VIDEOCON SERVISEC ARE WORST DONOTRELY ON VIDEOCON SERVICES The remote of my ac was not working for which we have launcehda complaint to Videoa con. they committed that the remote would be replacedwith in 24 hours and evn after 6 days the remote is not changed. video con services are the worst and I would suggest not to buy any videocon product.As their servicing is the worst and they do not fulfill their commitments I have faced this probem two time in 4 months. In my previous complaint hteir engineer visited after 15 dys of complaint and this time he vsited after 10 days of complaint . so my serious adviceis do not depend on video con services if you are going to buy any video con product Was this information helpful? | |||

Videocon/ AC split — Non-functioning of Remote
Remote of my AC Split 1.5 tonne is not working since morning. I made a complaint on [protected] on 27.06.2012 at 4.18 p.m. But I have not received complaint No as I have been told that the same will be send through sms on my cell[protected]. Please guide accordingly. YES SO VERY TRUE. I had purchased a split AC from BIG BAZAR ANDHERI WEST & when i received the unit & the technician came for installation he found that remote was missing & wrote the same in his report. I asked for them to give me remote & they said they need invoice in a particular format which BIG BAZAR people said they can not give. EACH IS PASSING ON TO OTHER & FINALLY I AM AT LOSS
