Till today i havent received the refund i have written the email to Sharad makhija of vodafone for this issue ; but he has also not solved the query.
i have been sending the emial to both the id's

I don’t want answer from your team; I want you to look into this issue personally on higher priority and want to know when will I get rs 408.80 back.
I want an answer from you regarding this issue Today itself; that when I will get my money back. It’s now more than 8 months now, still I have not got the answer.
I don’t know why the different peoples are answering differently. I received the email from Muzaffar Shaikh. With subject line VAS [protected], [protected] [REF:[protected]].Please refer the attached mail sent by him.
I don’t about the below line he mentioned in the attached mail. I want to know when did I got credit for 3 months.
Further, we would like to inform you that, as per the request no: [protected], we regret to inform you that, we are unable to pass the credit for your account as we already gave you credit for 3month only we can give.
Please Don’t remove any email id from the mail.

Today I received a sms that the bill has been generated and the bill amount is 148.43.
I was not expecting any amount in this bill; instead of that I was expecting the amount to be adjusted in this bill.

Please find the below statement present in the chain of mail; still this is not yet resolved.
I should have got the waived of 402.74; instead of that you people have just gave the waiver of 94.54 in Previous month bill.
When will the rest amount be credited on my account that is 308.2 for Rental_MI_VOL_375_30D_3G charges and 100.60 for Iphone internet usage charges.
I want total amount of rs 408.80 to be refunded ASAP

Please revert back asap and call me on [protected]/[protected] for any clarifications.

This is not the first Time happening with my card; I don't now why always you people are activating services on my numbers; each time I have to call customer care and do the follow up various times. There is Very Huge loss of my time and money just to get the refund of the money which I had paid in excess.
Each time I call I am charged 50paise per 3 minute; I have to call for the follow up of the refund of the money that too because of the you people.

What am I getting from Vodafone is Just Waste of my Time and Money and Mentally Harassment nothing else.
From Next time onwards if this type of mishaps happens then I have to take decision to convert the no. to other service from Vodafone.

Below were the Services activated on My no.s and the charges are added in the bill.

I talked with the Customer Care Dhawal and the request no. for the same are mentioned below.

I want my money Refund ASAP.

I have also not got the answer for REF:[protected]; in this in October I was charged for the bill of 3G and in month of January there was no details about the bill adjustments and the amount of the bill for that cycle. How much was the discount and how much was the exact bill. In January I was expecting Negative Bill, since I had already paid 375+ service taxes extra. But still I received a bill of rs 66. I don't know; how this can happen. I want a details explanation on this.
I want the refund of the money as soon as possible.
Please look into this on Urgent basis.
