[Resolved]  Vodafone Customer Care and network — Lazy work from Vodafone

Hi,
I am Pavan Betageri Form Nagpur, I took post paid connection from Vodafone, after that i am facing problems with outgoing calls to Mumbai Reliance Numbers.And Unfortunately my Boss's Number is reliance.I have registered complaint twice but still I have not got the solution.Every time customer care executive gives me one deadline date of problem resolution but they won't give any kind of Feedback.If this is Vodafone Customer Care Service unit, then why the hell they are showing so much of add campaign on TV Channels to market their sim cards!!? And one thing I want to add if I try to connect to Customer care unit call gets disconnected!!!?? I am really Frustrated from this service.Sorry to say that Vodafone Customer care unit is Lazy and trustless.I need solution for this else I will Submitt my Sim and Switch to another service provider.Please Help me for the same.

I have been trying to connect to the vodafone customer care using 121 to talk to an agent to disable a service which was only accidentaly activated by me.. here is whats happening .. i only here advertisements one after other on dialing 121,
i mean do you take us so dumbs that we have time listining to your ads and offers ?
what to do ? this service that i accidentally got into is charging me everymonth and to disable it i need to know the method and for which i am calling the customer care and am only hearing ads and various offers..
oh i hate so much the mobile companies in this country...

Somebody in this blog remarked, "Till that time god save me. Like dumb shameless fox, you may giggle at your users till then". It's very correct. We're waiting for the portability to come when we'll retain this number and change over to another provider. The customer care is awful and you do not get the correct response from them. And if it is a reminder call...think of it as a threatening call rather than a reminder. The attitude of the person calling to remind us of something is very bad. The tone is rough and do not have the slightest decency. Yes...till the portability comes in, Vodafone can giggle at users till then. After all they are the ZooZoos. Andthet are meant service only them. How can you expect them to trat us fair?

I called it it up 4 - 5 times after one second call time the call gets disconnected & the call is chargable. I wasted lot of money calling the same number.
in my vodefone mobile it will atomatically will cut the balance yestarday the balance was rs 42.45 today is rs-7.15 is the balance what is this prombale please chek it thank you

Iam Deepak, On 7th April to my no.[protected]wrongly call charges deduct to my no, I took FnF Pack for reducing call charges on a particular no.& I pay its rent Rs.15/Month, but automatically this service deactivate to my no.without any request by me, I made Complaint on same day & its no.55633170, very bad response I got from Vodafone Customer Care, Pls Improve Cm. Care Service & If Possible have, so pls return my Balance & Re-Start FnF Pack on my no.without put any rental for the same month.Thanks

Hi,

My name is B.RAGHU RAM REDDY and my mobile number is [protected], I have activated life long plan on this number. Its a pre-paid one, but recently it got de-activated, and when ever my friends are calling to my number they are hearing a message which goes like this "The number which you are trying to call is temporarily de-activated".

So will you please let me know how can i re-activate my number back again.

today i went Vodafone care, kalyani nagar in pune for the fourth time, to activate caller ID for my phone. I have submitted required documents last week.
The response of the people there is worst, particularly of wasim. He is responding as if he is doing free service.

disgusting connection, ihave bin calling to costumer care since monday 6:30 pam, but they always say talk to us after 4 hours and disconnect my call. my 350 mb data service is not activated till now.

Vodaphone customer care in surat near rustampura in 21st century complex give a very bad service and always there's a technical problem and i have never seen all the four counters open even if the whole centre is fully populated..I hope to see changes the next time...

They told me I can use 100mb free usage for pospaid 299plan every month, but they are debiting amount for usage from 2nd month onwards without intimation.I have lost few hundreds on this. I think we need to sign in an aggrement before getting connection with the number. They are not serious of small amount of customer who comes forward and complains, but the network will surely come down because of this activities.--Arun-Bangalore

Vodafone nework has got a awfull n dreadfull customer care service. The customer care executives have got lots of attitude because of which they respond very rudely to the customers.

Full talktime amount is not credited into my account is the query raised, i still dont receive the amount but called thrice to the customer service, every time they say 4hrs to wait, its already 2days but still not received the amount. I am so annoyed by their service n how they respond.

Not more time to change the network.

Customers are important dont be rude
