I also faced problem, went to saudi arabia with my prepiad with sufficient money topped up in account and followed all mandatory technical guidelines as advised by customer care, however on both occassions my roaming did not work in ksa, the personal visit to sec- 18 office proved fruitless there were constant lies and no response to e- mail, calls, faxes etc. its a pathetic service by an international brand, i feel no difference in between this brand and a road side seller, this brand will finish off soon in india if they have such poor comitment to themselves.

Vodafone — schme change
HI Vodafone,This is to bring to your notice that I am been facing unbelievable difficulty in getting through your global direct office. Let me explain to you What I went through this office.
One of the rep by Name Miss Radha from this office visited my home at Kalina Mumbai on Aug 2009 first week and collected alll my documents along with Rs 300 which required for the scheme CYOG 299. It has been now four months and there is no response from this office to give me this scheme nor refund. I must have called at least 100 times to global direct on tel number provided to me 40741234/66541900 and mobile [protected] and wasted almost Rs 100 for calls, but sorry to say that there is no proper response I am getting from this office staff nor from the manager MR Niranjan pai. I am unable to understand what type of company I am dealing with, where by there is nobody to help nor any response. This is totally disgusting and I am not able to take it any more. If I do not get any reply from you I will not hesitate to go to press and TV with this email and also I will go to consumer court and complain about the cheating taking place with Vodafone.

Vodafone — No Network Coverage and still charging rental
Hi,I have been using [protected] for almost 3 years. Since august 2009 the signal is very feeble rather bad. I called up vodaphone customer care on 27 october and reported the issue and i said i would like to terminate my conection. The Customer care official said that i was a privilaged customer and she would send the network engineer home to look in to the issue. Till date i have not got any response from vodaphone. I keep getting monthly bills and calls to make the payment.
This is really frustrating bcoz i am being asked to make payment for a service which is not being propely serviced.

Vodafone Essar Corporate Connection — wrong billing without information
(1.) From strat when i got this nomber your excutive/ customer care people/mobile alert/ customer manual/ welcome kit, no one and nowhere was mentioned about black days, i have got 100 calls from customer care no one had tole me about this , so why i should pay this amounti have been charged on 16th and 17th Oct for all SMS and calls
Vodafone custome care says these are black days so diwali on 17th why i been charged on 16th
kindly reverse these charges and send me the proper list of black days
(2.) every mid of month i start getting calls and even my calls being intrupted that mine calls charged has reached my limit. If as per my plan i have 1000 locals calls ,1000 SMS and 700 minute STD voda to voda free
in mid of month when i used almost 800 - 900 minute why im being harraed by customer care people and automated message during the calls, hence my limit still remain as per plan, due to this i have been forced to do advanced payemnt from last 2 months to continue my nomber ,
