[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive

I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line.

I simply need to change my talk plan since the last 2 months but due to their bad customer service; I have not been able to do it.

Prepaid — very bad custmer service

To all concern
i have recharged my mobile with rs35 tariff voucher at 22/04/09 but that is still not activated. i have lodge complain about it but ther is no satisfactory answer whether customer executives disconnect the line b4 solving the problem now plz suggest me why have i not to leave out this bad service provider
I purchase vodafone no. [protected]. and i found that vodafone customer care service is very bad. i am trying to last three days. trying to talk customer care. but i not being connecting. kamlesh noida.
I have lost my mobile phone on[protected] while I was at Jaipur. My mobile no . was [protected]. You are requested to block the use of the simcard and advise me as to how to get the sim reissued and to keep the same no.. Pl. inform on [protected]
My small brother just locked the sim of the mobile .
Every time i open the mobile it shows "YOUR SIM HAS BEEN REJECTED". Please help me getting my nymber back.

Vodafone mobile — very worst service cheap company

you have set caller tune & voice chat without my permission and deduct monthly charges from my account balance. pl explain otherwise we go to consumer court.

I have just migrated from Vodafone postpaid to Vodafone prepaid. The customer care helpline no. 111 has become unresponsive since then. There are some problems I am facing with my new account and there is no body to answer the calls. All I get is an I.V.R. repetition that doesn't even has option to connect me to a representative.

This was not the case with Postpaid. There was an option to talk to customer care person and I always used to get some one on the line. However, since the migration, I have realized that the prepaid customers are of no value to this company of frauds.

A company I can no longer trust, aka Vodafone, is HAPPY TO HELP. Sure it is!

My number is [protected], after paid my bill they said ur services start within 1/2 hours but thay had not started our services. when i called to cust care they was useless and don't know how to talk with the customer. when i said this is the not way to talk to the customer he said what i did...


In my words they only have the fake quote "Happy To Help". Really a worst experience with vodafone cust care. I am new customer and suffering this type of service problem from vodafone. guys i[censored] going to take connection from vodafone then ignore it and go for another service provider u will get better service. i am using IDEA and Tata Indicom from such a 3 years but i did't get any these type of problem. and they have good cust care... my idea no is [protected]

I hope through this vodafone learn something from other service provider and i am going to cut vodafone connection as sson as possible...

I have a voda phone no[protected] last five year on the name of my son nagendra singh billing address F-2 834 sangam vihar new delhi-62.I have applied to convertation of plan from post paid to pre paid on 08 aug 2009 at1200 at ansal plaza soap.I have also paid all dues its Rs 730 on same day.The executive at ansal plaza give me prepaid sim card also and Tell me that your number activated with in 24 hours.But after 36 hours I contact custmor care he tell me that request not yet fwd.Pl tell me why it dely take place and why give falls stement to custmour, I am not happy with this false stament and confirm me when i got activated above number.

worst worst worst service ever...ive never actually got any contact with them because i cant.. i cant wait til i can get the same number but switch to airtel coz vodafone is just hopeless

I have opted a Vodafone Post paid Mobile Service No. [protected], SIM CARD no.[protected]
by paying a Memebership Fees of Rs500/. at berhampur Vodafone Mini Store.
Tariff: Life Time Postpaid In the Month of April.
Around First Week of May i lodged a Complaint due to Disconnection of Mobile Service to Vodafone Customer Care. he took my Complaint and Said he will Comeback to Me within 7 days.
When he didn't call me i approached Nodal Officer Ms Keerti korak, orissa Circle regarding my Complaint. I received Aknowledgement Mail but she never Replied. Then i Approached Nodal Officer of Mumbai Region for Proper Reedressal.
He Confirmed Ms keerti will Follow up and i recived a Mail from Ms Keerti that i need to Pay Rs500 and Submit a Request for Reactivation.
I asked her why my Mobile is Disconnected , she neither replied nor Aknowledges my Mails.
I am Fustrated and Mental Agony Talking to Customer Care is Immense Causing me Lose my patience and Raising my BP.
I Therefore Approached you to Publish my Story with Vodafone about Worst Customer Care Service.
I Even Donnot Know that why my Mobile is Deactivated.
Today i tried to Call and it Said my Number is Not valid.
I Suspect Vodafone is cheating People this way and even Top officials Neglect and Ignore.
I neither got any bills and to my Assumption as i have deactivated CLIP and neither made any Call my Bills Should be Zero because the Mobile was Deactivated 10 Days After Activation.
I herbly request you to followup with Vodafone and publish a Report On Same.
I will be evergrateful to samaj newspaper Once my Problem is Solved.
I want Vodafone to either Activate Card Or refund my Rs500 witH intrest and Compensation of Mental Agony.

we have prepaid connection no-[protected] of VODAFONE, on 16th Sept-09.we got an SMSon our no.that a BC50 DD service has been activated with out our consent.And an amount of Rs.7/-has been deducted from our account, We have sent an SMS for diactivating the same on 17th Sept-09 they first diactivated and again reactivate the same.And they have again deducted Rs.7/- from our account.This way they will finish our total balance.We are quiet shoked the way VODAFONE is doing.KIindly help us.

Vodafone — Worst Support - Fake Bill

Hi Folks -
My Vodafone no[protected]

Being a 5 years relations with Hutch/Vodafone, I have escalated one problem with my Bill to one of the executive. He Rashly treated with me and after asking the complain no , he has given me fake number.

Then decided to complain about this person so sent mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Also visited the Vodafone store but unfortunately instead of helping they are saying SORRY we do not have control and authority to escalate

After two day I m getting the reply in such a illiterate manners.. Suddenly I have decided to decommission my number.

Folks – respect is everything.. I guess my decision is good.. so be safe when you want to do some escalation

Vodafone — Very bad support by Customer care executive

1.They are putting the call in hold for more than 2 hrs.
2.They are not updating the details discussed with Customer care executive for future purpose..
3.Not solving the network problem...
4.Billing is not proper they are charging more hidden charges...

Vodafone — Documents Misplaced/ Unresponsive Customer care

I had couple of weeks back applied for a vodafone connection after submitting the relevant documents to the dealer (Padmavati - [protected]).
The very next day I received a message regarding non-submission of my documents, on contacting the customer care I was informed it takes 48 hours for processing of documents, subsequently a week later my connection got barred.
Contacting the customer care yielded the same response of pending document without any clue as to what happened to the documents already submitted (complaint no# [protected]. On contacting the Dealer I was asked to contact the relationship manager (Mr. Rajesh Gupta no# [protected]) who has been utterly unresponsive.
My primary concern is misuse of my documents, I submitted a copy of my Passport and PAN Card along with address proof.
This has been the most pathetic engagement I have experienced with a service provider.
Do suggest if any punitive action could be taken in respect to my complaint.
