Vodafone / Gprs Service — NOT got the GPRS service even after ten days of requesting
This is Ashish Kumar Tripathi ,i am a user of Vodafone GPRS service and i had activated it two months before ,but due to loss of balance i was disconnected from GPRS service for again getting thi service i contacted the costumer care people and i followed there instructions but even after ten days i didnt got the settings then i again contacted custumer care people and complained about it ,i was talking in english language ,i hear'd very abusive languages so i got hurted and i also got anger on them and i said just for making them serios that i will complain about it but they still didnt responded well and they disconnected my phone but i am still saying thanks to them that i got the settings immidiately ,but after few hours i got a message that your terrif voucher is going to be expired but it should not be true since i haven't spended one month ,so my request is that please give proper training to your costumer care peoples that they should not use aabusive languages as a backgrounder my anger was due to irresponsible behaviour of your customert care people ,you can get details about the talks and my number if you want but i do not want to disclose the persons name since he may loose his job, but i have the details you may contact through my e mail id further(the customer care executive was talking from lucknow) if you wishthanking you

i m owning 2 vodafone postpaid connections, on which i m paying bills nearly 6000rs.On one of my nos., [protected], itemised bill service has been deactivated within 3 mnths.i was told, it will b chargeable from next mnth.or i cn view my bill on my vodafone.From past 15 days, i m trying 2 create my a/c on ur website, which finally 1 o[censored]r c.care representative did 4 me n send me the password.I m trying 2 log in 4m past 2 days.bt its nt happening.Every time i call up c.care, m told try after 2 hrs.This is d worst website i hv ever come across.pls respond soon or else i'll b forced 2 change my network.

I am disgusted with Vodafone services to say the least.
I got my connection in 2001 when i was an employee of Daksh. I left that company in 2002 but till date in spite of numerous verbal and written complaints, everytime i call your helpline i am still told it's a corporate connection although they have removed the company name so they don't know who is the relationship manager.
Last time i wanted to change the plan, i had mentioned that i would close the account, so they immediately changed it.
This time again i wanted to change the plan to "Talk 325 Super", and again they say it can't be done as it's a corporate connection.
It's impossible to reach thru 111, or 121 or [protected].
I am very happy with my Airtel phones and would want to discontinue this last Vodafone no. that i still use.
Please have my disconnected asap.

Vodafone — Cheating with money
on 10/11/2009 I had made a call and spent Rs. 2.20 for that that my Balance was Rs. 50.00.today morning I have received one SMS that i have been charged Rs, 15 for periodical charges of caller tune though I have changed the songs not even before one month and that time I had paid rs. 15 for that. and As per my knowledge the same is valid for 90 days.
after that I had called up at your customer care and spoke with Mr. arindam thay told me that i will get refund the amount within 240hours.
but now I have balance of Rs. -10 I donot how much cheater the vodafone are without any reason they have charged Rs. 60 from my account.
I made the same complain to Consumer forum also.

Vodafone — no resolved of complain
hi vodafonei am sandeep kumar to inform you my cell no [protected] and a prob of face me a call of our side indate of 08-11-09 to caller tune relative and call recive and disconnect it after than a prob is create the caller tune is activeted in my number then i complained it 09-11-09 to provide complained number it [protected] and no resolved of our balance in after 48 hour
Vodafone — SMS coming from unwanted numbers
Hi Customer Complaint Team,I want to bring this problem to your attention - I am using number [protected] from last 8 years and unfortunately Hutch was acquired by Vodafone. After that I started getting unwanted SMS from different companies without my approval. For example - I am getting sms from TM-Shivam - they are selling some products and SMA count is more than 10-15 per day. When I have asked Vodafone customer care to stop them - they suggested to send all the SMS details on daily basis to them and then they will figure out some solution. But - this is not right solution.
When I asked the sender like from where did they get my number - they replied that they shoot a SMS to a partcular complete series like 9899. I don't understand who has given them these rights. Is Vodafone selling these rights to some third party.
Please help in sloving this and this problem is widespread - maximum people are frustrated of this unwanted SMS.

Vodafone — Excesess Bill
I am the post paid Customer of Vodafone.Before the three months I got the all bill time to time but after that my bill was missing for the period 11/08/2009 to 10/09/2009, 11/09/2009 to 10/10/2009 and current bill. Then I Complaint at Vodafone Store Netaji Subhash Marg Darya Ganj Delhi.Then I got a bill on 06/11/2009. Bill no. [protected] dated 11/10/2009 sum of Rs.1247.77.There is Rs.685/- downloads Charges. I paid all bills at Vodafone Store without bills.I say to Vodafone representative my handset unable for Web and GPRS and say to him Check my handset.He saw and said to me yes your phone is unable for GPRS.and said that change in to Pre-paid scheme.I request to Vodafone customer care please refund my excesess payment. i want a vodophone num complete address.[protected] its urgent

Vodafone — deducting my bonus minutes
sir,i did recharge of vodafone (apne minutes)worth Rs.200 (approximately ) almost 7 months before...&i got bonus minutes more than thousand..which i could use in 10 pm to 8 pm....there were no ristriction of validity period that time....but know they suddenly deducted my all bonus minutes morethan 1100....& when i talked to customere care they said that know scheme has changed...u can only allow to use for a month other wise they will be forfieted...but i told him that when i did recharge there was no ristriction so u have to give me back my all minutes....they cutted their phone....& not replied yet.....sir plzz do suitable measure for my problem ......

I am Solomon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My Sis. using vodafone prepaid sim card, When see Put a Booster card STD but not accapted so we called Customer care But they did not gave the response....... so we forget about the incident and after that we put again one Booster card which is Valid for One Year......... but that time also the Booster pack not working at the time they reply very irresbonseble ........ so Pls take neccesary action!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodafone — deducting Rs.30/- everymonth "Met alert" which I have not aked for.
Please stop deducting Rs. 30/- for met alert charges which I have not asked for anytime and I even dont know what is that. I complained to customer care several times but they are not bothered they only give false assurance. A girl there in customer care behaved rudely with me. Please train them properly. I had a talk with 100 boys and girls every time new boys and girls appears. But they are good for nothing.Please repay Rs. 30/- which is beig deducted un-necessarily for several months. Please do not deduct the amount without our confirmation. Sir, I have not asked for met alert and why should I ?when I dont the meaning of that and it appeared suddenly. I was shocked really. Please do not deduct of your own and say that "I have asked for it". I dont like this strategy.
Please take care and action against this and inform customer care immediately. Repay all my deductionas and further do not deduct for "Met Alert" Please stop deduction of met alert.
