regarding the net offered on samsung core 2 not get

I have purchased samsung core 2 . On dis there was free internet for 2 months 2gb . Per month 1 gb . But i got only for 1 month 1gb . Bt 2nd month i didnt get .

Activation delay

Sir
good evening. Today i went to your Voda phone office, A.T road, torajan and took one new SIM card pre paid in the morning, till now it is not activated and not getting any message in my alternate mobile number, but in other company SIM they activate within half an hour.
