[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive

I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line.

I simply need to change my talk plan since the last 2 months but due to their bad customer service; I have not been able to do it.

i have submitted my docs 3 time, but no any responce i m geeting now a days my all call has been barried.a lot of time i called in customer care but they did not give any positive respone.
However i visited 3 time in vodefone store but they also just spend my time,

I am complaining to Vodafone since 30/09/2012, but there is no response from their side. I have even report my problem to the nodal office through mail as well as call, but they don't even bother to reply back to their so - called [B]"VALUABLE CUSTOMERS"[/B]
How can they say "HAPPY TO HELP" when the complaints of customers remain pending for more than 15 days.

I just wanted to know why balance get deducted by it's own...? Sometimes i get message for On demand joke, luvshr, railway, news and all that, & my Rs 3.00 get deducted. This means i m paying for unwanted service and which i do not want avail. Every times my Rs 3 get wasted and a Very Importent Note: This only happens if i have balance in my account. if the balance is Rs 0.00 or 0.10, then i do not get deduction or get message. I am fed up with all this. I am cheated and just want to know that it will stop or not, otherwise that i can portable my number...!!

I Topped Up my mobile number by Rs.29.00 which as per the website gives 97 V2V local minutes for 14 days. I saw the information in the website on vodafone and I topped online using my credit card. Then i got the confirmation text message saying it has a validity of 7 days. So I called customer service team on 111 and the first executive said the validity duration has been changed from 14 days to 7 days. When I was asking why this information is not updated on the website and still it says 14 days validity he said he is transferring the call to his senior and routed the call to the main IVR ... so I called again and 2nd agent did the same thing when I asked to speak with his manager ... So that was the worst customer service experience I ever had ... So if you have anything to complain to vodafone by calling the customer service team the agent will not let you do so as you will never get a chance to speak to any person who takes the complaint.
i want to change my idea number to vodafone number when i reched their service center for porting my number and gve him my documents and photo the tolled me that it will take to 7 days to porting but after 12 days when i get no any responei again visit their the employe says that ur documents have been missing go and again with ur documents the u will get this service think when i m going for porting then the r providing like this service when i wil be a parmanent customer then what will happen so bad service

Hello,

Today I did a online recharge from official vodafone site for 21-days 650 Mb 2G data Internet Pack. It clearly showed the recharge amount is Rs99 I have attached screenshot of it with this mail. When I recharged with it I got local V2V 400min. I am normally a STD caller and this free minutes is of no use for me. My Rs99 is wasted. Money dose not come for free, we have to work hard to earn it. Why should I suffer for Vodafones mistake. When I called vodafone complaint 198 the customer care executive totally denied the fact that it is showing Rs 99 for internet pack, he was constantly telling it is showing Rs 95 for the same, I requested him at least to cancel my recharge so that I can recharge again with Rs 95 but he did not do that. Now I don't know where to go and where to complain when vodafone customer care is not helping me.
Hope my compliant will be listened here.
