[Resolved]  Vodafone Customer Care and network — Lazy work from Vodafone

Hi,
I am Pavan Betageri Form Nagpur, I took post paid connection from Vodafone, after that i am facing problems with outgoing calls to Mumbai Reliance Numbers.And Unfortunately my Boss's Number is reliance.I have registered complaint twice but still I have not got the solution.Every time customer care executive gives me one deadline date of problem resolution but they won't give any kind of Feedback.If this is Vodafone Customer Care Service unit, then why the hell they are showing so much of add campaign on TV Channels to market their sim cards!!? And one thing I want to add if I try to connect to Customer care unit call gets disconnected!!!?? I am really Frustrated from this service.Sorry to say that Vodafone Customer care unit is Lazy and trustless.I need solution for this else I will Submitt my Sim and Switch to another service provider.Please Help me for the same.

i have vodafhone pre paid sence last one year no is [protected] but i am very much botherred about the unusefull messages on the screen of cell.
I dont know that which types of sms plans r going on my cell but usully monthly balance is rducing .
So please register the complaint and stop all sms plans on my mobile no [protected]

I'm Anil from Hyderabad, a new Vodafone user facing a problem regarding the SIM.Accidentally my SIM was blocked by entering wrong operation.But that was resolved on the very next day.In that mean while my SIM was rejected.What should i do now as my SIM ([protected]) carries very useful datas & cell numbers.How can i get back my SIM activated?? Please help me ASAP.

Is Vodafone provides any kind of customer help through chatting and all that?? If yes then please let me in my knowledge.

It was taken a week back.
I just visited the Vodafone customer care office today at Prabhadevi and was given a token number 80 by Ms Jyoti Deepak Kanjoji..

She set my mobile network setting to orange and my mobile started. Unfortunately by the time i could walk it out to my office, my setting got cancelled and now my mobile no. [protected] is not operating. I am unable to get incoming or call or send messages. I have a life time mobile and when it is refilled and balance asked it reads the balance and then expiry october 08. Why does it also ready oct 08

Your network in Mumbai!! god save the users. I am subscriber to your network since 10 years and completely tired o[censored]sing as most of the places network is weak. It will be a great help to me if you try your influence with DOT (stop bribing) and bring mobility immediatly so that i can switch over to better network without changing my no. Till that time god save me. Like dumb shameless fox, you may giggle at your users till then.

I am from edappally.2 weeks ago i got a new vodaphone connection in the name of tony thomas.the phone and the connection was gifted to me.now you are telling that i should convert that connection into my name.i am only 18 years old, i dont have the identity card.so what can i do now?
Pl be informed that wrong billing has been made to my Jun`08 was observed and payment has been made less of arround 300/-for those wrong chgs, pl waive that off from my next bill.
Payment of the current chgs will be paid in time.

I have paid a Vodafore bill for the month of July, 2008 amounting to Rs.1250, however, the caution message for payment bill is not been ereased. This is Ramesh from Hyderabad.I am working here presently.I am facing a problem regarding WCC.

I am unable to make ''calls t'o Senegal country.My destnation numbers are as follows.

NUM1:[protected]
NUM2:[protected]
NUM3:[protected]

All my numbers belong to Senegal Country itself.I am unable to make calls using WCC.

But i am able to call the same numbers using my normal account, means not using WCC(with denomination 110*2cards).

I have given many complaints to custmer care.My compalint numbers are[protected], which is my recent complaint.

Before this i ahve given complaint saying that, unable to do calla to NUM3.Received compalint number after a long time they said the problem was solved.But it is also not rectified still.

But now the situation is my, complaint was still in process at the same time my WCC card was expired.

I have all my proofs, like complaint numbers and with whom i talked and many more.

I need to take action soon otherwise i will put case in consumer court.

My mobile no is [protected]. It is a Bengal no. Now i am on roaming in Bangalore, Karnataka. Rs 200 was paid to a retailer at Bankura, West Bengal for refilling on 21/08/2008 nad the transaction id for that is: RB[protected]. But my account has been credited with only Rs.46.69. I talked to vodafone care in Karnataka but they did not do anything. Please inform why this has happened and correct it immediately.

When ever i send a national sms its not been delivered in time and some of the sms are not at all received by them. The same way im also not receiving the national sms.

The above mentioned issue is particularly for one number the receiver number is [protected] and my number is [protected].

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
