[Resolved]  Vodafone — customer care

Respected Sir,

My Mobile number of vodafone is [protected] and whenever we call up customer care for any inquiry or complaint the executives put the call on hold and transfer back it to the ivr mode where we need to again have to press option to get connected to customer care executive so help such customers to have good experience with vodafone so plz revert me on the betterment of customer

I am Rajesh Kumar, my mobile number is [protected].I have activated DND service for my number before 2 years...but suddenly for the past one week am receiving Vodafone live sms to my number regarding gprs bonus recharge of Rs.14 which gives 200mb free usage.

Problem Faced : Mobile connect on Roming.

Called up customer care mumbai.

Mr Gufran Attended the call. i provided him all the detials for security reasons.

He could only ask me to call them back from any other phone. and this took almost 12 mins 9 sec. the irritating part of the call is he need to keep me on hold for every question i asked.

when i asked him to call me on my other no. he replied its only a inbound call center and he cannot do that.

everthing was to be repeated again. to the new person i connect.

Mr Gufran advised me call back and he asked me to mention the new representative that i was already talking to Mr gufran and pelase connected me to GPRS team.

i did what was advised to me Doing so they needed all the details to be given again.

not doing so Vodafone Customer care representative disconnected my call on his superiors advise.

Please do the needful Customer care are charging us for the help call. and no single person is qualified to

answere any of the question raised for which they have to put us on hold for 15 sec everytime every Question.

Can you please provide me the unknown phone number details for [protected] (Vodafone,AP).He is irrirating with SMS sending at late nights.

vodafone has the pathetic costumer care service. they have this so called 198 number to call and make complaints, but people responding to the call are arrogant and shout back at us. initially they had costumer feedback on they call. but it is unfortunate, when ever you compliant you are not activated to the service of giving feedback.

1.they need you to deposit an amount before getting an connection. based on which they decide your credit limit. in case you want to increase, they ask for your salary slip.
2.you never receive the phone bill on time. you always get it after the billing date, hence u will be asked to pay fine.
3.even after u register for do not disturb service, you keep receiving caller-tune calls.
4.even after you send series of complaints and mails, they respond back only by call, but never act on the incident.
5.there is no coordination between the mail and phone complaints they receive.
6.to get out of the service, i[censored] opt for the mobile number portability, they start answering to all the complaints. still i[censored] insist on changing to someother network, they will ask u to pay extra 1000 to take the number to someother network.

i am fedup going to vodafone office again and again and writing endless mails. to mention in particular, it all happens only in Vishakapatinam vodafone service centre.
Ciphering is not avtive while making calls

HI All,
I had very bad experience with vodafone custome care, i called them 15-20 times and still they are not able to answer/resolve my problem.
Worst part is there representative (Asif,Iqbal.Ismail...) , they hung/cut my calls many times which is really bad, disgusting, and painful. And they given words many times to call back but they didn't call back.
They them-self deactivated my caller tune and put there default one and charged money for that also.
I am really pissed of from there service, in last 2 months there were 4-5 complaints against them from my side.
I just want someone to take action and resolve my problem soon.

Vodafone store at punalur issued me another sim of the same no. for rs.300/- and said it can only issued as new one. So verification will take place...and so on...i need this no. itself because of my customers...Now its almost 3 weeks over...my no. not activated yet...So sir, please do the needful for reactivating my number as early as possible...

My name is nihit rathi. i purchased a sim card of vodafone from( MY CHOICE ,bangur nagar goregoan )a dealer of vodafone, but he registered the sim card on my father's name mukesh kumar rathi instead of my name but my father is no more. i submitted the required document for sim card of me, so the sim card is stopped by vodafone. i went to the customer care and there is no responce to me.
please help me for this case and make my sim card on or reimburse my money back.

I have Vodafone number ( [protected] ) . one week before my number was blocked due to not payment of mobile number. but three days( 12.07.2011 ) before i ll pay my mobile bill sum of 1500/-..still number they not active my number its very horrible. i was not expect this type of service. yesterday ( 13.07.2011 ) i was trying your customer care more than 15 times but there is no proper response. Vodafone — No help from customer care executive

I am using vodafone postpaid connection.
I want to activate my outgoing calls (International). They are barred right now.Probbaly I need a password from them
I have called vodafone customer care center at least 10 times but haven't got any help.

When I wanted to escalate my request after getting irritated, I called 111 to ask my complaint number and executive disconnected my call.

I managed to get my complaint number in next call :[protected]

My number is[protected].

Now If I dial 111, my calls get diverted to the main menu and I never get to speak to any executive. I think they have barred my numbers.

I will change my service provider as soon as possible.

But I want vodafone to account for the inconvenience it has caused me
