[Resolved]  Vodafone — customer care

Respected Sir,

My Mobile number of vodafone is [protected] and whenever we call up customer care for any inquiry or complaint the executives put the call on hold and transfer back it to the ivr mode where we need to again have to press option to get connected to customer care executive so help such customers to have good experience with vodafone so plz revert me on the betterment of customer

i can not contact with customer care by dialing 111 or [protected].
My call is not transffering to your customer care executives since one month . Many times I have registered the complaint at your mini store at CP metro station but no response I have gotten.
I wanted to disconnect my postpaid number for that i have submitted written application at vodafone centre, Vashi the person's name was Prasad. He told me that i will get confirmation call within 3 days after that i have received confirmation call from vodafone and that lady said they will disconnect my number within 72 hours. The number was not disconnected within 72 hours so i called up in the customer care service 3-4 times but nobody has responded positively finally i called up again after holding me for 15 min person has disconnected phone again i called up i talked wid Public relation officer Sayel he has transfeered mycall to some senior executive named subodh or subash dont remember exactly and he was so rudely talking wid me!! this is very disgusting!! this is the way vadafone executives handle the customer !! then i went to vodafone vashi centre again and inquire about my application then they replied sorry the letter was with them only !!! so.. my point is that it was their mistake that they have not updated in their system then also they are rude to us then what is the meaning o[censored]sing such services!! it was so bad experience with customer care ever in my life!!

i have 3 vodafone numbers on my name. ONe is used by my Dad. We had payed all the 3 bills before time and have the receipt as well. But i have been receiving call from call centre of vodafone saying " one bill has not been paid " and we will deactivate the service, which they did. Inspite of me telling them its been done, i have the receipt, i provided them the receipt details as well... but what so ever i had to do this 4 times, to different people calling from call centre.. ( i really dont know they say THEY ARE HAPPY 2 HELP ).

Now our bank show the entry of VODAFONE for the same bill been collected on 17th of April and we paid the bill on 14th...

so now can someone help me with some CEO email id..or any NEWS cahnnel site...where i can carry forward this of VODAFONE...

because of all this they have deactivated my DADs no... completely out going and no incoming at ALL... my dad been suffering from his Business calls... BECAUSE of VODAFONE ERROR..or whatever... they dont even have a CLUE... i have mailed my complaint to vodafone care as well.. visited the store yesterday 3may again.. but no actions have been taken so far...

please some one help me in taking this further SERIOUSLY...

the customer care of this vodafone is such worse that even small shope in india are maintaing good care, when ever i try to reach call centre executive thru my mobile or thru land line i never get a connection such. they say they are global but it is not even a gully level in india they have to give up this and cell the same to company like Airtel.

i m giving you the phone no. of some of your staff who misbehaved with me today, no. is [protected] and the second no. is of akash..[protected]... akasa said "aapko jis se bhi complaint karna ho kar dijiye, mera koi kuchh nahin kar sakta"
first he told me to wait outside my home, he is coming to collect the bill. i waited for an hour, he didnt turn up, when i called back he said i had meeting so couldnt come, then i said why you made me to stand outside my home, why you didnt inform me, then he said..aapko jo karna ho kariye, jaake vodaphone store mein jama kijiye bill. best part is this that the first one has said that i am sending my executive to collect the bill.
i dont know, weather such complaints on websites, actually give the customers some relief or they are just for show off. lets see.
i cannot get my customer care 111, [protected], 55555 number i am trying this for several times but cannot reach u .
hope that you will soon find a solution for this.
