To: Care Subject: complaint of recharge to Directer (prepaid) virgin mobile india delhi sub. complaint of v2v recharge sir i have mobile no.[protected] in the name of om prakash in which i already have life time validity. i went to recharge my talk time to some shop and i asked about any scheme of virgin to virgin recharge. he said 99 rupees talk time voucher is available....he said in this voucher u have 6 rupees talk time and virgin to virgin all over india free service....then i told him to recharge my phone with RS.99 so that i can have v2v talk time... he recharged it with transaction Id 20548386 , But that recharge is not giving any benefit to me in virgin to virgin talk time....after that i call the vergin call center but he said this facility is over....and u give only 2 months extra validity...but i already have life time validity.I talked to 125555at c care but c care boy behave very rudly & i went to shop so many time but no use. now i request u to settle my account & give me some benefit of recharge in talk time as it was inadvertently mistake of retailer or company only. thanks om prakash Was this information helpful? | |||

Virgin Mobile — Pre-paid recharge coupon not available
Hi,I bought the virgin mobile connection 3 weeks back and since then facing the issue of prepaid voucher. They are simply not available and there are very few vendors who keep them at all. To compound the problem, they can't be refilled even online. I feel deceived by Virgin mobile (and THE MOBILE SHOP) who recommended this phone service to me.
The online re-charge available. But, the customer service is very poor. The helpline, always no person available for helping. even I have waited whole day, but unable to contact the representative.
The online recharge is not working, but there is a deduction of money from my account by BILLDESK.
I donot know, whom to contact/complain for getting back my money or get the recharge.

Virgin Mobile — Bad Services and Recharge Issue
Hi,I am gaurav .I m purchased virgin v trendy mobile but this mobile not work easily.I go to Service center 3 time but i have not recieve any solution.
I want to recharge the top ip but i m unable to recharge online because i have HDFC debit card but this company not accept this card.
So kindly do needfull in my favor.

Virgin Mobile — Recharge not available
I have been trying to recharge my account from past 1week and yet not found any way to recharge it even The Moblie Store which claims to give its top up arent giving any.None of the recharge retailers have it. Please help me..
