he said this part is not aviable with me which required to be changed so next day i will come then again i call & person come but he demand for bill my family request him pls you rectify the refrigertor will try find out or you confirm it from yours data from vdieocon because we purchased just seven day back but he refused & come back then i call yours service station on the number[protected] the lady setting on this number says that they people dont have the data of the custmer then she say to me that better you talk to our asi mr rahul the same thing he please tell me if this the sitution then hoe will the sufferr in the case of lost bill ,otherwise also the yours product should be changed or pls refund my money back because if with 7 days this is system how you provide me the service after years or 5 yeras .my other request you to pls take action agaist these type of company emplyee how really play with the company goodwill.

Videocon is worst ever d2h i have seen right now we should not purchase as it is going very much slow in the market from other D2h. Ten Cricket has been added by all other channels and on d2h only it is not provided. Also There is no clarity for balance deductions from our account they deduct on there own wish you need to call atleast 5 to 6 times minimum in a month to resolve our problems

dear sir this is to inform you that your customer care service is worst infact horrible service and i have purchase the d2h dish tv from your company dealer provider that paticular time your dealers customer care give promises for all good service and once it is been installed after that the colour of the blood is changed means taking your foot backward s from tour service i wanted to shift my house from 1 place to another place in the same area i had said this before installation i was said it will be done and dont have to pay anything but when i called up so i was told that you have to pay 600 rs for the re installtion and refiiting charges for engineer is this the service and promise you provide to your customers first say yesssssss for everything questioned later on denied for the service noooooooooo this is not the way the procedure is different etc etc etc plz dont buy the d2h service from videocon this is for all of the customer who is browseing or wants an details for the d2h provider they are the biggest lier they only wants sale of their product thats all after sale who the [censored] are customer they have to do as the service provider will say or else the line service will disconnect thats it request all of them do not purchased the d2h from videocon

Guys,videocon is the worst company of india as well as of the world.worst in quality. more worst in their services.the serviceman/technician are even more worst people.As i personally suffer from this worst experience of my life.
1.If your TV/product got damage.then you have to first made a complain in cust.care center which they take nearly more than 72 hrs to process your complaints to the respective nearest service center.from there a service man will come to your place after 4 to 5 days.after coming they told me that it cant be get repaired over here so we have to take to our service center.& they told us the respective estimated cost of particular damage.(400 rs + service charge(275)).& i have been told that it will take 3 to 4 days to repair.from there they took panel to their service center.After 5 days i went to the service center where they even didnt bother to help.seems like they are some government employs who is working in some government organisation where employs work less & rest more.work goes in a steady way.so after taking so much pain & visiting again n again daily to their office & making their complaint to customer care for so much daily.still they took nearly 15 days to repair it & finally they done the work but this time the estimated cost goes to 1800 rs.that is also they even didnt concern to me for the increment in damage cost.they have made the bill in such a by adding more component & other assosciated component.So that it makes me that they have taken a revenge from me.how can 1 tell us previously that you will be costing nearly400 rs for your damage.&later it got 1800.this is really a stupidity.now my trust on this company is gone.& in futurte i will never ever going to buy any product of this company.bcoz 1 thing each company should remember that if your services/quality will be good.consumer will also be good/happy to you. company.guys i beg you please dont buy any products of this company becoz i dnt wan any person who pays for quality/services & he/she doesnt get his rights & i dont wan anybody to suffer like me.because people in this world are very generous/mankind they hope for good.but it doesnt get.bloody company.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased an Electrolux A.C. from your dealer M/s. Khanna Radio & Sons Varanasi vide bill no. 53008 dated 25th May 2007, however for the beginning 2 years it worked very well but in 2009 it was not working properly and i made the complaint to your service center on 16th May 2009 where it was serviced by Lata Services, Varanasi where compressor was replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me on 09 June 2009 and was working properly but very soon it again started giving the same problem of not cooling properly and i made the second complaint to your service center on 01st July 2009 where it was serviced by Multi Product Services, Varanasi where compressor was again replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me and was working properly but now again the same problem is occurring of not cooling properly.
Now my question is that how many times will an AC be serviced in a time span of 11 months and i will need to pay the gas charging and other expenses to your authorized service center because again the service center is telling that i will have to bear the gas charging and other expenses as the compressor needs to replaced once again.
