[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile India — no customer care role for our solutions

i am a virgin mobile customer with no. [protected] and i am on roaming in delhi. once my account got nil and i charged this with 101 top up plan, which was a full talk time plan. i got a msg of 101 charge but didnt get any balance. i tried a 10000 times to call the customer care but i was all fail. there is no one to listen at all. i urge if they cant give us service on time with diligence. they should shut down their company.

sir, we have purchase new virgin mobile no [protected] last three days back and the mobile is no activeted at this time, please check the problem otherwise we have surender the mobile phone

I am one o[censored]r valued customer since 1.5 months, who is not able to get in touch wiht the customer service till date. I still don't know the plan wat i am into. Please have the motto of giving a good customer service and maintaining a good repo btw the service provider and customer.

I am a prepaid user of Virgin Mobile India. I want to shift to Postpaid Plan, just because I require Itemized Bill else I am satisfied otherwise.

I have been told that there is no provision of Conversion of Prepaid to Postpaid Plan. I am asked to purchase a new Sim Card, which implies change of Mobile No. This is something not feasible for me as I have given this number to all my clients.

Kindly register this complaint against non-provision of this basic facility.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was using virgin India prepaid mobile no. [protected]since last 1 year. But now from last one-two months the number is not working. Mobile is ON, and network is also full but whenever i try to call anybody, it shows Network Busy. Whenever somebody else try to call me, it gives message the mobile is switched Off.

I have already made a complain regarding this problem one month before through telephone to customer care, but up till now this problem has not been short-out.

I request you to kindly do the needful so that my number may work properly. For any query, call on my alternate mobile no. [protected]

I am Virgin mobile user ([protected]), I have suffering from busted service from last 4 month My balance rs.150 has deducted with out any resion when i call customer care they said i send sms on 1-7 th December but i am using bulk sms services airtel. I send sms throught airtel gateway from my nemerical sender id[protected]. i send sms through bulk sms not virgin mobile.
Everytime I call to custmor they disconnct my call otherwise they said please give me 24 hours .

we are not happy in companey service

Virgin post paid service — worst service

even i paid ill,my out going is barred from last two weeks.
customer care service is worst ,even we cant talk.
phone will not connect first.there is no use of customer care.
i am unable to complaint also.becase customer care executives is not responding at all.
i am a virgin mobile user my mobile no. is [protected] most of the times when i do some recharge i usually get less balance i am not able to understand why virgin is cheating me.Once i recharge my account with 100 and i first received a message that transaction of 100 is done and your account balance is 88.07 but after sometime they send me a message that your balance is 0.07 i also talk to customer care but the customer executive krishna talked to me very badly.He is such a type of aguy i have ever talk to. Most of the time i also told them to transfer my call to their senior manager but they dont do so, they keep my call on hold after sometime they tell me that we cannot transfer your call to senior manager because he is busy with some meeting.Atlast i only want to say that virgin india mobile is a cheat, fake and very bad type of mobile telecommunication company.

in 10 dino mai mai mansik ruup se bahu pareshan hua hu...
aur ab mai inki complain consumer court mai kar raha hu mere paas in sab se jo baate hui hai unke refrence no. hia..!!
the worst service i ever came across firstly i got my cell recharged by 130 rupees by net accounting (SBI) but it never got credited in my account. I called customer care but the people are hopeless.
