[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive | |
I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line. 3G activation
Im not getting 3g access.i complained but they are not responding since 4 days and now iam not gettimg access to 111, 198, [protected] also thats why i porting.Failing in deactivation of my vodafone number

when i request the visakhapatnam vodafone stores representative to deactivate the number, they are simply saying that the number is in suspension .when i ask them to deactivate, how can they place it in suspension..?so please take necessary action regarding the request.

deduction of rs.44 from my main bal
Sir/madam Rs19 and again rs 25 was deducted from my vodafone account without my consent. It is not till returned after many talks with costmer care . please do needful.
