[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive

I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line.

I simply need to change my talk plan since the last 2 months but due to their bad customer service; I have not been able to do it.

iwas 3 times contining vodafone care gurgaon jmd tawor at this probulem but iam not satisfy on this probulem . they are not convert postpaid to prepaid sim.

Vodafone — indicipline way of talking to customers

Am ur customer since from 3yrs with the no [protected].And am presently facing few problems with ur service for the sake i called up customer care.and i didnt got a good respect frm thm.and the way she behaved was redicuolous and even she was very rude towards me. i kindly request u to take necessary action against her and i demand for her apology.. and the lady recognised herself as SHWETA(supervisor) and d call was made on 12th of jan 2010 at 2.41pm

Vodafone — worst C.Care & Service

C. Care Number 111 is also barred , so what else I can say This Is One of the Worst Cellular Company As Per My Point Of View ,
As I Am Using 13 Nos Of Airtel From last Eight Years , As i Have Never seen any Error In the Services Of Airtel
If We Listen The Punch Line Of Vodafone

I completely agree with the feedback about vodafone customer care, 15 days back I lost my phone and I requested for duplicate sim, I havent recieved it yet. I have still been calling them and asking for the status, even I talked to one of their supervisors, still no response. I emailed to their appeallete officer, to their Nodal Officer, but nothing happpend. Such a bad customer service. i would never suggest anyone to buy vodafone number.

Vodafone — bad signal $ making people fool by fraud ads

10 days ago i visited avodofone show room,to get detail about vodaphone USB,their employes guranted it ,the speed will be over 200kbps and no network problem,and show methe hording which was hanging out side the office same was written on it,finally they sell it to me in 2600rs+500security total =3100rs,but when i try it at home iwas not up to the mark ,its speed was max. 10to15kbps,once it was connected after 5to10 minutes network fail ,i contact to show room employs in batala they did not gave me the satisfied answer.

Vodafone Mobile Service — suffering from a worst service provider

I have a vodafone mobile no. [protected] from last six month and I am suffering from a worst mobile service provider in India. From last five months I m getting late fee charged in my bill , I have given complaints about it to their vodafone mini store and coustomer care many times but all in vein and this month when I decided to stop there services they starts me thretning that you have to pay all our charges even wrong charges and penalties too which were imposed in my bills, also they are not providing me details of charge imposed in my old bills.
Plz look in the matter and do the needfull.

I have an annoying problem with my Sim card. Every time I send a message or call, I receive a service reply. tht i hav this much balance left and sms left, I send a lot of sms per day. Long one. If I send around 500 characters (4 sms) in one sms, then I will receive 4 times the service reply... Just to tell me that my balance. I could forget about it, if it wasnt using my "received sms" tone! To cancel it i just press any key, but 4 times it will come, so 4 times I have to press any key.
I just want to cancel the service reply. my number is [protected]

Vodafone cellular service — not giving the mentioned amount of talktime

Respected sir/ma'am,
Today 22nd july, 2010 vodafone had send me an sms where it is stated that on recharge of Rs.60, they would provide me full talktime. The facility would only be available today. But on my recharge they only gave me the talktime of Rs. 52.
I also want to know their customer care number.

Vodafone Prepaid — bad service at vodafone outlet

Costomer care executives are irresponsible having less or wrong information about their own company and services.

No proper care was being taken for customers.

Vodafone cellular service — Worst service and inconvenience

Hi,
I have been using Vodafone postpaid service for last 3 years. From last 2 years I am not having any network in my house. I have raised lots of complaints and always i get the reply that it will be done in 15days. But still no action has been taken.
The vodafone service people have also visited my place and registered the complaints but still no action.
I am really fed up with the worst Vodafone Service. I tried to go for MNP but vodafone is somehow rejecting my application and not allowing me to do so.

Even the customer service is very bad and not polite or helpfull at all.

Please see to it else I have to take some serious actions against Vodafone mobile service for the inconvinence caused.

I want to complaint against Vodafone
3G Service and the fraud of making fool of people. I got a big loss in
my online Share trading while using your hopeless 3G INTERNET SERVICE
and sold my new MTNL data card for 1000/- rupees. On first week of
march, I got a phone call of Mr. Naveen from Vodafone. He told
about the Vodafone 3G services on mobile instrument or through Dongle
data card. He told price of sim- 250/- rupees and dongle data card-
1250/- after 100/- discount. He told that if we purchase it before 31
march 2011 than Vodafone will give 1 month unlimited 3G service free
and after that you have to pay 500 plus tax bill for every month. He
told that speed of internet will be minimum 3 mbps and maximum 27 mbps
and told me that your area is very good for having 3G sevices smoothly
and very good high internet speed. After hearing all the words of Mr.
Naveen, asked me my home address and same day he sent a
person with sim and took required documents an d 250/- rupees from me.
On 8 march my sim got activated. After activation, I called back Mr.
Naveen and asked for mobile instrument and computer settings. Mr.
Naveen gave me a toll free number 111 or 116 for getting settings.
When I called on 111 number they said that our 3G services is not
present in your area. After that I called on 116 than they gave me
settings. I applied those settings on mobile instrument and computer
and used my internet than the speed was only 3 kbps and that also 0
kbps in between most of the time. After the day of activation I tried
a lot but the speed was the same 3 or 4 kbps. After few days, I got
a call from [protected] asking about billing address, I complaint them
about the speed and also told about free for month, He gave me complaint
number[protected] and told his name Ashish. But after so many days
still no help and they sent me 2 bills and reminder also. Now I want my money back and justice.
I have applied for Vodafone MNP on Vodafone Darya Ganj opposite Golcha Cinema Delhi on 4/7/11.I was made to understand that within seven working days my mobile operator will be changed from Dolphin to Vodafone.Today is the 10th day and nobody is in a position to tell me the status.On enquiry from Vodafone helpline I was told that no such request has been recieved .
Vodafone claims to be the no.1 mobile service provider ??
There is lot of scope for imprvement.Do it otherwise[protected].

Vodafone — gprs pack,unresponsive customer care,cheating my balance

i got offer from vodafone.they offered me 1 month gprs pack rs.50 .then i activated it.but they deducted rs.98 for my balance i have complaints already three times but not responsible. If you not solve this problem i have changed other network
