sir, I' ve recently bought a virgin mobile(ANDHRA PRADESH) with number [protected].My problem is that I couldnt find any recharge card especially message card(Rs.39) and easy recharge(Rs149) anywhere in hyderabad the capital city of ANDHRA PRADESH.And if this is the case with the capital city then you can easily expect the situation in other cities.This company lacks distributors for its recharge cards.So I request you to please get into this problem and solve it as soon as possible. thanking you, yours faithfully, K.B.NARAYANA. I had bought a new virgin mobile phone a few months ago.but I have got a serious problem of recharge. plz get into the problem an find out some solution for it.Also tell me if the recharge system is available online...

Virgin Mobile top up — Non availability of different top up
Respected sir,In Barasat area of Kolkata city top up cards like Rs. 11, 14, 18, 21, 31 etc. are completely unavailable. Here the recharges of top ups mentioned above can be made through neither paper recharge nor electronic recharge.
I, would, therefore, like to request you to start supply of above mentioned top up cards.
Rcharge of choises like Rs. 11, 14, 18, 21, 31, 41 are completely unavailable in Barasat area of Kolkata.
Neither paper nor easy recharge are avialeable in Barasat. This causes me in trouble as I can not take the facilities to get full talk-time on top up recharges as per company products. i am compel to use less talk value top ups and it causes me more money and sometimes force me to use other operator instead of Virgin Mobile.
I, would, therefore, like to request you to start the supply of top ups of various choices as early as possible.

hai, mobikwik is a very gud site for recharge bt the fact is that you cant sign up in that and all denominations is not available. Search for some other good sites. There are many sites for online mobile recharge. u can even try to recharge in http://www.easymobilerecharge.com/ easily then mobikwik.com
Well my advice is to dump virgin mobile, its website is bit dodgy and customer care is hardly anything to speak about.

please don't ever buy virgin mobile v flash card...customer service is just pathetic...they promise false deadlines...i bought it days back and as of yet it has not been activated... can also name the executives(Harsh and Vikas) and their numbers but they will never pick up your calls...really really bad service...highly disappointed...they think customer is a fool and helpline executives keep transfering lines...i have missed on my client presentation and had to look for stupid internet cafe...

since my last complaint no action has been taken...don't make a mistake to buy virgin data card...its all fake promise...they all vanish once they will sell you the card...i can name all the executives i have been struggling...beware of executives called harsh, rajnish, arvind and vikas. they all will stop picking your calls after sometime and you will feel like a fool buying this product. speed i have been getting is 10kpbs and what they promise is 3mbps...can u believe it...executives say its network problem.. no solution as yet...my conection went off twice writing this small piece of text...all ececutives phone is swithed off...imagine engineer who visits doesn't even know how mac function...he says i only windows...are thet really engineers or making a fool out of public..
following my earlier complaint...i was assured by customer executive Mr Raj on 23 march that my complaint will be taken care of and action will be taken n next 24 hours...again a huge lie...u can never trust virgin mobile comany and their employess...if a company doesnt care about the customer is bound to collapse and the executives too who think they can take customers for granted will face a crash down at some-point in their lives...hard luck awaits for all of them
