Vodafone — Card Blocked

I would like to bring this to your notice that someone has stolen my cellphone few days ago. I did not block my card coz I wanted that person to use my card so I can track the numbers. I did call the customer service to check my billing information. When I lost my card at that time the bill was somewhere around Rs.1000. However, after 3 days it was more than Rs.1400. So, I was assuming that I could track my cell with the help of numbers. I went to Vodafone Gallery. The information what I got from them was currently our servers are down. This is not the first time it had happened to me. And than when I asked them can you generate the bill for me or is there any way to track the numbers? They said NO. It is not possible. I was told your bill will get generated on 4th March, 2008. And than you can get the numbers. Today in the evening I went to the vodafone gallery hoping that today I will get my card blocked and will apply for a new card coz I was not able to communicate with anyone. I went their, spoke to Paras Gala and applied for a new card. I did get new card. And they informed me it will be activated after 2 hrs at 6 O'clock I went there. I asked them how do I get my billing information? They asked me to logon to and login over there. I did try to logon to that website and tried to logon. However, it seems that my password was expired or I had forgotten the password. At 9 O'clock I tried to use my card. I was getting the message "call failed" Still it wasnt activated. After waiting 3 hrs I called Vodafone Customer Care and asked them whats happening? Why isnt my card is being activated? Rep told me wait for 15 mins it will be activated. And than I asked him I am trying to logon to it seems that my password isnt working. Could you please help me with that...His name was Anil. He was helpful. And did listen to my query. After 2-3 mins I got a message for my new password. I tried to logon to the website using my Mob No and password. After that it was asking me my Mother Maiden's Name. I put it. However, it wasnt accepting it. I tried 3 times and my login id was blocked. Again I called customer care and at this time wowwww! I got GRACE online. She is the only reason for me to compalint about her. She was so arrogant, rude, unprofessional and provided false information. I explained her the entire situation. I told her what excatly is the issue. Still she was not listening to me without understanding the issue. She was just trying to explain me the things. Wherein, I explained her the situation twice. Still she was not listening to me. And again when I explained her the situation, then she said I will place you on hold and will get the information. I said...Alright! She did come back and still I didnt get the resolution. Then at the end I requested for Supervisor and asked her not to put me on hold coz I was fed up listening to that music again and again. She said "I will have to put you on hod COZ MY SUPERVISOR IS NOT BESIDE ME" I said Grace this is not the way you should speak to me and I do not authorize you to put me on hold. And than she said I will place you on MUTE. I said never mind. After that she came back within 2 mins. And said I will get my supervisor online just wait for few secs. I said, Alright! After that the entire situation was different. I waited almost for 10 mins on hold waiting for someone to come online. Nobody was there to listen me. And at the end what happened....what will happen? The call was disconnected. Noone has the courtesy to call me back to ask or to help. I lost my cell phone and trying to track it. However, I did not get a positive response from your customer service except ANIL. Rest of them were unhelpful. Dont know how to treat their customers? Straight away they said - Sorry, we cannot do anything....I know Vodafone Service.....I know you are not aware about it. I think that before connecting to the REP we get the message. We may record this call for our training purpose. I would request you to kindly listen to that call and then come to the conclusion. Just coz of such people in your company the name is getting spoiled. According to me such people should get fired. They dont deserve to work in such a reputed company like Vodafone. I sincerely apologize for any mistake. However, I hope understand my frustration. Sad to say I used to recommend my friends to use Vodafone. After this incident I will have to think about it.

Vodafone — To block the card

i have purchased Vodafone sim that was purchased few months back from a dealer. This sim is nothing more than a lemon.Approximately a day after owning this sim, the fiasco all began when it was deactivated. This left me stranded because of the Problem. I lost time from work and assured my management a similar situation would not happen again. but now almost 4 months passed but the problem still persist. in there system my name exist but they are telling me to bring the packet (what a bull ) who keeps the wraper after having a chocolate. actully now i fed up with even the name of vodafone, i just want my money back (a)which i purchased from dealer (b)which i paid to nerul gallery for the new sim card replacement

I think Vodafone really needs to have a 24 hr service as this is bllsht i cant get through. I have lost my sim and phone and have to wait till tomorrow to get through to someone!!
I need this canceled straight away but cant wait for vodafone to take their time in replying to this email! This is ridiculous and im leaving vodafone!

Any time when i am busy in my work our call and sms are disturb me in my work.
send an sms --> DND to 1909 it will stop all unnecessary calls and sms.
