[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile India — Money loot

I have virgin mobile no [protected].with Life time validity
I did top up for Rs 99 for the talk time of Rs80
But it has given only Rs 5.60
I asked in the customer care .their reply is ..i have done for two month validity
.. I said I already have lifetime validity... What is the meaning of two month validity?

So I wanted to put case on virgin .if any lower is there..Please contact me to the above no

i[censored] can search for virgin mobile tower in google, then we will get a add saying that install tower and get rs.30000/- per month, i spent rs.5500 /- same . and did not get any reply, later when i contacted virgin mobile md he said 'no such add has been given' i tried to contact but in vain, hope the same thing does not happen to others.

Virgin Mobile — Virgin mobile loots

Virgin mobile looted in the form of Love guru service detecting daily Rs.10. When I asked that I haven't received anything like that, they were telling, that I had received the messages. Virgin mobile misuses the innocence of the people.

I have a vacant plot in bahadurgarh city & I want to install tower of virgin company in it
I contact to virgin tower fixation company on number:-[protected], [protected] & according to them i submit Rs 5400/- as security fees after that i recieved an agreement letter in which they include that i have to submit Rs 9000/- as tax under "telecom act 1972" in bank & a number ([protected]) was given on letter for further contact.
I submitted tax in HDFC bank in account of "satish chander" on 10-nov-2009 & there was also a condition that the working of tower is get start within 72hrs. after tax payment.but there is nothing & their mobile numbers are switched off till now. please take my comlaint & start working of tower as in letter.

I am sugandh I bought a new no. [protected] with life time validity in virgin counter. company gave offer 250min & 250sms per month till 4 months but didn't give this facility and no solution for it... sugandh gupta, gali bohran, firozabad(283203)UP.

virgin — Looting the Customers

The Service Provider "VIRGIN" are looting the customers. In Rs.199 they provide Rs.180/-. In Rs.201 they provide full talk time. But in Rs.200/- they provide Rs. 103/- only that is totally unfair and Illegal Customer have no idea what is the difference between Rs 199 ,200, 201. Rs. 200/- is the round figure so every body going for it. This is request to everybody please do not recommend anybody to go for Virgin.

There is lot of problem, in VIRGIN like signal problem, sound problem,(Wherever you take)

In last these are the worst service provider in Delhi.

Dear Mr.

We m/s. Shree Kirpa Communications, are the retailers of Virgin Mobile in Ludhiana.

Our shop comes under the area serviced by your distributor m/s Jindal Traders, Kucha No. 5, Field Gunj, Ludhiana, Punjab.

In September, 2009, the said distributor offered us the MBO Scheme. The duration of the scheme was 5 September 2009 to 31 October 2009.
Under the scheme, we had to buy 200 Virgin mobile handsets and to activate 200 Virgin new connections. Also, it was offered that if we did not want to buy 200 Mobile handsets,
then the cost of each SIM Card (under the scheme) will further increase by INR 100. We agreed at the increased cost of the SIM Card. Hence, under the said scheme, our responsibility was
to activate 200 new Virgin connections. We also bought 30 Virgin Handsets to promote the brand.

Under the scheme, it was offered that if we managed to fulfill the said responsibility, we will be benefited by:
1. Two months promoter Salary which is INR 4500 per month
2. One unit of branded 32 inch Plasma TV.
3. One unit of branded Fully Automatic Washing Machine.

At the time of entering into the scheme, your executive Mr. Rajinder assured us that he would manage the remaining activations in case we did not sell them.

Since, the scheme looks wonderful, we entered (or got trapped) in the scheme.

Mr. Rajinder charged us INR 7 (Rupees Seven) per activation for supplying fake ID proofs.

Anyhow, we managed to fulfill the requirement and got 208 new Virgin activations.

Also, all the payments related to the Handsets and SIM Card under the scheme has been made and no dues are left. The payment was made partly by Cash and partly by Cheques.

We have fulfilled the agreement on our part but now the distributor is not ready to fulfill his part. According to Mr. Amit Mehta (Mobile No. [protected]), few (about 8) of our activations have got rejected leading to non fulfillment of agreement on our (m/s Shree Kirpa Communications) part.

When i inquired about the status of the said rejected activations at your customer care center, i came to know that those were valid activations.

This leads to the direct conclusion that your distributor m/s Jindal Traders is trying to cheat us by not paying us our incentives.

I talked to some of your officials also, but everyone is speaking in the same tone favouring the distributor. It appears that its a racket run by the distributor and your company officials to cheat the dealers like us.

This has led to the bad name of the brand "Virgin Mobile" among the retailers and ofcourse the customers.

Under the scheme we had to pay Rs. 20000 (Rupees twenty thousand) extra for SIM Cards (Rs. 100 per SIM Card for 200 SIM Cards).

Request you to please intervene in the matter and help me recover my incentives.

I surely agree with him they are Looting us.
While i surf Internet it show network error still it caught the signal & that time i tried to make a call that was successful.
Only they have one plan Looting us.
