Hello,

I am writing to you with regard to the Vodafone connection [protected] which I hold with you all.
I have been charged Rs. 25 for international sms which claims to be sent from my number.
I called in your vodafone customer care who start the conversation with "I am happy to assist you" but land up not assisting us customers in one single way.

I want to make it very clear that I had not sent a single international sms from my phone and how in the world can you charge me for something which I have not done, this is really disgusting. One cannot believe a mistake so grave from such a big corporate house.

I would also want to inform you that something similar had happend in the February 2008 month bill as well, wherin I was charged for 3 international sms's which I did not send.

This seems to be an issue with your server or system.
In Feb 2008 when i had called in, I was promised that I would be reimbursed R.s 15 for these 3 International sms. This reimbursment or refund never happend, anyway.

And now again this Rs.25 issue. Immensely saddening. I just happened to go through my bill this month & noticed these charges, I dont know how many times earlier you would have charged me in such a manner.
This is totallly not acceptable. An issue i should have brought forth long back.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 4 years & now this is beyond my tolerance. I am not concerned about paying you Rs. 40 (25+15), my concern here is that why should you charge customers for something which they have not done. I am not sure if again next month you would bill me for such unruly charges.

I am marking a copy of my email to "The Hindu" Newspaper, "Deccan Chronicle", "The Times Of India" & "the Indian Express"

This is SRK

I am writing to you with regard to the Vodafone connection [protected] which I hold with you all.
I have been charged Rs. 50 on 19th march 05.41pm

Tuesday i have recived a missed call from Kuwait (overseas) against i have make a missed to the same for giving missed call, deducted Rs.15 from my account. Actual call charges is Rs.11/min

Now have spoken with Mr. Praveen one of your customer care. He asking last recharge i think it is not necessary for your security reasons.

Let me it is cheating r not.

Vodafone — International SMS charges

I have been charged for the International SMS which I have never sent in the month of August. I have also been charged for the same before but I ignored it then, now I have been charged for the same again which is unacceptable. I have seen lots of people are facing the same problem but no solution avoid these. Please let me know the why I have been charged for this?

    I have a Vodafone dead SIM that does not work, but I have been getting the bills for the previous 2 months as the account is active.

    I reasoned with Sapna at Mulund Vodafone gallery and she informed me that the account is active and the bill is generated irrespectie of faulty or blocked SIM.

    You must pay for not being able to use your SIM as you are a Vodafone customer.

      I am a post paid vodafone customer and to my amazement I discovered this month that I have been paying my vodafone bill twice over from August 2007.

      Vodafone charged the bill to my credit card and I also made payment through my ICICI account. The payments were being duplicated for the last 9 months but Vodafone never ever sent me a SMS informing me of the double payment being made.

      If I would not have paid the bill they would have sent an SMS to get their payment. As they were receiving double paymnet they kept mum for the last 9 months. What a shame on a company valued at billions of GB Pounds.

        we wre a small retailer of vodafone balance in vyara. we get balance to sell alternate days i.e. Monday Wednesday & Fridays. over that we are forced to buy coupons against balance or else we are not provided with any balance to sell. hence we are not able to arrange for money as the coupons stock goes on increasing un necessarily as we havelimited sale of it. this has resulted into financial crisis in our house. today also against balance of 4000/- we were forced to buy 2 coupons of 551/- each which previously also we had & which has hardly any sale in our shop. as a result there is an un necessary blockage of our money. i would just want to know that is there any rule as would force to buy coupons against top up balance? we are fed up of this.

          'AFRAID TO HELP' should be the avdertisement instead of 'HAPPY TO HELP'. Its diffcult to contact vodafone customer support( whats their present toll free number?; who knows?).
          One time i could contact on 111 & compalined about a gprs issue; but they didn't provide any support.
          its too irritating(!)..
          Sub:-Problem because of Caller tune. I have not activated the caller tune after that also your co. activated the caller tune please suggest me how to unsubscribe it, and refund the amount of subscription.

          vodafone is a network, i dono y this vodafone people are spoiling hutch name.
          1) vodafone customer service number [protected]. i tried calling foe n number of times but still i cant able to talk to the customer service executives the call is connecting but no response. poor customer service
          2) vodafone copy caller tune just by pressing *. its a plan they wont even ask for confirmation just they wud activate it and charge Rs 30 the month. And will customers do if they press it accidentally. this has happened many time to me and my frnds.
          3) now i cannot use conference and cannot attend waiting calls. this is the most worst case in the bloody vodafone network. if they rectify these things i guess they can improve in their sales

          according to me vodafone is more worse than a prostitute, A prostitute would charge after using the facility but tis vodafone does not provide any service even after paying it.

            Vodafone moto is "Happy to help" but it should rather be changed to "We are here to bug you". I have had Vodafone post paid connection for about a year now. My bill generally comes in the range of 600-900. Last month, I had been to Mumbai on official purpose and due to roaming charges, my bill went high. Since then I get calls and messages daily from Vodafone asking me to make an interim payment . Though I explained many things like why the bill went high, how I have always paid bill on time and will do so this time aslo, am working for a reputed IT MNC, there was no change in their tone. They kept warning me that all my outgoing calls will be barred if i dont make an interim payment. I was also adamant that i will not make any interim payment till my bill comes. Finally, after 3 weeks of mental torture, they have barred my outgoing calls today (April 30th). I tried to pay the bill online and my account was disabled. When the customer support person called me again for bill payment, i told them that if my account is not active, i cannot make an online payment. Then it was enabled and now I have made the payment. But I am not even able to call customer care to tell them that i have paid the bill and they can activate my connection. All this for my phone billing going 400 Rs more than usual bill range.

            I was using vodafone number [protected] in punjab now the outstanding of rs. 2677 has been communicated by your agents. But they are not ready to accept the disconnection application and also they are not giving receival for my connection disconnection request which is not acceptable. I have no issues in making the payment but they are not providing me the confirmation in writing that they have taken my disconnection request and also my bills are cleared and i will not be liable to pay any bills further. Provide me the resolution. Also apart from this they people are calling on the numbers which have been dialled by me and disturbing those people without any reason. How dare the collection people got access of my call details when it is an offence.how dare they people calling on those unknown numbers. This is ridiculous. They don't have guts to accept the disconnection application and they don't have guts to give me in writing the clearance of my bills but these people are carrying such kind of filthy services of calling on unknown numbers. I seriously want to sue those people. How you as a reputed company give delaerships to such kind of filthy, cheap people.             HOPING FOR FAVOURABLE ACTION
            Yesterday i have deposited my bill for my postpaid vodafone no [protected] having recipt no 7878 at Vodafone Mini Store, Shop no:-108, Sec-4Mkt.U.E, Opp. Community Centre, Gurgaon but yet i am not getting any information from customercare.

            Vodafone — Call Barred - Credit limit Exceeds - Bill not generated

            I have purchased this number three months back. As I am a cooperate customer, it is really disappointing that Vodaphone assign a credit limit on my number for 800 Rs.

            And on top of that now my outgoings are barred, I got a message 2/3 hours back that my credit limit has exceeded and now my calls are barred. Three days back same story happens which makes me pay 500 cash, somehow I made the payment for 500 Rs. But this has happen again. My bills generate on 6 of every month and I believe my calls should not get barred till I don’t received my bill, after all I have rights to see the details of my bills before making any payment to any operator.

            And when I call your world call customer care to get some support or help, what I get is that my calls is been put on hold for 10 minutes no one response. So I have to disconnect and call again to customer care and they suggest me to visit vodaphone care center with an application to increase my credit limit.

            I believe this is a postpaid number and fixing a limit of 800 and if a customer request for an increase, so divert him to vodaphone center. Seems this connection is a liability us, as we are not on vodaphone. So I request you that if you can’t gave any authorities to your customer care executive to increase customers limit or release his calls, you should rename it “FROM CURTOMER CARE SERVICE TO SUPPORT SERVICE” as I can’t why CARE word is been used as its not been offered to customer.

              these is regards to vodafone number [protected]. i took this postpaid number on 12th of April n hv been told to activate the international roaming on it. i hv also buyed ur new product vodafone USB modem using which i can surf net.

              I m a seafarer n b most of the times out of country so i need to b in touch wthy my family. i was told tht within 4 days my international roaming will b activated n to surf net using ur vodafone usb modem i hv to snd an sm to activate a postpaid plan "ACTVMC 699".

              till date i m not able to connect or try out ur vodafone usb modem as i m not getting network or acess to any network. i think u hv not yet activated international roaming... i cant call customer care bcoz i m abroad n i dont want to afford the charges calling u so i m mailing u... my company superitendent came to china frm mumbai few days bck n he also using the vodafone number n hv international roaming activated... he is getting the network n is able to make calls n recieve... where as i m not able to get access to ny of the network... i spend 10, 000 on buying ur vodafone USB modem n activating international roaming... but i m not able to use it...

              please do the need ful in the above matter as soon as possible so i can start using ur services... or i'll make sure tht i get ur product bck to u... n doesnt use ur services nymore in future... pls tell me wht is the problem n make sure u activate the services...

              i have taken a reliance postpaid USB Modem on 28 oct. it had activated on 31 oct.
              but it is not working, not a single site it opens.

                I would request you to please go through content of the email first and do suggest me if I need to really go to vodafone center because I really have nothing to do with that.

                for other suggestion to talk with vodafone care, I have already done so with no result and this is the reason why I reached to you.

                Please let me know if you can really offer any help to me in this regard else I do not left with any other option then to cancell this connection as it seems no body is really caring about what the problem is and just passing the ball to next person.

For last one month i am out of Delhi, so i could not be able to pay my bill before 29-jan-09, as my last payment date was same, It was so because o[censored]navailbel of vodafone store, and now my phone has been disconnected for last 3 days back. I paid my bill on 04-feb-09 at vodafone store-Durgapur Transaction id-RDP-1-[protected], amount Rs.1000, and the second slip no C.C.no:VESL/VS/DURGAPUR/ROAM/2008-09/214 amount 400, but barred service of my phone is not cancelled yet.



                Therefore, please cacelled my barred service and activate my services.

                  TODAY, I GOT MESSAGE TO DEDUCT 12 RS FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THE EXTENSION OF CALLER TUNE TILL 12 APRIL, WHY SO ... I DO NOT WANT IT ... IN FACT I M SMSING FOR DEACTIVATION, ...

                  Vodafone Prepaid — Poor Customer care

                  I had been complaining for deactivation of my Missed call alert (MCI) service from my account which was automatically activated in my account and for that they are charging rs 30 every month from my account.. whenever i call them they are telling "sorry for the inconvenience caused to you sir" and also "this time surely it will get resolved.. trust me sir" these are the words that customer care persons are repeating and repeating.... I am planning to change the service provider due to this poor customer care service.....

                    I have two vodafone connections obtained from their outlet in Malad - Hypercity. My numbers are [protected] and[protected]. I recntly moved my apartment in the same area and the address change was asked for . I was asked to go to the Vodafone counter and on 29th March I went there in Hypercity ( Malad west). I was instructed to give documents of address change . I went back with a letter from citibank reflecting the address change . That was not enough, the next day on 1st April i went back with the rent and lease agreement . I was told it was fine and that the number will be update in 72 hrs . it is 9th April, my address was not update and hence I went in to the same office today . I met 4 members, no one was able top give me a reason why it was not update and finally afte 40 minutes i met up with the store manager . I had to explain to her and then she disappaerade presumabably searching for the documents I had given . i waite and there was no document and the entire team searching for a document . this reflectsto the inefficient stafff and poor management . The first time I did not note the names, URVI the store manager was not able to answer, but kept searching for the document. Sammer in the counter was totally useless, Rizawana was the woman i met during my earlier visit, just disappeared. They have not provided me with any answer . If the address is not updated, I think the top management who take such high perks should look into the details of function. Vodofone efficently changed their name from Hutch to vodofone very well, but the functioning of the staff is really pathetic and worse than any govt staff. I would like the management to reply to me and not harass a customer by asking him to ccome 5 times for an address change to be executed.

                      Besides TRAI notice, Vodafone constantly unfair practise to activate unwanted services to their customers. If we do complaint against it, their customer care executives just say "We are sorry or helpless." the statement has been learnt by heart.

                      The operator do not care about their existing and old customers faith and its goodwill. It is keen to make a big hole (loot) to their customers pocket.

                      My April'08 and March'08 bills show that I have downloaded something which I don't know what is it exactly (i.e. hungadownsninetyn, truetoneindiagames, hungamapackagefift and hungamaanimation etc. if you search it on Google, you will find no result.) while nothing has been downloaded in my handset.

                      These downloads billing is around Rs300, as I don't have any proof against it so I have to been compelled to pay it.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am



                        I am Mohd Abeed Khan with the phone no. [protected].Since I was out of station for around 3 and half to 4 months I could not pay the bill on time. Since I didn’t have a credit card I could not pay online and since there is no Vodafone store in Manipur I was really facing problem of paying my bill on time.



                        Few days back I spoke to the Customer Care from Vodafone and I told him the problem I faced and I even told her that I will be paying in 20days time and I apologies for the same mistake. Before this the alternate no([protected]) which I have given during the time of the connection was always there and I even spoke to most of your customer in that alternate no.



                        Now coming to the real problem I faced on Sunday, I was getting many call from some people telling me that they are courier people and wanted to deliver something to me. I met them on suday. A person came to me and asked me my ID and I gave them. He after seeing the ID card started shouting at me and even threatening me and told me to pay him the bill.



                        He didn’t even have the ethics to talking to me properly. He did not even hear to me. I tried explaining to him that I spoke to the customer care and I also told him that I have taken 20 days time. He even threaten me with my life and also he warned me that I will not be able to stay peacefully at my home.



                        Later on I told him that I wanted to meet his manager. Then he told me that to come with him to the Vodafone head office near FORUM. Once I got read he started telling me that he will not be able to come to head office and he was forcing me to come to Jayanagar or BTM layout.



                        Knowing that he was trying to play some trick I forcefully went to the Vodafone head office. While on the way he call up so many people and gave the bike no, the color of the dress myself and my friend was wearing.



                        On reaching the head office I found that there was nobody to assist us and that person was trying to play with me. Luckily a lady came out of your office and I and my friend took her help and the matter was solved with lots of argument and fight. After some time I spoke to your customer care from your office land line.



                        I explained her all my problems. She told me to pay the bill without the late payment charges. She even assured me that she will try to reimburse me the late payment charges (Rs. 200). During this time the person who came to collect money from my house already left telling my friend (I was on phone talking to customer care)that he will come back with many people and He will see that how I go safely from your office.



                        Later on I went to the Jayanagar Hutch office and spoke to a lady by name Aswini (name not sure). I explained to her all the pain I went through on that day. She told me that the senior person was not there and she told me to come today.

                        My name is Mr Zubin. Batliwala & my number is [protected]. I have been facing severe internet problems since the last month. Till date I have spoken to 4 floor supervisors i.e Mr Abdul Majid, Mr Vishwanath, Mr Ishak & Mr Chetan. All of them have promised me to solve my corcerned problem within 24 hours. But till date their 24 hours haven't come as yet.
                        The whole of last month i was unable 2 log on to my internet services properly. Inspite of this difficulty your team has billed me. Now i would like a waver for last months bill, or else I am going 2 disconnect my all my Vodafone services with you all. I am not going to pay for sum services that i have not used & for the inconvienience caused by your staff for delaying my problem.
                        An early decision is expected from an experienced Company like you'll.

                        My internet problem is that wenever i log in the upload speed is more than my download speed as a result i cant surf properly. I have 2 disconnect it & then again connect it again. This procedure has to be repeated 10 times if i have to surf for 1 hour.

                        I am hoping this problem will be solved as well.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          I had a vodafone prepaid connection of the number [protected].In the month of March they called me and convinced me to take a postpaid connection of same number. They said that I will only have to pay Rs300 as security deposit which will be refunded back to me and I will have to do nothing. I will get back the money just after I pay my third bill. They didn’t say anyrthing about CLI charge of Rs50 after 6months and all those hidden charges. They said I wont have to pay anything more than Rs199 i.e. my rental and 79 power that makes a total of Rs278 if I do not make calls more than the Rs100 talktime they are giving in the package.
                          They didn’t tell about tax being chargedover the total sum so I thougth that the rental will be insclusive of tax. Now that I am dissatisfied with their promises I have disconnected the line on 17th April but they are now saying that I wont get back my Rs300 deposit even if I pay all their outstanding bill which I have promised already. They are now saying that this money is in a six months lock period which was not atall said to me before. They are just cheating common people by giving incorrect informations.

                          please do not use vodafone connections even i am a vodafone platininum customer.
                          worst, worst worst, worst than all...
                          i topped up 5 pounds and 10 minutes later i cheked my credit and it was all gone, and i did not evan spend a penny.

                            free local calls 500
                            vodafone to vodafone 10p/min

                            std all @ 1re/min

                            i was impressed with that plan nd i decided to go with that plan
                            then i migrated from prepaid to postpaid...
                            after 3 days i got an sms from vodafone that ur unbilled amount is 400+ nd reaching ur credit limit of rs 500
                            i was shocked
                            then i got a call from vodafone
                            i asked them about the call charges
                            they said
                            vodafone to vodafone 30p/min
                            i was again shocked
                            nd now only around 10 days hav been passed nd my unbilled amount is 1200 above(unbelievable), my credit limit is 1500
                            in simple words i am not going to pay a single penny to them becoz they misleaded me about the call charges...

                            I am Abhishek Shastri, My Mobile number is [protected]. I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in Lucknow U.P.East. I have a problem that whenever i recharge my number with a topup the messege is displayed that Recharging is not allowed. I talked to customer care they told me your sim is damaged and you have to convert it on post paid or change the number because it is recharged 20 times a day with a wrong code. Regarding this i am complaining about Vodafone Customer that on same day there server was down and nobody in lucknow was able to recharge there Vodafone pre-paid. So obviously i tried it more than 20 times. Now they don't realising there mistake and they are not taking any action regarding this issue. I don't want to change my number because it is official and very important for me. I am using there service from 2 years. Is this the way to help customer by using the advertisment of a Pug. I am very frustated with there behaviour and do they have any rights to terminate this number without any reason. I have two Refrence Number[protected] and[protected].

                              it has past more than 14 days that i apply for a conversion of prepaid to post paid. the boy named kuldeep from KOSMIC ENERGY DIALNET, SEC. 2, NOIDA, came and told that a new technology has been devised which don't require a new sim card for the pre to post paid conversion. now three days back my prepaid connection is blocked and post paid is activated but i don't have the simcard. so there is a great fear that sim can be misused by anybody for any criminal act. nobody is ready to take the responsibility and deliver the card, it is causing me a big loss. i[censored] talk to vodafone customer care they say they are helpless and cann't do anything again their own franchisee. they even donn't take the complaint.
                              this is regarding the vodafone's poor customer service in ncr region.
                              i'v been using vodafone connections initially known as essar, for last 10 yrs.
                              somehow out of stupidity i got another postpaid no. and thats when d trouble started.
                              i got my no. disconnected due to prob of address verification. i called their customer service and sorted d problem.out of some weird reason the connection is again disconnected on the same basis.
                              this has happened 3-4 times nw, with me spoiling my mood on each occasion.to confirm this calus attitude of voadafone, a frnd of mine had a similar experience.
                              we live in a age where customer is d king not d other way round.
                              FEDUP OF CALLING THEIR HELPLINE NO. UPTENTH TIMES I'M PLANNING TO DISCONNECT ALL MY CONNECTIONS n go "AIRTEL".THIS SERVICE HAD NEVER BEEN SO POOR.
                              perhaps vodafone's management should keep in mind that retaining a customer is more imp.NO WONDER AIRTEL RANKS NO.1. n VODAFONE DISTINCT NO.3.

                                This month 11th i taken one post paid connection no;[protected], unfortunatly the sim locked after three days . i enquired in your costomer care and they replaied me that ''its a non service are aconnection, and we will send one requiest to the regional office, and it will activate after two or three days.'' still now nothing happend ...the most irresponsible service i have ever seen.

                                  I have purchased a WCC from Vodafone in 2500/= with a validity of 9 months. It worked first few day after that it became difficult to get 50118. I am registered for pin less service 9n phone [protected] and lodged at least 60 complaints at CARE / CORPORATE CARE / 111 / by fax but no body cared to attend it. The WCC effectiveness can be seen from my bills where calls made on card / without card are recorded and charged
                                  accordingly. Now substantial money has lapsed with card. This is cheating with customers.Company should count all calls made by me without the help of card as these were on card and refund my all money The few mails are attached for reference please help

                                  Very bad service & response from the customer care.

                                  Vodafone — unavailability of world calling cards.

                                  There will be lack of supply of world calling cards although they give more publicity.
                                  Whether it will be in supply or not, nobody knows exactly?

                                  I purchased a Vodafone World calling card last week ( 15th of June) from Ernakulam, Kerala thinking that it would be helpful and economical for me to call my relatives at Australia. Since that day i have been making attempts to reach the Aus numbers and not able to make a single call as on date. I called their customer care number 50119 once in the last week and registered the complaint about the same. They checked my pin number and the Aus calling number and after finding it OK told me that its a network problem and would get sorted out with in 24 Hrs. Thinking that the problem might have been fixed by now as more than 4 x 24 hrs passed by, i tried today at IST 6:00 AM. Once again i experience the same problem. Immedietly i tried to contact their customer care once again, But all my attempts to 50119, 6 attempts i got the same message " the music...then Welcome to Vodafone WCC customer care...all out customer care executives are busy...your call is improtant to us...please hold on our customer care executive will be in touch with you shortly...then the call automatically got disconnected"...This went on for 6 times and i decided to stop further attempts. Vodafone having boosted about their customer care through Visual medea and print medea...i had lots of hope on them..Now i have come to know all the propaganda is just for hype and got nothing to do with actual service.
                                  Further i dont know whom to contact as my card would get expired in one month and i was not able to make any calls out of it.

                                  it is not the problem with the vodaphone. It is a reputed company and working well in European countries. this is the problem with the infrastructure problem of India. This country has a lot of customer but the level of infrastructure required is not developed yet!! India has only one/two telecommunication satellites which is nothing in comparison to developed countries and as well as developing country like china. India is bitting its own bush about telecoms giant etc etc. the fact is that the quality of service and facilities over there is is awful and is nothing in comparison to USA, UK, Canada etc. one/two satellites cant handle all telephone/cell phone/Internet/weather forecasting etc simultaneously. In USA AT&T (a telecommunication company like vodaphone) has at least 10 satellites dedicated for wireless communications and Internet service only and other companies has their own satellites like this. so you can compare your case now, it is impossible for any company to provide better service with such a poor infrastructure. another point is that India Govt asks for huge amount of tax for long distance ISD calls which is unrealistic. So guys please stop complaining against any company, it is the problem with India and not with the company...

                                  I purchased a long distance World calling card for Rs 500/- on 28 Sep 08 from N Delhi before leaving for Ireland, Dublin. the WCC was issued vide bill No 1132 dated 28 Sep 08 of BB Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Dwarka,
                                  Delhi-75. My WCC sl no is 977630370000977630370004.(Date of packing-1/08/2008
                                  After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received an recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. this is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.
                                  Airtel, Delhi is requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that I can make use of the card as per the conditions laid down for use . My email address is - [protected]@hotmail.com

                                  well even i am using the same service where i just recharge the phone with Rs.375 denomination coupon. After recharge it said that i have Rs.339.9 in my account. The next day when I tried calling in Canada the IVR said that I have Rs2 in my account. Startled i called the customer service and spoke the advisor called HINA GULATI toi my actual surprise she couldnt even understand whatever i wrote here. After spending 15 minutes with her she decided that its a lost mobile complaint and told me that I have to dial the regular customer care instead of dialling the long distance menu. I was baffled and with all the integrity i started asking whether she wants me to explain things all over again. She had a harsh tone, unclear throat and I can bet she was eating or may be chewing a gum. Such is the attitude of the advisors here.

                                  I still insisted that she hasnt completely resolved my issue yet to which she just dialed a long series of digits on the phone. All i could here was beeps that you get while dialing a number. after that the phone got disconnected. I called up again and this time I spoke to RAHUL the same day (29.10.2009 AROUND 1:20 pm) and asked for his supervisor, Team leader because a i knew that he will just not be able to help me. So anyways, this guy kept arguing that he wants to know about the matter. Finally, I gave up and recited the entire 15 minute conversation to him. The he said that theres nothin that he can do about it. By this time i lost my head and demanded for supervisor. He said that the supervisors are not available. So this means that theres no one to man them. I asked for his Team leader he said even his TL wasnt available. WHO IN THE HELL ACTUALLY MANS THESE LOWER LEVEL EMPLOYEES IN VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. Disgruntled I asked him for a an alternate way to raise a complaint. he gave me an E mail id : vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com I mailed them. BELIEVE me they have not turned up yet.

                                  i have seen ur WCC concern, i have also used WCC card .

                                  i[censored]r serial number is of the format 10000XXXXXXX (12 digit), i would like to tell you that your balance never gets deducted from your main balance if you are using in the correct format like if you are dialing 50318+00+ ISD number.

                                  the problem comes when you have saved your friends number

                                  eg:[protected] with the name Armaan

                                  and

                                  WCC dialed number

                                  eg: 5031800971234566777777 with the same name Armaan .

                                  And if you have not saved WCC number in your phone you will again notice that when ever you dial this number with 50318, again it shows the samr name armaan.

                                  you must have noticed that whichever number you dial it will show you the same name.
                                  This can create trouble later on while dialing his number again.

                                  This is the format shown by most of the mobiles and

                                  by mistake if you dial the number with which 50318 is not attached then its not a WCC call and main account balance will get depleted .

                                  This has happened with me also so i am explaining the concern to you .

                                  So please check the number before dialing and save the WCC number with other name eg: WCC armaaan


                                  I am also a WCC user that is the reason i know this issue.

                                  They are avalaible at all vodafone Stores and mini stores.
                                  now vodafone calling card service has improved by leaps and bounds...
                                  Even I faced same problem now Vodafone is even charged calling Customer care and those people keep our call on hold for a long time without any solution.

                                  I purchased INR 550 WCC where i got a confirmed status of completion of transaction and pin and serila no in next email but that email never came.

                                  Vodafone is always very sad in their customer approach. and Customer care executives are even more sad .
                                  I am using[protected]XXXXXXXXX to make international call, where your automatic system is asking PIN.

                                  I have also entered PIN there, but no response from the system and money is also deducted every time.

                                  Without using a single second, I lost appox. Rs 10.

                                  Is this the system/service you provide to your customer?

                                  Nobody likes to pay without talking. Vodafone should reverse this amount to my mobile and activate this WCC card.

                                  Looking forward to see some positive action soon.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    My Name is Vikas kumar Sinha & my no is [protected].I am having a post paid connection of Vodafone. I have made online payment to vodaphone on 25th Apr, 2008 through credit card for the month of 10-Mar-2008 TO 10-Apr-2008. But payment has not been updated in Vodafone records yet & also have not the payment confirmation from your side through SMS or Email. I have checked my ICICI bank account & amount was been credited to vodafone on 25th Apr, 2008 itself.

                                    I had contacted customer care for this issue, but they says payment has not been updated in your Vodafone records. i have HTML file for bill payment details, which I have attached here please find.

                                    Please help me regarding this issue...

                                      ADD ON CARD on mobile connection taken by us on 4th April 2008 has not been activated since last 20 days inspite of complaints, reminders and personal visits.
                                      We also wish to bring to your notice the highhandedness and indifferent attitude of MR AYUSH at P9 sector 18 Noida office of Vodafone which has caused us mental agony. For your action we give following details

                                      Inspite of promise to activate within 4 hours nothing has happened till now. This clearly indicates the company’s indifference towards customers, for whatever reason be.
                                      PS Please note the same experience was given to us on 4th of November on our previous add-on card application no CAF 01888559 dtd 1st November 2007 for sim number [protected] that had to be finally closed by us due to problems given by your staff.
                                      I fail to understand

                                      Why no varification process was implemented in last 20 days?
                                      Why no follow up was done on our complaint of NO Activation[protected] MR Farid
                                      Why were they not taken while issuing CAF, on 4th April?
                                      How was agreement signed for issue of add on card, without completing formalities?
                                      Why the customer's visit not taken seriously to resolve all issues when customer initiated
                                      the querry in person by self?
                                      Why Vodafone office does not give acknowledgements stamped and signed?
                                      Why no formal cash reciept is given along with CAF?
                                      Why ADD ON CARD connection comes with added problems and the same customer experiences it twice in a span of 4 months?

                                      I am also forwarding this mail to all concerned whom I can approach later on Monday/ Tuesday

                                        Again on 14th April my self personally launched a complaint as mentioned above, till date it is not resolved.

                                        You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and resolve the problem causing great difficulty to me.
