We were using 10 post paid numbers on the name of Manik Associates (P) Ltd, On that time sales team done many wrong commitments. That had been discussed many times with customer service department, whether Mr. Sunil Shukla, Ms. Chitra Ahuja or Mrs. Monika Sharma but no one was able to solve our problem, even they are not even concerned about the problem being faced by the us.After, such long discussion we decided to surrender 8 number, because no one is ready to solve the issues or waivers required, But, finally my two numbers have been disconnected, when I asked CS department about the disconnection, they told that your 8 number’s bill is still pending to continue services you have to clear the bill, I requested them to unbar numbers and calculate my final waivers and sent some one to collect the bill, finally after 1 day I got mail from Ms. Chitra, but, there is no waivers posted in my account. I calculated the waivers according to the plans commitments done and on the same basis they posted waiver to my account also.
Now, today my both numbers are bared again, and CS department is not ready to post waivers in my account, I just wanted to know that if they can post waivers earlier on that basis then why not now ?
I am using vodafone no. [protected]. from last week 2 schme alert by vodafone on my no. they are no send any confirmation request for these for me unusally they deduct 60 rupes for these service. one is caller tune & another is vodafone VA_SKT1 about 2nd one i d't know wht is so my purpose for complaint is only stop these type of cheaps. Vodafone — activating services and deducting my balalncewithout my consent
I am vodafone customer Ph. no [protected]. I have been harressed by promotion calles by the company and forcefully activated MCI for a period of two months and deducted money for that. Then again activated Music Station and deducted charges for that, without my consent or asking for that. My effort to cancel that didnot bare fruit. Then finally I approached the Nodal Officer Mr. Vikram Bains. He assured that he will do the needful. This harressment was stopped for a month and it has started again from 1st December 2009. by activating and deducting money for music station and on 5th December I received a message that Vodfone Radio is activated and the charges will be deduced. I have already send an e-mail complaint to Mr. Vikram Bains again but so far no response. Can I get this harressment be stopped in any way? find a number details & address

Vodafone - Service Offers — Worst customer services and constant lies
Hi,I am a vodafone customer for almost 6 years now. I converted my pre-paid customer to post-paid in the month of June 09. A Vodafone agent visited my house in Mumbai and provided me all the details, did the formalities and collected all the necessary documents. While signing in I was given an offer to choose between four complementary products, as a signing gift.
After a month, I called Vodafone customer care to check the status about my gift, I was told that I had to go to a vodafone store, show my photo id, submit a form and collect thre voucher. Then I have to send that voucher to Chandigarh and I will receive this gift after 25 days.
After 4-5 months, I finally got time to visit Vodafone store, where I was told to submit a copy of the Photo ID. After confirming with the Vodafone agent at the shop, I got a photocopy of my valid driving license. The agent then asked me to get a copy of page 2-3 of driving license. On raising a concern that why wasn't these documents were asked before, I got an answer that it is implicit to have birth day on the photo ID.
I would like to raise a complaint agaist Vodafone custome care and their Dealer in Dahisar (W).
1. Vodafone did not give me complete information of the offer it had?
2. The customer care on the phone suggested to show the photo ID in original, whereas the agent at the Shop asked me to submit the photocopy of the Photo ID. There is no consistency in the process
3. The photocopier at the dealer was not working, so I had to get a photocopy from outside.
4. The air-conditioner at the dealer shop was not on and it was saffocating inside
5. The agent and the dealer were not courties and did not offer any help. Instead they showed attitude saying that do whatever you want we cannot help you?
After raising these concerns with the vodafone customer care over the phone, I was promised that I will get call from a senior manger withing 2 hours. As I have not received any call from them in last 2.5 hours, I am raising a complaint.
Request your help in getting some resolutions on ther service quality from vodafone and a compensation on the mental torture vodafone and dealer had brought me.
