[Resolved] Virgin Mobile India — no customer care role for our solutions
i am a virgin mobile customer with no. [protected] and i am on roaming in delhi. once my account got nil and i charged this with 101 top up plan, which was a full talk time plan. i got a msg of 101 charge but didnt get any balance. i tried a 10000 times to call the customer care but i was all fail. there is no one to listen at all. i urge if they cant give us service on time with diligence. they should shut down their company.
