Vodafone — Activation of two servicews
Hi sir myself Himanshu. Last month I had recharge my phone with Rs58 . In this Vodafone Makes calls at 1ps/sec but after charging the 50Paise daily. on Tuesday I had recharge my phone with Rs52. In this also calls are at low rate without any daily and weekly charge. But my daily charges are cut-of daily. when I want to contact with Customer Care they never give me answer anytime they r busy, anytime they r cut the line.Vodafone — False information by the representative
To whomsoever it may concern.....I am Sumita Kulkarni, a vodafone user (mobile number - [protected]), and have been using the services of Vodafone for a long time now.
Recently, i decided to migrate to post paid and asked for a representative to visit me to brief me on the plan that i had opted for. He was one Mr. Bhanu Prakash and he was more eager to make me sign and finish the formalities than giving me the exact and true details of the talkplan. I chose the Rs. 175 plan with STD and he gave me the wrong tariff. I was ignorant of the real call rates and was blissfully using the service when i accidently stumbled upon the real and applicable call rates for my plan when the Vodafone call center people woke up to give me a welcome call a week later. It was then that i realised i had been fooled by this executive, who, in an attempt to achieve his monthly target, had added me as a customer using unfair means.
I called up this man and asked him the reason for this but he kept on lying and has now stopped taking my calls. I am really upset by this hopeless customer care exhibited by Vodafone and wish to give up their services and opt for a different service provider.
I warn all the Vodafone customers to be wary of such attempts and not choose this network in future 'coz there are better options, and fair ones too, available at the drop of a hat.

I have recharged for Rs.52 on Nov 1st for 0.50 paise per minute scheme. But that facility was not given. The customer care told to recharge again for Rs.52 on Nov 2nd and they told that the amount recharged first will be added to my talk value. I got the facility of talking @ 0.50 paise per/min but Rs.52 was not added to my talk value so. My repeated calls to customer care (more than 10 times) is of no use. They are giving vague reply. The service of VODAFONE is very worst and is not caring for the customers.
