Sir

I was using the number [protected] in the name of Mr.Rajan Garg. There was a dispute regarding the payments between me and the company vodaphone. I want to lodge a written complaint regarding the vodaphone that they are illegally taking out the details of my calls and then calling up all those people and giving them false information about me.

kindly let me know regarding the complaint where I can lodge this complaint so that this mental trauma can be stopped at once.

Vodafone — New Vodafone connection

I bought a Prepaid Vodofone connection on October 15th 2009. The required forms were not there with the dealer so my connection was barred by 18th October. I submitted the documents by 21st October to the dealer. When I visited the Vodafone gallery on 25th October, they told me that they haven't received any documents. On 26th October, I re-submitted all the required documents which were checked and approved by the helpdesk person in the Gallery (Chembur). On 2nd November, the connection was again barred. On the customer care they told me my documents were incomplete. I had to travel out station the same day and my connection was not working! I rushed to the store and found that there was over-writing at one place due to which my documents were not accepted. I signed again at that place as instructed by the help desk officer. Again, the officer ensured me that now the documents were complete and would definitely be accepted. On 4th November I received an email as a response to my complaint lodged on 2nd November that my documents are incomplete and I need to re-submit them. I was panicked as I was not in Mumbai. I called the Mumbai customer service and found out from the executive that there is NO problem in my forms and they are already accepted.
On 9th November, my connection was again barred. Since my office is quite far from the Vodafone store I couldn't visit the store before 7 pm. I was told over the closed doors that my application doesn't have proper signs and hence rejected by headquarters. I was told to come back again when the documents reach the store. I visited the store on 15th Nov to sign wherever it was required and informed that the forms had not yet reached the store. On 16th Nov, the connection was again barred. On customer care, they informed me that the documents were rejected and I have to re-submit my documents. On visiting gallery they were not ready to help me as I reached the store at 7:10 pm - after they close it.

What is the surety that I would get my connection working after I re-submit my documents?
There is no response from the complaint I had made. They only gave me misleading information. They are not able to help at customer care number either. There is no track of documents or how the customer should get his/her connection working.

I want to know is there any way I can sue the company for such a bad service?

Vodafone Essar East Limited / Mobile Connection — Force deduction of money from prepaid account of Vodafone users

It is hereby brought to your notice that I Partha Pratim Das owner of mobile number [protected] is facing a problem o[censored]nsolicited balance deduction (Rupees 15) by way o[censored]nwanted imposition of MUSIC changes etc.
I had previously informed the concerned customer care executives but there was a deaf ear paid to the matter. This week thrice I did face the problem of such deduction of Rupees 15 from my PREPAID balance account.

Vodafone — un expected change in tariff

as mentioned in above subject i recharged Rs 70 to my vodafone no ;date:16/11/2009 . , my mobile numer:[protected], i recharged this amount for talk time , but by this recharge i did not got any talk time ,also my tariif plan has changed to. 1ps/sec . but really i dont want this offer, i want my old offer retain. I am staying in Bellary , i also registered complaint in my nerarest vodaone center, but till now my problem not solved, really i m facing lot of problem by this offer,

My vodafone no. is [protected]. on my no. company had without my consent activated caller tune and deducted a balence of Rs.30. when i spoke to your their representative he told me that you please send a message for cancellation of the same and the company will refund the charge on your phone. I did that on 7th november and a confirmation message was received by me, but to my utter dismay till date the company has not credited any amount, in that regard, to phone my aforesaid no. thrice I ve mailed to them in this regard but till date nothing has been heard from them.

On 18 Nov 2009, They charged Re.1 for some numbers for SMS .(It is not happened ever before for me, I am using Booster Pack).
If I asked Customer Service they told me that numbers i have sent are STD (But the numbers are Chennai's local numbers).

I asked them, "For the same numbers you did not charged ever before but today you charged for the same numbers". They Did not provide correct solution, They told "+91" might be in front of the number.
I also checked that, If "+91" is in front of the Vodafone number they did not charge But If "+91" is in front of the Airtel They charged Re.1.

I did not meet this problem with other service provider I used, but Vodafone...?

I REALLY "UNHAPPY" WITH "HAPPY TO HELP"

Vodafone — Pre-paid Connection 9923027848 ( Pune)

I am a Vodafone Mobile Pre-Paid Customer at Pune, having connection no. [protected], since 2006.

I was using the scheme “ALL 1SMS_1” with monthly deduction of Rs. 31. M/s Vodafone deducted Rs. 31 from my balance on 19.10.2009. After that, I interacted with Vodafone and it is confirmed by them, that, by going to other scheme, the same is to be deactivated and no balance will be credited towards non-using of balance days of earlier scheme.

I understood the communication and I opted for “all Local & STD calls at 60 Paise / minute and all local & national SMS at 60 Paise” with Bonus Card (BC of Rs. 80) on 26.10.2009.
Before activation of above scheme, I got a first message on 26.10.2009 from Vodafone, that, “ALL 1SMS_1HSET has been deactivated successfully on your Vodafone prepaid.”

I am using happily the 60 paise scheme ( valid for 360 days from 26.10.2009)

On 18.11.2009, I observed that, Rs. 31 has been deducted again (may be in Vodafone’s account, the earlier scheme is still active, though as per Vodafone, it cannot be).

I have observed that, there is a tendency of Vodafone (may be instruction from top management), to get as much money as it can, though it may mistakenly deducted or it may be any other way.

With this type of irregular activity (cheating), VODAFONE is earning lot of Money.
( e.g, approx. Rs. 31/customer/Month  for 1 lakh customer = Rs. 31 Lakh / Month)

Request to advise the concerned and correct the needful, with sufficient compensation by crediting Min. Rs.3100 to my account.
