my self milind katkar, purchased the Videocon DTH on 21 feb 2011 at Pune location chinchwad Customer Id 35939129 Since 22 feb 2011, the services of the DTH is poor, the same was complaint to the Videocon call center Ph. No. [protected]

The complaint is not resolved yet hence requesting the Consumer Court to recover the financial loss on me due to non visiting of engineer in time and loss of time

Videon is the biggest chitter in India. Once the product is sold out, they have nothing to do with custome.
Believe me this is the fact. Even call centre people will keep you on hold for 20-20 mins and finally you will drop the call.

I received a sms from TM-D2H that my mobile no. has been selected in lucky draw and I have won a Videocon DTH. I was told to regiester my address and mobile no. at http://www.d2hvideocon.com to get the gift. After registering I again received a sms to log in the site for getting the gift. There they have told me to deposit Customer Service Tax of Rs.440 in the account of Mr.Jayanta Kumar Choudhury Aur Account Number [protected] of State Bank of India, whom they have introduced as D2H VIDEOCON Senior Executive From Mumbai Branch office. I am sure this person is a fraud and is trying to make money by misusing the name of Videocon.

I have deposit this and Fax it on[protected] after 2hr they send me one message again "kisi karan agar aap apna consumer service tax nahi jama kar paya hai tho firse aap online banking se jama kar sakte hai. Videocon — Plan is not activated

Hi Sir,

Twenty days ago, i had done recharge of 65 rupees in which 45 rupees is credited to account and call rates set to 30 paise/min but the benefits was not provided to me. I had requested several time to customer care for changing my plan but they misbehaved with me and putted my call on hold for 30 min every time. Further now i have done recharge of 65 again on 28th feb and still i haven't get the benefits and the call rates as per the plan.

After 2 day's they ask me to transfer Rs. 440/- to SBI Account In the Name of Mr. Kisan Sahoo A/C No. [protected], this about for Customer Service Tax. After that I confirmed with customer care from d2h. They said that this sms and such web site is fake... So, don't respond to such mail... VedioconD2h Must take some serious action against them.

ON 04.11.2009 I HAD PURCHASED AN 6 KG DG ATLANTIC FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE AFTER LAPSE OF 7 MONTHS ITS CREATES PROBLEM LIKE THE BASE PLATE / GEAR BOX WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . YOUR ENGINEER REPLACED IT ACCORDINGLY AND LAPSE OF 2 MONTHS ONLY ITS CREATES THE PROBLEM LIKE DANGEROUS SOUND, VIBRATING AND CUTTING THE PLASTIC DRUM.
KINDLY REPAIR THE MACHINE ACCORDINGLY OR REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW MACHINE.

This is Complaint rdgarding an Videocon Air-Condition repaire service Under AMC contract with the company.
The company technician has taken my Air-condition on 22nd Of March 2010, for causing "No cooling Problem".

The Technician had just given an reciept number 0030910. JOB NO. MUM[protected].
By approching on the call centre on 39404040 the operator did not take my complaint and only said that we will revert back to you

I would like to make complaint of the incident happen to me and should not happen to any other person in future..
