[Resolved]  Vodafone Customer Care and network — Lazy work from Vodafone

Hi,
I am Pavan Betageri Form Nagpur, I took post paid connection from Vodafone, after that i am facing problems with outgoing calls to Mumbai Reliance Numbers.And Unfortunately my Boss's Number is reliance.I have registered complaint twice but still I have not got the solution.Every time customer care executive gives me one deadline date of problem resolution but they won't give any kind of Feedback.If this is Vodafone Customer Care Service unit, then why the hell they are showing so much of add campaign on TV Channels to market their sim cards!!? And one thing I want to add if I try to connect to Customer care unit call gets disconnected!!!?? I am really Frustrated from this service.Sorry to say that Vodafone Customer care unit is Lazy and trustless.I need solution for this else I will Submitt my Sim and Switch to another service provider.Please Help me for the same.

Hi,

I am being as a customer of vodafone since tha last year.am fedup with the customer care response towards my problem.Actually I activated the STD rental offer to my mobile with 54 rs recharge card on sundy[protected].But frm the next day the call rates has not activated.am daily contacting to vadafone frm the last 4 days...but am getting very bad response frm them.

still now the STD plan was not activated to me.Please consider it as serious and do the needful asap.(no is [protected]).

well i think vodafone is the most irresponsible telelcom service provider in India with the maxmium number of complaints. its better to change the service provider than actually getting harrased

i have a network problem from last 2 months, when i am asking for that the executive said that you have to change your handset, again i visit customer care center they replace my SIM, but till 10 sep.2008 again i have network problem i register complaint for that on 13 sep.2008, then executive said that they making tower in Ghatkopar but for that u have to wait for January2009, still i have major network problem & call center also giving wrong information . please tell me what to do.

Reliance Mobile — lazy customer care service

Myself Mahesh Wekhande using reliance mobile no. [protected].
The phone was on my company's name and and I have appllied for name change and address to my own almost 04 month ago, but still the bill is generated and sent to the old my office adress.
I am tired to inform the customer care all the time when i recieve the bill.
but customer care is so useless. hope they will come up.
Since two days I am getting miss calls from following number.. how can I check the owner of following number ::

I lost my mobile phone while onboard a bus way back to my home. As i lost my phone on Friday Evening and the office was schedule to be close for next two days, but I was having one important job to be done for which I have to be in office on Sunday and for which I had saved all the necessary nos that can be useful on my phone.

I Blocked my lost Sim Friday night itself and requested Vodafone Gallery on Saturday to issue me the new Sim with my old, which they did after charging the sum of RS 99 and commited that it would be activated in 2 Hrs.I thanked them as i got the same nos and was happy bcoz I was expecting a call on Saturday evening or Sunday morning regarding same important work which didn't happended as they did not activated my Sim after almost 40 Hrs and I missed my work just because of Vodafones apathy toward their cutomers.

One thing i would like to ask Vodafone people that this kind of service they provide after promising so much and running 24 Hrs TV campaign and propoganding their worthyless service.

I sincerly regert that I trust them.

some days ago from my vodaphone post paid connection unnecessary 16 to 18 Rs was detected, Record shown that i had dial to [protected]
But i never dial to this no.

I got a message saying Recharging for 221 has dual offer of Full talktime and validity for 2 years. After recharging I couldn't see the validity got extended to 2 years. I am holding the number [protected]. Please let me know.

hi this is saran from hyderabad,

guys its 100% correct. the service given by vodaphone is very worst. i was forced to take a new connection by vodaphone. they sent a executive to my house. after reading the tariff sheet i refused to take 299 plan. but the executive told me that he wont get any travel allownce so kindly take the connection. finaly i took that connection. but they didnt give any option to select a number. They allocated a number to me without my knowledge. Then i tried to change my number. but the customer care response is very poor. so dont take vodaphone connections. 3 days b4 i informed to deactivate my connection but still the response is same.

Caller person do not tell his name & location, we need address of the same.
What he wants we do not know, could you please verify such number [protected] & send us address/Location of the same person.

hello sir, i m using pre paid vodafone, my no is [protected], i got call from vodafone customer, for postpaid connection, and they take money from me n give me sim and recipt, at present my connection is not activate, and i tell to vodafone customer they cannot take seriously and tell that we cannot do some thing, so i want action about vodafone customer acre, its happened about one month, do some thing or otherwise cancelled, and refund my money . or give no that i do some thing for me .
